We switched all of our bills and accounts to this address. They were very quick to scan items to us and forward mail to any address we requested when necessary. Everyone I spoke with when investigating this business and subsequently to set it up was professional and helpful. They are always available to answer questions and help you when needed. I travel often for more than a month at a time and needed assistance with my mail. It isn’t always convenient or kind to keep asking neighbors and friends to help out. Traleling Mailbox was suggested to me by a friend. I was between jobs and did not have a permanent location where I could send mail. The service works extremely well because you can see each piece of mail you receive, open what you choose and have any mail you like forwarded to wherever you happen to be, or anywhere you like. It was nice to not have to hassle friends and neighbors to keep track on my mail.

The service was excellent. It was easy to use and affordable. We used it during a two-month RV trip when we were moving every week. We always had access to electronic copies of our mail, and used the forwarding service for an unexpected check that arrived during our trip. When we returned home we printed copies of the few items we wanted paper copies of, and we also had another very large item forwarded back to our home address. Everything worked as expected, and we will definitely use the service again next time we do a long trip.

After researching multiple options for our mail while being on a 4 month road trip we decided to go with Traveling Mailbox. Their app is very easy to use. It was great not getting junk mail. We chose the basic service ($15 a month) it worked well as we receive very little mail anyway. Their turn around time for opening & scanning was reasonable enough. (The biggest delay is from the post office forwarding) We only had to have 3 things forwarded to us & that was very easy. They offer many different addresses & package sizes. Its almost worth it to use them full time, nice not having to check the mail. If I could receive packages from home & forward everything else Id do it. (HATE JUNK MAIL, its such a waste) We will use them again next year during our travels.

We have returned home after a 6 month full-time RV trip across the USA. One of the main concerns during this trip was how to handle important correspondence while away. Youd be crazy to go anywhere else, unless you enjoy higher prices and bad customer service. This place is completely upfront with all their costs and dont fine print you out of your bank account, unlike everywhere else.The best part about them is the customer service. If your car gets stolen at 8pm with your phone in it, youd probably be better off finding a way to call them instead of 911. Theyd probably find your car faster, track your phone quicker, and order you an Uber to make sure you got home.

Excellent service. I easily established the mailbox when we were planning on full-timing for one year. USPS recognized it as legitimate and forwarded everything to it as requested. This came up on very short notice during tax season and the selling/buying of a house. No problems. Banks, Title companies, credit card companies, etc. had no issues with the service. The scan service was very helpful. All Traveling Mailbox activities happened seamlessly with no stress on our part. When our plans abruptly changed and we no longer needed the service, it was very easy to terminate. I will definitely use Traveling Mailbox in the future when we long-time it.

Ive been using Travelling Mailbox for more than 3 years. Heres how it works: My credit card company sent my new credit card to my Traveling Mailbox box because thats the mailing address they have for me. In my Traveling Mailbox account online, I viewed a scan of the envelope and elected to have them open it and scan the contents. For a reasonable fee, I then had it sent to where Im currently living in Mexico via FedEx Express. Two days later, it arrived. Excellent service.

Weve used Traveling Mailbox several times as we traveled in our RV, but our last move included an extended stay before we settled in our new place. I found Traveling Mailbox to be very useful.I used it while I moved homes last year. Since my home was being sold at the start of the year and my new home wasn’t going to be ready for until mid-spring, I didn’t want to file a USPS forwarding to my temporary address and then file a new USPS forwarding to my permanent home. Plus it allowed me to filter out the junk mail.Having my mail forwarded to Traveling Mailbox was great as I could see what came in and decide what I really wanted to have sent on to me and what could be shredded. I also appreciated the ability to have items scanned. We use this service while snowbirding. It’s really good. They reliably handle your mail, the best thing though is that they remove all junk mail. This feature alone is worth it. Holding your mail and forwarding any mail items (where for some reason your need the original copy) to your current residency is also easy and reasonably priced. I would even go as far as saying that using this service at home to save you the walk to your mailbox and dig through all the junk but for this, there would have to be a filtering feature where they align with USPS to forward all your mail to this service while delivering any packages to you directly for example. Strongly recommended for all long-term travellers!

I used Traveling Mailbox for 3 months while we temporarily relocated and everything worked like clockwork. Took about 2-3 weeks for the USPS to forward everything, but once in the hands of Traveling Mailbox it was very easy to use and interface. One recommendation would be to have a mail intake center located in the West to allow for shorter forwarding times from West Coast Addresses. All in all a great experience and I will definitely use again as needed.

