My wife and I used All-Phase to install the interior finish on our pool. We chose Prism Matrix Indigo Blue and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and professionalism of this company. Chase and the whole team are amazing. They showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone in need of a new interior finish

We had no outstanding issues with our original pool aside from a very dated tile and some wear on a 25yr finish company assured us that a simple remodel would only take about 10 days Demo was completed on 3/25/20. 3/27 bond coat was applied By 4/1 the tile was falling off the side of the pool They resent out the tile guy who stated he would use a better quality grout to hold the tile on in that area We had grout cracking again but behind the tiles at this point. At the area that the grout and the concrete around the perimeter of the pool meet. Chase said theyd put V cut behind the tile where the grout was meeting the concrete so that there was more meat for the grout to grab ahold of 4/30 we had them note that the grout around the pool was cracking yet again 37 days after start The tile around the perimeter of the pool had the blue finish covering the white grout between each and every tile The pool finish on the white grout was addressed by screwdriver he went around and gouged the grout digging at it It still has staining but were informed not much more could be done, and the pool finishers should have done a better job taping off the tile Because of several issues we had not paid our $300 balance the job was not complete After more issues Chase said they could wash the last $300 7/17 we noticed the tile cracking at the same spot that the tile had fallen off when the job was first started. 7/26 the cracks that were originally only on a couple tiles had spread across 17 tiles The manager came out and said he honestly didn’t know what to think of the issue. He again said $300 balance will be zeroed and the tile he would need to reach out to his boss and get back to us No solutions were given at this time he seemed stumped We received an email from him telling us the cause was from our pool shifting and would not be anything they would cover As a courtesy they would come out and replace the broken tile one time only and that it would cause them to break the seal between the tile and the pool finish which would void the warranty on the finish The tile I had around the pool prior to this job had no cracks There is no cracking around the concrete of the pool We’ve had tile issues since the start of this project in this SAME location The only way I can see a sudden shift is becauseTHEY left my pool empty way longer then what was normal To be honest, a lot of attention veered from our pool to life during a pandemic and the issues we were having 10/8 the top half of the tiles began to physically fall off of the pool. It had gotten to the point that the pool just sits unused In 7/2020 I began to have health issues 11/ 2020 diagnosed with cancer pool company was made wellaware of the issues we still had with the pool and we had still not received a cleared invoice as promised. 12/ 2020 I had surgery to remove the cancer In 1/2021 we were served a certified letter from All Phase Pool Remodeling regarding the $300 several calls/emails we now have our $0 invoice and warranty info.We have not accepted their tile replacement job due to the fact that it would void a warranty that we now finally have According to other contractors just slapping on new tile is not going to correct the problemand it WILL happen again They assure us that it is something that All Phase should have seen during the refinishing process and something should have been done then. My concern is not only might this happen again but our tile is a discontinued tile we do not have enough to keep redoing this pool as it has already been redone once before No one has bothered reaching out to us, knowing the kind of issues we are having, and trying to come to a mutually beneficial solutionThey just act like the problem will disappear if they ignore it and for a while due to 2020 and the way our year panned out it was workingWell I am feeling better after cancer and I am ready to fight this I am steps away from filing a lawsuit no one should have to deal with what we have gone through to have the end result that we doWarmer weather is coming& 3 kids wanting to usepool

I hired all phase pools from a mail flyer after unsuccessfully dealing with 3 other local Titusville/Merritt Island pool remodelers Only 1 of them showed up to give estimate 2 took forever to even return a simple call back, so I took a chance on all phase pools and couldnt be happier. The designer Mark actually showed up on time and had a large selections of material I choose heritage design with flagstone pavers and wet edge pebble pool finish. I had the design consult in July but delayed the project until October because it was a 4 week project and I didnt want pool construction in the summer when Im using the pool. What you have to take into consideration is all phase pools has a crew for each specialty not just one crew to do everything. I had pool tiler, pavers crew, pool bonding crew, wet edge crew, electrician for the light and a chemical guy. So you have all theses specialty crews coordinating several projects, plus Florida weather delayed a week with rain and days for curing etc. Jiovanni was project manager he did great job keeping me in the loop with all contractors. The project actually only took 8-9 days but again to coordinate all crews and weather to cooperate long story short, the crews showed up on time, worked hard, were very polite got the job done ahead of schedule and on budget. Very pleased with entire experience.

