Everything was good up till the closing. Just like a used car dealer they dont want to bother after the sale. I should have gone with the VA recommended agent in the area. Power was off when we went to inspect property before closing, but instead of waiting 3 hours for the power to be turned back on and screw the closing schedule I went on faith that all was good. The next day after the closing I had to pay a well company to come out to prime the pump. When I contacted my realtor and explained the situation she did nothing to help recover my loss. I blame myself I should have been a little tougher and not worry about screwing up everybody elses schedule.its been over 2 months since the realtor said she would contact the listing agent, and I havent heard back, not happy!
