I spoke to the owner Josh Gross directly upon first contact and immediately was sent out a trash receptacle the same week in time for trash pick up! I was very impressed by the way business was conducted on ALL levels. *Professionalism and knowledge—10*Speediness of requested service—10*Pricing—10* Noise level upon pick up—10!This is a family owned small business that deserves recognition! If I hadn’t been awake prior to pick up day, I would have never know he was outside! That aspect is especially important when residing in a rural area where ever noise is generally heard! I truly recommend It’s Gross Sanitation services!As an added bonus in the event you do not have your trash at the road by the designated time, he will even COME BACK with a simple phone call. AMAZING!!!

They have great service

I did business with this establishment close to a year (10 months). In that time, I never had to worry about if I had too much stuff or when/ if they were coming (by 5am). They showed nothing but kindness since day one until I no longer needed service; there is no lack of communication, any questions day or night will be answered. They do not have a recycling option but, for the price and amount of waste we had, I left happy. Should I need or have to recommend - this would be it. $65 per 3 months and a refund when or if necessary. All I can say is thank you for a job well done. This is a business where the consumer should leave coffee and a Christmas gift.
