I started working for this company in Dec. but they didnt have me work every weekend. Thats a thumbs down the way i see it! I wish they would have had me work full weekends right away, I needed the money then, especially for the holidays. Instead it was in January when they had me work one full weekend. My experience with this company is lukewarm. Too impersonal on their approach with their employees. When applying to a job, I like to meet the manager face to face, sign the hiring papers etc so i can get some kind of impression/feeling on the person that is hiring me. Thats how its done with other companies. Instead everything was done electronically/online. I did not like the whole Time Sheet thing, I eventually figured out how to use it but I do need to say this: with that app. they also use the GPS from phones to track their employees. Just saying. I never would have left my corner but i suppose thats one of the things I found unnecessary. A job like that should not be difficult or stressful. I worked with other companies in the past and they were pretty laid back. I never had problems with them. The pros in this company are: they actually give you a 30 min. break which can constitute as a lunch. Other companies usually give you 10 min breaks. If you still want to work with this company, be my guest but theyre not for me. I give AArrow a 2 star. Nothing else to say.
Worst company Ive ever worked for. They fired me over one complaint and didnt even do any investigation if I did what the complaint was. Then told me that they will mail me my check when Im supposed to have my check within 72 hours.