DO NOT HIRE!!! I paid them in March 2021 for a simple resurfacing. Here we are at the end of July and after 3 failed bond coat inspections and a laundry list of excuses my pool had been completed. I figured I could leave it at that and just be happy that it’s done, but no… they left a pile of garbage on the side of my house along with a tarp and play wood pond filled with green chemicals and no idea if that’s now my job to clean up. I’ve had an empty pool for three months filling with rain water, it turned into a tadpole and mosquito infested disaster. I called daily only to have nobody ever answer. I’d get follow up emails saying the pool would be done “next week”. How many next weeks are there before you give a refund? At the end of this I can’t even say the work was worth it. Avoid them at all costs.

We signed a contract for our pool to be resurfaced, our cool deck redone and painted, new tile in the pool along the top, and a salt system to be installed. This was Supposed to be a 3 week project. The tile guy showed up, drained our pool, put on the new tile and did the grout lines. That’s when the problems began. Two days later, we noticed big pieces of grout laying on the bottom of the pool. The top grout line, between the tile and the deck coping, was coming out. We called All Phase to inform them of this and they said they would send someone out to fix it. Our pool sat with no work being done for 3 weeks. We called to find out what the hold up was since this was a “3 week project” and we were told that they are extremely busy because everyone is home and they are installing new pools. We got put on the back burner because to them our job wasn’t a big money project. A week after the phone call, the deck contractors showed up. They were in a box truck that had a roofing repair company logo on it; I really thought they were at the wrong house. Nope, they were the deck contractors; I guess they do pool decking on the side. They applied the new cool decking and left. They were there 30 minutes. Guess what? No other work was done for another week, until someone showed up to “fix” the grout line. He put more grout on top of the already chipped grout and left. Guess what happened? The grout continued to chip and fall out. Then, you guessed it: no work for another week. We would email or call the main office and ask them what was the hold up and we received several different excuses. My favorite one that was told to me by Laura (she’s in charge of construction scheduling), was that since we were in St Augustine and they are in Lake Munro, FL there has to be other jobs up here for them to do because they aren’t driving up here for “just us”. Side note: They have an office address in Jacksonville, FL, along with a salesman, Mark. If I would have known that they only had an actual working office in Lake Munro I would have never used them. Hindsight. Another favorite excuse was that they put us on the schedule but don’t know why it didn’t get done, or it’s raining down here so we assumed it was raining there - of course, it wouldn’t be raining here. So, after texting the sales person and sending him photos of our unfinished pool and letting him know all the excuses we were told, he called the office and miraculously we were on the schedule the next week for our pool resurfacing. Pool resurfacing was done. Still no word on when grout line would be fixed and we were still waiting on a second coat of deck paint to be applied. You guessed it, we had to call and email continuously to find out when these things would be done. The deck/roofing guys showed up 2 weeks later to apply the second coat. However, they didn’t apply a second coat to the edges so you can tell a color difference. Another employee came to re-do the grout line for a second time. He let the grout he removed fall into the pool on our new surface, he left grout in the grass, and ruined the coping because he was too lazy to wipe off the new grout as he was putting it in. While he was there he decided to throw 8 bags of salt in our pool because he “assumed” the salt system had been installed when it wasn’t. Why didn’t he call the office before he did that? Or simply ask us?? We contacted the office about that and said, “oh, well.” We were contacted by the person installing the salt system to set up a day and time. So my husband took time off work to be there and the guy never showed up; he never even called to say he wasn’t coming. Half a day of pay lost for my husband. After contacting him to find out why he never showed, he said he ran out of time at another job. A week later the salt system was installed. We told that guy about all of the issues with the grout and deck. He took pictures and said he would let the office know. After contacting us about the remaining balance, we expressed our concerns regarding the grout and deck. Still waiting for repairs.

