Called Rays for an estimate on removing a dead palm tree in the front of my house. Great experience from sending a mobile picture to receive free same day estimate to careful planning of removing the tree and not destroying my planter beds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great tree service with attention detail.

They took advantage of me asking for firewood... I asked them to leave some of the 3 trees I had removed... they forgot, so a week or so later, they sent a picture to my mother and asked if they could leave this new pile of wood at my house... it was a cell phone picture which you could not deceiver the size of the pieces... my mother said yes... now I am stuck with a huge amount of wood (an entire tree worth of wood) that cant be cut with a chain saw... you would need heavy duty machinery (that i dont own) to cut this wood. I have asked everyone I know to come take wood, they did. I am still stuck with HUGE, UNMANAGEABLE pieces of wood. I have asked numerous times for them to come pick it up & offered to PAY!!! Its been months now, they have not picked up the wood, they quit answering my phone calls & they took advantage of a traveling Healthcare worker by using my house as a free DUMP!!!

Ray’s came by to trim 5 different Palms trees today. Very friendly and excellent service. The trees look amazing and they did great cleanup afterwards. Very informative as well. I am definitely a permanent future customer.

Wally and his crew were excellent. I had two huge oak trees removed which required a crane. A large portion of one of the trees hung across a neighbor’s yard which was of concern to me. Ray’s Tree Service did an excellent job removing the trees and stump grinding.

I called them to grind a stump told them I was available on Friday they said no problem they had One of their guys actually two of there guys came over on Friday I should say today and got it done.Also I may add the gentleman seen I was digging a hole for a new Palm tree and he offered to bore a hole for me thank you very much I appreciated it .Highly recommended company prompt service
