I just have to say that these people go above and beyond what is required of them. I seen in my neighborhood the guys getting every house, every trash can, and ever piece of what ever left on the side of the road. These are great guys, I appreciate all yall do.

The crew that picks up our garbage in the Cove subdivision is amazing. I have never seen so much stuff out at the curb to pick up this past Monday and the 2 man crew did an incredible job. They should both be given a raise!!

Curtis & Travis are the guys who have run my route for several years. They are amazing! Always courteous, and smiling. I try to give them drinks if I hear the truck coming because... Florida, it’s hot. Anyway, recently, I’ve been dealing with an ongoing illness, I only told them about it because I didn’t want them to think I’d forgotten about them. They saw that i was struggling to do anything & have been so kind as to put my cans back for me after emptying them even though I always tell them not to worry about them. The day before Valentines Day, they showed up to my house, on their own time, and with their own money, brought me cards, flowers a teddy bear and more! It had been a very rough morning and this completely floored me, I literally cried like a baby I was so touched by their kindness. My husband was amazed and thankful too.I appreciate their kindness and friendship so much. These guys absolutely owe me nothing over the service they are paid to provide and yet go out of their way to be amazing human beings. I am so grateful for them. I always look forward to seeing them! Waste Pro is very lucky to have two guys who are so hard working, considerate, giving and just plain good. This world could use more Curtis’ & Travis’.

Wow, who is always smiling to pick up your TRASH!!!??? these guys! They are almost too nice (if there is such a thing) lol...I live off Azora Drive in Deltona and our trash guys are awesome...i have a fully gated house (driveway gate too) and not only do they bring my trash can back up my driveway but they lift the heavy thing up and over the fence as well!!! very friendly and we always look forward to their visit...today, i had more trash than usual so i brought it down to my fence line (inside the fence still) and I only took the main trash can outside the fence to the curb. I was going to put the extra trash in the Bin after they emptied it, but when i got home, the main trash can was empty, it was picked up and put back over the fence again, AND they took the additional trash from inside of the fence that i was going to put in afterwards for me too!!! wow, i felt it was way past time to give a great review!!! they go way above and beyond the call of duty, i dont even know their names and i wish i did to mention them here but I feel like ive known them forever, yall got yourselves an awesome 2 man crew that stops by here every WED!!! ill be giving them a little beverage refreshment and snack here very soon! thanx yall!!!

These fellows are always doing a great job with a smile and a wave! They are friendly and hardworking! I know there are several other sanitary workers who come through our neighborhood (Tuskawilla) - and my only reason for a 4 star review is that they tend to speed through the neighborhood. I understand that have a lot to do/ pick up. We happen to have a very active neighborhood- people riding bikes and running - often people are doing this before the sun comes up. I live on Northern Way and can hear the trucks barreling through at 5:45-6:45 am on the daily. I can understand going 5 miles over the speed limit- but going 40-45 mph in a 25 mph neighborhood. So, a bit more safety would be appreciated. Otherwise, we love our Waste Pro workers! They are a joy to see 3 days a week!!!

David and Eugenio are always very courteous and accommodating. They were very helpful in removing my yard waste and other junk items. In this world of anger and hate, it is nice to see two gentleman provide exceptional customer service. These guys work hard under the most undesirable weather conditions. They endure the indignation of condescending and angry people every day but still find a way to smile and do their jobs. I would like to express appreciation to David and Eugenio as well as all of your essential workers who service my area for all that they do.

Always helpful and always thorough. You dont think about your garbage truck or waste disposal unless its going wrong; I never have to think about it. They go out of their way to make it easy, never a mess, never any damage. Professional top to bottom. Robert and Duane, whom I do not know, but appreciate sincerely, work the sanitation route where I live. We are rehabilitating a house and there are times when our output is excessive. I’m too reclusive these days to warmly thank them in person, so I hope this will serve as start, until I return to myself, and the world I watch from my window. Thank you Tydarius and Antonio for helping my disabled boyfriend last week by bringing the tote up to my house when you saw how difficult it was for him to walk. We really appreciate this extra act of kindness.

On Friday, June 11th at about 2:15 pm, husband and I were driving and came to the corner of Lake Mary Blvd. and Rinehart when my husband exclaimed that there was a big box in the road that would be a road hazard when the light changed. (The light was red at the time.) Normally, we would call 911 or non-emergency police but before we could do so, the guys in truck 13102 came to the rescue. One jumped out and removed the road hazard by tossing it in the back of the truck. People in cars around them were cheering and giving thumbs up. Too often, people will only call or give reviews for problems. These guys did a great job in keeping the roadway and community safe. Kudos!

The team that services my home is fantastic. They are fast, efficient, and professional. You can usually set your watch to when will arrive, and if something should happen on their route, our team has even been to our home picking up in the dark. Its a challenging and demanding job, but having the time to wave and honk their horns to children and be pleasant to passers-by means a lot to me.