All Phase resurfaced our pool and we couldnt be happier. Mark came over and showed us all the samples. We decided on Tahoe pebble finish. Then our project manager, Chase, came over and did a thorough inspection. The project was done by a very professional crew and they kept the job site clean at all times. I highly recommend their services.

Took 6 weeks for a simple retile/resurface of a home pool. We didn’t mind the 6-8 weeks to start the project, but 6 weeks to actually complete it?? It shouldn’t ever take longer than a week. They left a pump hooked up to our drain for almost 4 weeks pumping water from under our pool. It never stopped pumping out water. We kept calling trying to find out when they were coming out to finish! When they finally show up to complete it, we have a leak, this was on a Monday. Had to call all week for a leak detection guy to finally come out to only be told by the manager that it’s not their problem. “Pipes break when a pool is drained”. The pipe happens to be right where they changed one of the valves. Had to get another guy out to try to fix this leak which will be an extra $1000. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions. They have horrible communication skills and customer service!

We hired All Phase to refinish and retile our pool and they started in December 2020. The salesman, Mark, was great and seemed very knowledgeable and the price was in line with other companies. We trusted and believed what he said. Huge mistake! I can not say how deeply we regret hiring them. They are horrible! As other reviewers stated - they never show up, take forever, and do not compete their work. I have had to beg them every step of the way. Laura in the office must have a book of excuses she pulls from. It is now almost May 2021 and my “3 week project” is not completed. They did a horrible job refinishing the pool and the guys smeared plaster all over the new glass tiles lining the steps. There are white swirl marks all over the new finish in the deep end. They won’t come fix the problems! I urge you to use someone else!!!! Buyer beware!!!!

I loved working with All Phase Pool Remodeling. My salesman, Mark was great and always available to me. Even on weekénds! They did the best they could working around our crazy Florida weather. I still believe it was done in a very timely manner and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality pool work. Thanks All Phase for making this family happy!!

This is day 12, a Saturday, since they drained my pool. They do not as yet, has me scheduled to finish it. The excuse is the weather, but most of this time the weathers been beautiful. One rain day thats all. The last 2 workers were the most unprofessional people I have ever run across on the job site. They argued and fought with each other constantly, each one telling the other what to do. Neither one listening, just yelling constantly at each other. I just wish if they were too busy to finish my pool that they wouldnt have started it. I could have at least use it.The pool is finally finished and my issues address. I am happy with the pool and Jim who put the chemicals in was polite and informative. Also Mervin, who came to take care of the issues I had, was accommodating and made sure I was happy before he left.My biggest complaint was their lack of scheduling and the time it took them to get the job done. Also some of their workers need a lesson on how their behavior on the job reflects on the company.

We recently got our pool redone by All Phase. Everyone was very professional and thorough. To start, our sales man Mark was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process, including construction clean up promptly upon job completion. Sure, there were times I wished the area looked cleaner throughout the process but the crew did a great job when finished and exceeded my expectations. Laura was also very helpful and kept us informed through the process as well. Thank you for a fabulous job and we will be recommending to friends and family!

