Great place to get hearing aids

I can’t praise these people enough!! My mother, 91 years young, would be considered legally deaf but Dr.Beck fitted her with a hearing aid that has put her back into the family conversations! It’s been a bit of a trial for her to adjust to but she is doing great. Dr. Beck and Susan are exceptionally caring and compassionate. They both really care about the patient and do everything possible to make the process as enjoyable as possible. Our “golden” years aren’t very golden if we can’t understand what is being said by friends and family. I noticed that mom didn’t want to be around everyone anymore and that concerned me. Then she shared with me that she couldn’t understand the conversations and it embarrassed her. So she didn’t take part in family gatherings. She thought at her age it would be a waste of time and money to look into getting a hearing aid but I convinced her to at least get a test. They scheduled it in just a few days and she walked out with her temporary device and started hearing better right away. The cost was actually less than I had anticipated, which was nice!I highly recommend if have any hearing issues give them a call!!

Bill is THEbomb! He is relaxed and friendly. He thoroughly tested my hearing (or lack in my case). He recommended a particular brand and style based on my preferences. When paired with my health care plan the price was reasonable. Im actually looking forward to getting my new ears! In addition he gave me instructions on improving clarity of understanding speech.UPDATE February 2021.Since my first visits, I have ordered a Connect Link. As always, Bill was informative and promptly hooked me up. Julie is the scheduler and as sweet as can be. This is one place I can always count on for a positive experience!

Wonderful experience! Everything was explained all the way through! Very impressed with how far hearing aids have come! My husband was very happy to hear again, now he has a lot to fix around he house, he now finally hears all the squeaks! Ive taken my Grandfather to see these people for years, theyve always been the best in terms of service and personality. Theyre always willing to take care of your needs and love having conversations with you, both the reception staff and the doctor himself. Youre never rushed and they will even ask if theres more they can do for you. Youll never find better care.

From the start, I had no intention of getting new hearing aids. I just went into the office and took a hearing test for the fun of it. Finding my hearing deficits, I talked with Bill Beck and with some back and forth, he talked me into trying some hearing aids that he thought would be most helpful to me.I tried them for several weeks with Bill dialing me up several settings. When he finished, I had four different settings to be used in four different circumstances. I was sold! I got what I felt was a realistic price and he promised to take care of me whenever I needed to make adjustments. Several adjustments have been made, he has been great with hearing aid supplies like filter cleaners and batteries and has change out the main wire at least twice without additional cost. My problems have resulted from ear crud clogging up the filters. He sets up appointments periodically for me, to check and see how the aids are doing. He has been great, the hearing aids are great, and I would highly recommend Bill Beck and Advanced Hearing Care in Sanford, to anyone who might need hearing aids.

Im from Minnesota and was staying in Sanford for a long weekend when one of my hearing aids stopped working. Susan took care of the problem quickly and replaced the battery and domes for no charge with a set of batteries to boot. Now my hearing is back to normal and Im very pleased.