This is a customer review for truck 531. These guys are wonderful and kind. I have been sick with bad flu (confirmed not covid) and basically stuck in bed when I heard the truck. I ran outside, they had just passed my house and were at the neighbors. They couldve just kept going but they yelled out to go ahead and bring the cans down. They backed up the truck and emptied the cans for me. This may seem like a little thing but its not. These guys are always respectful, the cans are never thrown around in the yard, and they do their hard job with a smile. Please let their bosses know that they are exceptional employees.

We are lucky to have a fantastic crew of Terrance and Kerrich on this crew. They do our twice weekly trash as well as our weekly yard waste. Great team, friendly and professional.

The guys that come to Middleton Oaks are the absolute best. They always come with a smile and always remember my 4 year old son who has loved garbage trucks since he was tiny. They also take everything we put out and even noticed when our garbage output had increased due to moving. I cannot recommend them enough.

On numerous occasions, the Waste Pro employees have gone above and beyond expected service.I observed a Waste Pro employee returning my neighbors trashcan to the side of their house. When I commented to my neighbor on what a really nice thing they did she told me that they have been doing that since they saw her husband struggling to bring up the trash can after it had been emptied. They are dealing with end stage cancer, and concern and care shown, by this act of kindness, has really touched my neighbor and me. Congratulations, Waste Pro, for having such excellent employees.

We live in Longwood and Coop and Curtis have always been great to us. They stop and talk with our son and always take the time to let our son pull the lever for the truck. Great people and always do really good work. Anytime there has been an issue it has been resolved rapidly.

They never balk at anything I put on my curb, waste, recycling or yard waste. Curtis honks EVERY time he drives by even if he cant see me. The team at Waste Pro Sanford is unbelievable, the crews that comes to my house are always friendly and ready to take ANYTHING I have on the curb, (and I have had a LOT of big and bulky things) I know it seems weird to brag about a waste removal company but I visit a lot of neighborhoods and see their cans laying in the yard or on the street. So its important to me that my yard and home are treated with respect. I also recently requested an additional waste container and that interaction was equally friendly and efficient. I have to say Antonio and Tydarius are good guys. I have been working from home since March and have gotten to know them a little. They saw that I have a cast for a ankle injury since July. The sanitation engineers on truck 13102 were super helpful to one of our elderly neighbors. These guys have been servicing my neighborhood for a while now, and they are great! The two men who come by every few days are always very friendly, always wave and say hello. They never complain when my bags are heavy, they just handle them with professionalism. My husband and I see them when we do our daily lunchtime walk around the block and just today one of them wished me a nice weekend. :)

I moved here in November 2019 and had so many boxes to put outAntonio said it was no problem and gathered it all up never once making me feel bad about how much trash I had out. We had one of their trucks break down outside of our house in front of our driveway at 11:41AM this morning. This company let their workers sit out in the heat in a broken truck until 3:30PM before they finally managed to get a mechanic out to look at the truck. For over THREE HOURS they allowed one of their trucks to block driveways and their workers to sweat. We were nice enough to provide their EMPLOYEES food and water and AC. They are currently still here because the truck needs to be towed. This company is treating their employees terribly and not caring about what this situation does to their customers. I cant believe we pay for this kind of inexcusable service.

Ive been living in my community Lake Crescent for almost 2 years. Ive got to say that the service we get here from Waste Pro is wonderful. Ive never had any issues with them picking up stuff we put out on our curb. I called them today (Tuesday) to pickup a couch and Alex was polite and professional.. He asked me to leave it out on the curb by 6am this Thursday and it will be picked up. Happy to have such great service.

I live in Winter Springs, and truck number 13037 comes to my neighborhood. They do a great job each week collecting all of our trash without making a mess. They place our garbage cans back nicely on the curb. But the absolute best thing about them is how friendly they are. My 2 year old son loves watching them. The driver will honk the horn when they are a couple houses away so that we can come out and see them. They wave and say hi to my little guy. They even gave him a toy garbage truck one day. This means so much to our family, and we couldn’t be happier with our driver, the other garbage collector with him, and this company. Thank you so much for your service to our community.

So when first applied i was told because i had a CDL class A i would be *fast tracked*. Now I been here six weeks. I have done trash, I have done yard waste and recycling, I have kept up with some of the fastest people here, I have shown team work and been humbled. But for some reason I was doing this all for nothing because I was informed that HR never wanted to hire me. Crazy that a military back ground with nothing but hard working jobs as employment in my work history and they waited till six weeks later, not even tell me but gossip to other people how they were not going to hire me.Every one of their staff members lie dont have faith in any one word here.Dont waste your time with a job here! They will only abuse their employees physically n mentally with false promises.