Seems like a scam company. My mail never got delivered and I have now lost bunch of important legal documents + hard to get a hold of costumer service. Used the service for 90 days and cancelled dur to the inefficient and costly way packages and forwarded items are handled. You pay far more monthly thannis advertised and every packaged received costs you money. They charge for receiving packages AND forwarding them. Just expensive as hell and not worth it.

We had a great experience with Traveling Mailbox. We used their service from June 2020 through October 2020 while spending the summer in the mountains in NH. I liked being able to view the envelope of my mail before making a choice to open it, forward it, delete it or, in the case of a check, deposit it. While forwarding can add up, I found it more economical to download the documents and only forward packages or checks that I did not want to deposit through the service. The chat is excellent and they respond really quickly to any questions you may have. We will use this service again when we are travelling.

This is probably the best service for travelers that exists, and could well replace the home mailbox as we know it. Traveling Mailbox receives your mail and provides a picture of it, then allows you do a variety of things with it -- scan, shred, save, etc. It provides digital copies of everything and an Inbox and as many folders as you like beneath the Inbox. When you return from your trip you receive whatever mail you wanted to save in hard copy (which turns out to be relatively little). The best aspect is the customer service. They are always available, always helpful, and always go the extra mile. I wish all companies took a lesson in customer service from them.

For a year we lived outside the US and had Traveling Mailbox open and scan and forward mail to us in France. It worked wonderfully with no problems for the entire period. We just deactivated our subscription to Traveling Mailbox, but not because we were dissatisfied. To the contrary, the services offered by Traveling Mailbox proved to be essential to our way of life.We normally are away from our home about nine months of the year and a good deal of the time is spent in locations where mail service simply is totally unreliable. Traveling Mailbox enabled us to keep up with our mail just as if we were at home at a very reasonable cost. Sadly, Covid 19 has sharply curtailed our travel for the last six months and is likely to do so for the near future. We deactivated because we no longer had a need. As soon as the ability to travel is again a reality, we will be reactivating.

They have lost mail from relatives. They refuse to investigate, stating that first class mail cannot be tracked by their internal investigation teams. We have received a total of 3 items of mail in 2 months, where wed be receiving 10 real pieces of (non-junk) mail a week prior to forwarding our mail to them. Beware - they are negligent and will not offer support.

Lived in Europe for a while so it was great to still have an American address! East to read, scans, packages forwarded easily. Awesome service.

Looks like they get kickbacks from forcing new subscribers to use “NotaryCam”. Requiring an extra $25. UNPLEASANT. We have a private notary available, no need to use theirs. But they still want to bully us. I DON’T RECOMMEND. Rude people on the phone, too. Gross.

This companys software platform is easy to use and allows you complete access and control over the mail that you have forwarded to them. While living in Mexico I bought a subsciption to Traveling Mailbox at the recommendation of a neighbor. My mail was promptly received in their Sanford, NC facility and I would be notified immediately. The choices of mail disposition were very easy to use. When using the Chat feature the response was always prompt and any ticket I submitted was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend the service to anyone traveling abroad.

To get mail while living out of the country. Weve used #TravMailbox. You shouldnt. They take days to scan mail after arrival and dont always scan the back of checks, so you cant deposit them.Recently we reached out to customer service to get the check rescanned with the back and were told to request it online. How frustrating. It took another day to get it scanned - we needed the money, but couldnt deposit it unitl then. Good customer service would have said, no problem - well take care of that for you right away - it was our mistake (again).In the last month, we also received the contents of our someone elses mail attached to the scan of an envelope addressed to us. Thats a big privacy concern. We now wodner how many other people that TM is showing our mail to.All but one time when weve brought these issues up to them, we just get lame excuses. Clearly not owning their mistakes. THERE ARE BETTER SERVICES OUT THERE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

I’ve used Traveling Mailbox two times while I was traveling in an RV on a home search for just over a year each time. In all my experiences with them they’ve always done a supreme job and on occasion when I need customer service their people have always been readily available, very friendly, and responsive to whatever my need was. I can’t imagine this service could be done any better than they do it at Traveling Mailbox and their prices are very reasonable, I will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

My wife and I sold our home and moved out before buying another one. So in the interim, we had no address for our mail delivery. Traveling Mailbox supplied just what we needed, a street address where all of our mail could be sent. We were able to view our arriving mail online daily, select items to be opened and scanned so we could pay our bills, read letters, etc. And at any time we could enter a temporary address to have our accumulated mail, or selected pieces if we chose, sent to us wherever we were staying. The service was prompt, fast and accurate. Whenever I needed to call, a live customer service person answered and took care of whatever was needed. Top notch service, reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