We had work on our deck and pool coating done by this company and I must say the job turned out beautiful. We had doubt about going with a company that was an hour plus away from our home but the job was finished in a timely fashion. We went with a glass and pebble coating, indigo blue with black pavers and it looks absolutely amazing. The team was very punctual on getting the job done and we’re very courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

Don’t waste your time or money on this company!!! 15 days after paying a deposit and signing the contract I had to end up calling just to find out when they would be starting or any update at all. Mark talked so highly of the “project manager” Laura (the only thing she’s good at is avoiding calls and giving pathetic excuses) but come to find out per mark, if we have issues we should call the salesman....in what business does the salesman deal with the project after the papers are signed?! The inspector was the only professional worker we dealt with. In the 7 weeks I was not called ONCE by the project manager to let me know when people would be arriving or any updates at all!!! (We have 5 daughters and 2 large dogs) Laura needs to find a new job!!! First worker we were introduced to had a burnt cigarette hanging from his mouth (truly professional) and would stop working completely to talk. What should have been a easy two day project of replacing the tile turned into 5 days and we were unable to use our backyard/porch because if he saw us he’d stop working and come try to chat. So incredibly uncomfortable for us and our kids. The crew that sprayed the pebble left products, acid bottles, water bottles, red tape, used sponges and other trash laying across our property. (I was planning on attaching pics for all this) I can only be mad at myself for choosing this pathetic excuse of a professional business but I hopefully can help someone else. Any complaints I made were met with excuses and not once was there an apology to me or my husband. Thankfully it looks fine but for the price you pay, you should at least be able to expect professional service sadly not with this company. I will never suggest them to anyone. Do your research and definitely check reviews. The work started in September 2020.

We are so grateful to Mark Wiles for his professionalism and integrity. Our experience with All Phase Pool Remodeling was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone that came out to work on the pool worked very hard and had a since of pride in their workmanship. The office staff were very attentive and answered all the 1000 questions that I had and seemed happy to do it. All around excellent customer care. We would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

We hired All Phase Pools to resurface our pool with the Prism Matrix product from Wet Edge Technologies, retile the pool, change the cantilever edge to a bullnose, and redo the entire deck with concrete pavers. This company is professional. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. The workers are all courteous, diligent and efficient. They do a professional job and obviously care about doing their best. The office staff, salesperson and other employees are always available for questions and explanations. We could not have chosen a better company to work with.

My pool looks great and everyone did a fantastic job. Laura was very kind and informative and kept me updated along the way, even with all the delays and weather holding them back. Would recommend!

The workmanship by the individual workers was excellent however I had a draining issue and called multiple times with no one answering the phone. Finally got a response from a Laura who was totally unprofessional and unresponsive After threatening to expose their poor customer service I did have someone show up. Never got a call back and after many calls and texts to Laura never received a solution. Horrible customer service I suggest other venders and have shared my views with neighbors and friends who were actually pleased with the workmanship.

We just had our pool remodeled and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. We had a few hiccups along the way but Laura was very attentive to our needs. The company was very respectful of our needs during this covid ordeal. We have a son with auto immune disease and was Weary of having construction workers at our home. Every person wore a mask with no issue. Once the job was finished the service team was very quick to get any remaining issues resolved. If I ever have to redo my pool again I will definitely give them another call.Thank you all phase pools!

Had to cancle due to a shortage per say

Stay away from this company if you want to keep your sanity. I hired them to do my pool which was suppose to be a 3.5 week job that turned in almost 3 months. They made a lot of mistakes which was blamed on others rather than accepting it was their own doing. They forgot to cut the drain in and had to come back to recut it in after they had already finished the decking and also covered the jet with concrete after another had just drilled it. They also drained the pool into my garden and killed the entire garden to name just a few issues that happened. Also a woman named Laura who works there was very rude and unprofessional. End result was actually a poor job as well being there is a lot of deposits on the pool surface and the drain that was cut in is chipped all the way across it which we will have to hire someone else to come and clean it up before we would ever ask them to.

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say. I feel Mark lied.All the negative reviews are exact. The good reviews are probably reward by the company in some way. Folks do what I did video EVERYTHING step by step. This will be very help full later on!

I would not recommend this company. I had the work done 8 months ago and have been trying to get them out to do a final walk thru. I owed them $150. at time of walk thru. They never responded to emails or phone messages ( when the voice mailbox was not full). The work had some flaws and it seems they didnt care, not big items but basic finishing touches that were not completed right. These could of been done quickly by them, they even left trash ( unused material in the front and back yard. But they didnt care. Do Not look for quality from this company.

