I had an old inground pool system and purchased a new Pentair pool pump. Only to realize it was far more then I could handle to installed due to its proximity to the house wall. I checked around: Seminole Pool Supply was the best deal with everything needed for the task -- I took pictures, several angles and went to their store.They handled it all with PERFECTION.Alexis and Daniel listened to my systems issue. Resultant, owner Kevin recommended a plan along with additional required parts to renovate the entire system. His solution framed too --raising it all onto a thick cement pallet in conjunction with re-piping away from wall. An appointment was set.Pat and Hayden came -- did the trick with fun and humor to boot. Pat discovered worn filter parts which needed replacement + a thorough explanation with advantages and disadvantages. He called Kevin who had the deliverables. We agreed on cost and all came with dispatch.Viola, the guys completed the system --up and running before I knew it. They were all professional as a pleasure to work with to include sharing several illuminating tips and tricks. This whole experience was painless beyond my dreams. As my dad used to coin a phase, they are top drawer.

Found through Hayward recommended providers to fix a warranty issue. Seminole Pool Supply came out the next day with the part needed to fix he issue I described over the phone. It was a quick fix and they took care of filing the claim with Hayward. Would recommend!

Originally found through a Facebook marketplace ad but wanted to leave a review for all to see it’s a no frills straight to the point solid business. I had a rebuilt pool motor in about 15 minutes, and that’s even after I took it apart and made it look like an incomplete jigsaw puzzle. Friendly staff and knowledgeable, will come again and recommend!

This company is Fantastic!!! I needed a part for my pool pump and reach out to them. They not only had the part but, Kevin insisted on giving it to me and shipping it to me for free. They were the best, my pool pump went out and while searching online I found that they sold rebuilt pumps so I did not need to buy a new one, it was a huge cost saving for us. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. I would use them again in a hot second. I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone who could use their service.

WOW.,....Fabulous Customer Service. Fixed our Pump we bought on craigslist. Someone put Resin in place of the O ring. Seminole Pool Supply showed us why the engine seized and within one hour we had another pump and a great price. LOVE LOVE LOVE and it had a warranty for one year. The dogs are so cute...They may welcome you also. :-)

Used to be good. Dont use now. Informal, dont show up when they say they will, you ask them to call you back...they dont; and when you ask if they left your message with the owner, they tell you they cant remember if they gave him the message. I try to support local businesses, but these guys have lost my trust.

Was not home when the repairs were made so paid the bill over the phone when they called for payment. The cleaner was not repaired. I tried calling several times but got no return call. Took cleaner to another pool company and they did the work Seminole Pool said they did and now the cleaner works. Seminole refuses to give me a refund.

Ive been dealing with this store for several years now since I bought a rental property not to far away and the owner is not rude at all. Hes a bit hard of hearing LOL but in the case of the April 16th 2009 entry, clearly the issue there was his prices could all ready be considered wholesale. So I dont see where he would have room for a discount. If that person went to Pinch A Penny and worked a deal I promise you he / she / they probably paid more after a discount than this mom and pop store would have charged retail. Ive done the Pinch A Penny thing. They have a big store inventory with big store prices. As for the owner of Seminole Pools Give him a break! God Bless him. After all hes still in business competing with all the national chains.
