I have been with Mercury insurance for some time now and its been great. Thankfully I was able to get a hold of someone quickly, Vanessa was very professional and tried her best to get me my quote fast. I did have a hard time trying to get a hold of an agent though. I had to call back asking for an update 3 times. Towards the end, Susana helped me out and explained everything very well. I was very upset at first because I needed a quote right away because we were considering other agencies, but she thanked me for my patience and was able to wrap everything up for me within an hour. Thats why I dropped a star just because I had to call back for an update so many times when I was told I would get one within the hour that I initially called.
