They did not have a truck ready...gave them an hour and still no truck. Had to give them a star since I couldnt post. Never again. Time is money...I guess they just dont care since they havent called back. Dont bother with this name only but no service company.

Bobthe BEST out there. he gave us a brand new 26ft with car carrier, and stuck to his word. it was brand new. we drove to tennessee with NO issues.Bob was kind and knowledgable and i praise God for him. Dont have reservations in renting a truck from Bob, he will not take your money and give you a truck that is broken. God Bless You Bob.

We helped move our Son and his Family to Debary, Florida from Little Rock, Arkansas and he Rented one of Penskes 30 Foot Moving Vans... I,,, with my wife,,, got the opportunity to drive the Van to Debary... It was a wonderful Trip and the Penske Van ran well except for its International Diesel Engine going into Regeneration Stage !!! A warning light came on saying----> STOP----> Pull Off the Road IMMEDIATELY !!! We did and called the Penske Emergency Road Service number... We had our call answered quickly and after a few questions from them and then them giving us Instructions on how to Clear It,,, 40 minutes later we were back on the road again... Their call-in Service Lady called us back every hour to check on us and the status of the Van... The Service Engine Light also came on after... We called while still driving and the Service Lady said to let her know where our next Stop,,, for food or fuel,,, would be and Penske would have a Service Technician there to do a computer check and Clear The Codes... But,,, she said we could keep driving if we wanted, that everything should be OK... We were on a tight schedule having Mover Helpers scheduled to unload so we kept on Truckin...The A/C froze us out,,, the Cruise Control was flawless,,, the ride was smooth...It was a 2013 International,,, Automatic,,, AM/FM Radio,,, with 168,000 miles... YES !!! We would Rent a Penske Unit again !!!