We had our pool refinished by All Phase. I was a little apprehensive due to some of the reviews but there was no need to be. They did an excellent job in record time! Everyone we talked to was great and super professional. Jeff explained the entire process very well and answered all of our questions. Laura was fantastic and kept the job on track. There are lots of steps to refinishing a pool and everyone that came out was very experienced. Our pool looks awesome! I would highly recommend All Phase!

We contracted with this company to have our pool resurfaced with a pebble finish. Chase was our foreman and kept in touch with us the entire time letting us know the next steps. We couldn’t be happier. Top Notch company. I highly recommend them.

All phase pool Remodeling did not fulfill their agreement according to their own contract. The contract said that they would pressure wash the pool before the bonding Coat was added. they did not. they were supposed to remove the tile off the steps according to their contract. They did not. the tile That was installed was not installed level. they were supposed to do an inspection at that stage. the inspector obviously did not know what he was doing looked around and said looks good to him. they are all a bunch of hacks. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau they eventually gave me some of my money back but not enough. don’t walk away from all phase pool run and don’t look back. If I could give them less than one star I would.

Very poor project management. Management is do one thing and wait for the next. Took six months. They will also expect some payments up front after youve lost trust in their ability to finish. Its a family business so the customer is low in the pecking order. Lack of attention to detail. Salesman will try to say these negative reviews are competitors, but thats false.

Rude, refuse to wear a mask, and very unprofessional. I called All Phase Pool and spoke with Jeff Foster, who said he was too busy to meet me at the house for a week and a half. Today, the day of the appointment, he called a half an hour before our scheduled time to see if I could meet early. I explained to him that I have a job and was on the road now to meet him so I could not meet him early. He didn’t remember that I did not live there yet, did not remember what I wanted done or have any notes with him from our conversation on the phone. When I reminded him of what we discussed he stated that he didn’t remember everyone he talks to. Very unprofessional and ill repaired. Then he refused to wear a mask even though I asked him to and it is the law. He started arguing with me, stated that he did not have to wear a mask unless he was in a group setting and asked me if I had Covid. At that point I said “let’s just forget it. I’m done”. He then started arguing with me that I should still let him take a look at my pool since he was there. Really? Why would I want to do business with someone like this? He continue to argue with me as I walked into the house. DO NOT use this company under any terms. No wonder their reviews are so bad.

We had six or seven people come out and quote the resurface we needed on our pool. Mark was the only one who came with samples and insurance paper work. The job was started on Friday April 24th and we were swimming by Friday may 8th (including fill time) I was in contact with Laura through the entire process and I called a lot. She answered every time and helped with all my questions. The pool looks great really clear! We are very happy with the surface and product!

We have been very satisfied with our salt pool resurfacing. Workers were friendly and sincerely enjoyed the work they were doing. Scheduling was quite simple in the beginning and everything went along smoothly. Then the last payment was made when the handrail was installed. I received an email from Mike almost immediately asking for a review because I had given positive feed back. Now mind you the pool was not up and running, yet. So I decided to wait until the job was truly completed before doing a review. The pool had been filled and we were monitoring it for the allotted 28 days for curing of the pool finish. Salt could not be added until curing had been complete. After the initial 28 days the salt had not been delivered. No contact from All Phase unless I initiated a call or email.We assumed and you know what that means that All Phase would deliver salt and bring the salt chlorination system back into operation. Our bad!!! When finally now that the salt has been delivered 45 days after filling, I have been informed they do not add salt to a renovation only to a new salt system. They do not tell you this in the beginning, but imply that everything will be up and running when complete.

This is the second time we have used All Phase. The 1st time a few years ago we had a leak in our pool and was quickly resolved for a very reasonable price. I decided to go back to them when me and my wife were thinking about rehabbing our pool, glad we did! Happy wife, happy life! Our pool literally looks like an oasis now. Thanks to Joe and his team.

