I called up Filtration Direct looking to get a quote on a full house water filtration system. This was something new to me and I had tons of questions. Steve was very professional and took his time explaining the entire process to me, what to look for in a system and what the key differences were. I had question about a salt based vs a non salt based and he explained everything thoroughly.The pricing was cheaper than what I saw online and they were able to schedule me in within the week. They showed up on time and texted me when they were about 15 min away so I could be prepared. They went over the options of installing it in the garage, or outside. I chose inside. They went ahead and installed it and then spent time explaining the process and how the water was going to feel and what to expect being this was my first time. I was happy and they left.The following day I called them because I saw a small leak on the other side of what they did and it was related to my own pipe. They were extremely willing to help out and came by and took care of my small leak. I truly appreciate all the help and the wonderful job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone, any day!Thanks.

We were looking for a filtration set up for our well/water source for our house. We contacted multiple big name companies but they were over priced and or to busy. We contacted Filtration Direct and they were out that same week. They were very knowledgeable and more then fair with there pricing. Our water has no odor and is clean and safe to drink.
