I called this company for my boss. We had a clogged toilet that nobody seemed able to unclog. We even had the toilet removed before anyone took an attempt at it. They estimates the other companies gave us was over $1000. So, I tried my luck with Mr. Rooter. They sent someone within 2 hrs and explained what they were going to do and how much. I was simply amazed. They not only fixed the clog fairly quickly, they charged my boss well under $1000. He was very happy and pleased with their service. I had a leaking water temperture control in the master bath shower. The fixture was old and not a name brand, so the guys couldnt find a replacement cartridge. Now, they could have told me the whole unit would need to be replaced and cost $$$$. But they didnt, they took the time to clean and rebuild the original cartridge for a fair price . Works like new! These two guys are heroes ! Thank You, Charles and Myron !

Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECFULI scheduled an appointment with Mr. Rooter to give me a quote on work needed at a commercial site in Sanford Fla. I drove approximately 4hrs to meet with the representative at the site. The representative showed up promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me I would get a QUOTE from the main office within the next 24-48hrs. That was on the 11 December 2020 today is 20 December 2020.Bottom line I never heard back from this company…..after numerous text, emails and phone calls. I stayed in town in a hotel waiting on this QUOTE for four days.As a professional company at least have enough RESPECT and PROFESSIONALISM to RESPOND/FOLLOW UP with your customers☹

A tenant called with a toilet leak issue and I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing after finding them on a Google Search for the Sandford, FL area and the plumber showed up within a few hours, did a toilet rebuild and replaced a non-working shut off value and toilet tank hose and even sent me pictures of the repairs. Payment was made over the phone. Mr. Rooter Plumbing made this process so prompt and convenient. I recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they will be the 1st plumber I will call if there is another plumbing issue.

Had a leaking pipe inside the concret wall. They were able to come to fix it the next day. Chris from Mr Rooter did a great job. He made sure it was done right and he filled up the hole he had to cut to get into the pipe after the job was done and cleaned the site.I also got an email receipt with detailed pictures of each step of the repair.Thank you very much!

Allen and Carlos were way early for their appointment, very professional and super nice upon arrival, first A+! Then I explained the problem to best of my knowledge and showed them where it was. They new exactly what the issues were and kept me in the loop the whole time of service. I was given a price for the total job and labor, which was lower than I anticipated and before they started any work. Again these gentleman embodied professionalism, they were empathetic to my concerns and confident in their ability to fix my plumbing issues. Was quoted $326 to clean pipes. When I got my text for payment was $499. Was not told by tech extra charge for camera that was used. Signed bill with not actual total visible. Was never informed total price until got e-mail. Feel I was cheated after initial quote of $326. Never use company again.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. My water heater burst and they sent Laslo out immediately whom not only did a great job but also referred a company out to assess and dry out the affected part of the house as well as repair the drywall and flooring. I highly recommend!

Very professional and explained everything that was happening and fixed my leak promptly. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issues and ask for David specifically!

This company was great, they were able to come out within a couple hours of my call at 6pm on a Saturday. David was my plumber and he was very experienced, he helped me solve the problem in the best way possible, along with teaching me a thing or two along the way. I contacted them because I had a blocked line and sewage was backing up into the whole house. I chose them because they assured me they could be there within 2 hours. They did not show within 2 hours and the dispatcher misled me by stating they were close and would be there soon. This went on hour after hour after hour until it was too late to contact anyone else. They did not show up until almost 10pm, then charged me almost $400 for a 10 minute job. I would never use them again.

The plumber who responded was professional, very efficient and meticulous in his work along with cleaning up afterward. I cannot say enough good about the experience, thanks Mr Rooter!

24 hour emergency service is a joke....waited more than 2 hours and then called and told they not only couldnt come tonight, Saturday, but not able to come out for the whole weekend. So disappointed, while I was nit happy the girls attitude over the phone pushed me over the edge.

We had toilet overflow issues and asked a few plumbing services to fix our problems. They have tried to use a 75-foot snake to clean the sewer pipe and came up with some tree roots. But the problem would reappear after a while.With many good reviews from Mr. Rooters website, we decided to give it a try. I have explained the problem over the phone and asked for a camera review. But the message was not related to the technician and he spent about two hours (without remote camera) and claimed that the problem was fixed. We found out that the toilet seat was loose and the caulking was not done. A week later, the overflow came back and the water was all over the floor. Mr. Rooter charges higher rate than other places but the result was unacceptable. Therefore, I wrote an email to complain about the result.A few days later, I received a call from local office to apologize and promised to fix the problem. They promised to send Gregg (many good reviews about him on Rooters website) but a different guy name Mark showed up.Mark explained that he was going to use the camera to find out what went wrong. He also told us that there will be no charge for the camera review. Mark turned out to be pretty good. He took the toilet seat apart and found the piping flange was broken. The water leaks through the flange even with a wax ring around it. He then tried to use a camera to check the line but was unable to get a clear view due to standing water in the pipe.Mark spent time checking around the house and even crawled in our basement to check the pipeline. He did a pipe cleaning using a Snake again and concluded that the root cause for the drainage is the city sewer pipe (outside the house). He suggested that I should contact Orlando City Sewer service to solve the root cause.To my amazement, our tax money worked wonderfully. A group of four people from City Sewer service came withing an hour after I called. Mark and I communicate with them and they started digging some concrete outside the house. We were told that the process would take up to three to four days.Anyway, Mark fixed toilet flange and seat (labor and parts about $500 with a 3-year advantage plan). It is not cheap but it was worth it. I believe that he did a great job to communicate well with customer. He will be a great asset for the company.To update, City Sewer people have dug up and replaced some piping with an open access. They have cleaned the pipe line into the street and our house. So far, everything is running great.