I contracted for All Phase Pools to completely resurface my pool along with painting the deck and switch to salt system. The company has done a great job. The finished pool, deck and salt system look great.The workers were great to watch and work with. Just a slight problem with communications.

All Phase Pool just completed resurfacing our pool and spa. Because of some of the very negative reviews we were a bit leery but after a frank and honest conversation with the salesman, Mark, we made our decision to contract with All Phase. It was a great decision! Jennifer and Chase kept us informed at each step. Chase was available at all times and even went out of his way to checkout different spillway pieces for us. The workers who came worked diligently and were always polite. Some did a better job than others about cleaning up after themselves but no big messes and the next crew coming in took care of it for us. The finished product is lovely. We would certainly recommend All Phase Pool Company.

Took long time to accomplish a pool remodel. Interior of pool looked good but ruined our deck and took extremely long to get fixed. The service manager gets people out to the house which took weeks and when they show up they still promise they will fix the damage but never complete the task. No one returns calls and when they do they are rude like you owe them a favor when they did the damage extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend this company to anyone unless u want to be on medication for life because of irritation.

My husband and I are very please with everything from the quality of the work to the follow through. Were so glad we went with the pebble finish. I had no idea our pool and spa could look like this again. We have had so many compliments. We would certainly recommend all phase to anyone.

This company is very unprofessional they hold up the job every step of the way to collect their money, but their work is not done. Worst sales, and office personnel. They started the job and use money as leverage to make you pay because they know you need your pool remodel. RUN FAR from this company. No customer service either. I would not recommend them to walk your dog. Get everything in writing on your contract, not to trusted.

I thought my mother had gotten a good deal with the pool resurfacing quote she was given and I urged her to continue and do business with this company. I SHOULDVE TOLD HER TO RUN AWAY as the other review says. From the moment they started, and gave us an unusual time frame to wait to the job not being done correctly- the pool resurfacing is not up to the standards we were shown, and they never completed the job- even when she called several times over the course of a week. And when they finally show up- the incompetence of the person they sent- he opened a drain to start draining the pool that was almost completely full again. Causing my mother to have to once again refill the pool at her own expense. Seriously, the headaches, unanswered phone calls and the lack of customer service is not worth the DEAL on the price.

I hired All Phase to apply the Wet Edge Prism Matrix pebble finish in Indigo Blue in my pool, as well as to install glass tile, a new LED color changing light, and to resurface and texture my pool deck. The process was smooth and the pool looks amazing!

The pool looks great but heed the warnings about All Phase. I did not see the reviews or I would not be writing this one. My issue is not the pool( Yet) but I supervised the project from beginning to end. My issue is communications from All Phase to the customer. It is poor at best.

Yes I agree, run from this company. The professionals THEY SAID would come out, were anything but. Very unprofessional workman. On their phones, playing music, sloppy work. They caused a leak at my pool jet and refused to pay for the repairs. I was stuck with paying $385. in repairs that they caused. They would not reimburse me. NOT right at all. They dont stand behind their work. Employees not properly trained and unprofessional.

Im a neighbor of a customer. The employees of their company used my property as a runway to the neighbors backyard, stacked equipment and a refuse pool straddled our lot lines. My vehicles parked in my driveway were covered in concrete dust. Blue chalk like debris all over the street and in my yard. The blue stuff is still on the street. The drains where they ran overflow water is now stained blue.I have no idea how the job turned out but I do know they have no regard for what happens to surrounding areas and their clean up is pretty much nonexistent.

We signed contract in December and was told it would be completed in late January here we are April and we are still having issue with the pool and unfinished work. No communication from the office to the team doing the job on site. You have to follow up with several calls and e-mail to the office to get updates. The office doesnt return calls. I had to call several times to ask for next steps and timing and let them know no one has been out to my property for weeks. They had no idea the worker didnt show up and they said thanks for letting us know, they called back to tell me his car broke down and didnt know when he would be back out. Again no call, I had to call back again.Then they install the incorrect light, I called to let them know and they said no its right and sure enough when the pool was filled with water and we turn on the light it was the wrong light. We had to have them come back out install the correct light. Then we had a leak where they installed the light. That cost us more money to re fill the pool. I was told we would have final walk though and that never happen. Im still waiting for the final walk through and a few items to be fixed. Then they had the nerve to send me a certified collection letter without a phone call or e-mail as for final payment of 550.00 when they havent completed the job. Very dishonest and terrible communication and no one on the same page between the office and the construction crew. I would not recommend this company.

Whoever you have driving the van on i4 1-17-19 that got off at exit 118 (sr44) at 6pm needs to CHILL OUT. I may be a bit of a speed demon but if you fly past me when Im going 15-20mph over the limit you may have a problem. I promise the pool isnt going to go anywhere, it will be right where you left it...

This company should be shut down for complete incompetence. They were happy to accept my payments, but had to wait weeks and weeks for actual service. Each time they would go days in between actually working and left horrible messes in my yard, porch, pool area, in addition to cigarette butts and trash. My husband would be told by the office people were on their way then no one would show up the entire day. Multiple times.I should be able to post no stars.

We are at the end of our project to resurface our pool with All Phase Pool from Sanford. Of course when your pool is being worked on you want everything to run smoothly and timely. When dealing with a busy company the customer must remember they are multi-tasking between various jobs, which causes minor delays since each process must be done in a specific order.My primary concern was to ensure the job was done right. After each process, I would send an update email to the office critiquing the workmanship and to get an idea when the next process would be scheduled. All my correspondence were answered the next day and was pleased the office did not ignore any of my correspondence even when hiccups occurred. They quickly addressed my concerns and have arranged for the corrections to be done.I would definitely recommend this company.

I do not recommend All Phase Pool Remodeling of Sanford, FL. After 5 months it took APP to complete my 20k remodel, so far I’ve spent 6k fixing their shoddy workmanship. My existing 8 mo old single speed pump was incorrectly wired as a 2 speed & the motor blew. The spa plumbing to valve was not glued & sucked air. The $1,450 electric spa heater the size of a breadbox APP sold me was ridiculously expensive to run, etc, etc, etc. the BBB rating is out of date & should be corrected—the negative feedback is what this company stands for & deserves. Bankruptcy wouldn’t surprise me if this company continues to do business as usual. Looks like any positive reviews are from employees—the salesman Harry has 2 that I saw—all the rest were negative customer feedback. I put a new in ground pool in my Ormond home 4 yrs ago by Bryant Pools and the experience was fabulous— the equipment to run the pool flawless and high quality not to mention done in a timely fashion & my property was kept neat & secure —quite the opposite with this remodel by APP. So sorry I went with this company. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Like the other reviewer stated: Run don’t walk from this company. We’re not kidding, we’re trying to help you avoid the nightmare!

Terrible service. Horrible pool work. And, they like to jack up the rate they gave you over the phone once they get you in person.

To add the latest up date......as of August I realized that the safety regulator that covers the spa intake was never installed. This was realized the hard way as my wifes leg was caught in the opening while using the spa for the first time. Thank goodness my kids were not in it at the time. This was a part that was ordered and never installed as per the original job. I contacted All Phase to deal with a nice but new person that said she would look into it. It took a week for the installer to show up to finally put the part in to only find out it was the wrong part. 3 months to order a part yet it is still the wrong part? They said they only come to Brevard county once a week and they would come back the following week. I emailed All Phase (with no response) to make them aware of the issue................one week later, no e-mail, no call and no part installed. TYPICAL OF ALL PHASE. Wish there was a negative star rating.UPDATED JUNE 21, 2017.I HAVE TAKEN THIS REVIEW DOWN TO 1 STAR DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE COMPANY LEFT ME WITH A LEAK AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX IT. THEY MADE ME GET A PROFESSIONAL TO FIND THE LEAK THEY COULD NOT AND NEVER REIMBURSED ME. THEY DENIED ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIER WORK EVEN THOUGH THE PROFESSIONAL LEAK DETECTION COMPANY, UNDER ALL PHASES WATCH, FOUND 3 LEAKS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOUND AND REPAIRED. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISFORTUNE.Wish I went a different way! They used a great looking product to make the color exactly what I wanted BUT the surface was not smooth as promised. Even after brushing it 2 times a day for 2 weeks and 1 time a day for the next, it is not great. The spa came out horrible. Had to have them drain it and buff it just so you could actually sit down on the surface. The pool was resurfaced because I wanted a smoother surface. All I got was a different color. To add insult to injury there is a leak that their tech could not find. Losing 2 of water a day!!!! Now I have to spend $300 to have a 3rd party come out and find the leak which they said they will not fix. How the hell is there a leak after you finish the work but it is my fault. Yeah, big disappointment. Would not recommend!UPDATE:All Phase Inspector #2 came out and found 1 of the leaks in seconds. Apologized about poor customer service. 3rd party leak detector found that leak, another leak and a potential leak that was about to give. All Phase wanted the 3rd party to not come and they were just going to fix the 1 leak and leave. Glad the 3rd party came! I have e-mailed All Phase about a refund for the cost of the leak detection and repair and havent heard back yet. I have been filling the pool for 3 weeks @ 70 gallons a day. IF I even get reimbursed I am positive they will not attempt to make good on all the water I have had to fill due to their inability to find the leak or make proper arrangements to have it solved. We shall see. Not changing my 2 star rating.

Owners wife will run this company into the ground. Blames everything on other departments or employees. If you talk to a woman called Jennifer she is unorganized and irresponsible but the husband lets it happend. Run!! dont walk... far away from this company

This company is not one I would not recommend for a number of reasons. First, they were not very communicative except for getting paid. At this time our pool is streaked, the pool light which they took out is still out (never reinstalled), and they left the deck stained in many areas. Of course we have contacted them to redo and or repair same. Unfortunately, all they responded with was inquiring about the final $300.00 payment. Needless, to say I rated them with one star because I could not rate less. PUBLIC BEWARE!

Save yourself the grief of dealing with a company that does poor quality work and even worse warranty work. Just a taste of what you can expect from them.Installers that leave your property damaged with plaster spatter on your cars, your house and large quantities in your grass. (still cleaning up their mess months later) Warranty department manager ( Chase) sets up appointment to meet with you then pulls a No Call, No show. Comes by an hour after appointment time and makes assumption as to the problem, then schedules unneeded and damaging procedure to your new pool surface. Sends out a tech (Josh) who tells you what he is doing, then pumps your pool dry while he sleeps in the van. They still have not reimbursed me for the water that they wasted for no apparent reason .Have photos and video of everything I have stated above that I would love to share with the owner of this company prior to the local media, but I dont expect to hear from them.

I do not recommend this company. They did not show up when they said they would - got gunite on my pool deck and on the existing tiles - did not explain what had to be done after they were gone or that they would come back in 30 days to put salt in the pool or that I shouldnt do it for 30 days. They are hard to get in touch with between 12 and 2 for LUNCH. Very unprofessional. Biggest mistake I have made in years.

Cant attest to the quality work of this company, but how their name came across my radar was being tailgated, almost ran off the road, screamed at, flipped off, excessively honked at with the airhorn of this very large vehicle while aggressively weaving thru traffic at 85+ miles an hour by 2 of their employees driving USDOT truck #2113 893 License Plate IIA R27 on 417 Tuesday 7/24/18 at 6pm.

Horrible, run as fast as you can from this company, they dont know anything and wont stand by their work. Total scammers and rip off artists.
