The service was good. How hard it is to cut a round mirror and put in a frame? However I have to tell my experience. I am an Interior Designer and Real Estate agent. The day before the review of an entire reno project for my clients, the bathroom mirror broke. I was desperate. This is the worse nightmare for a designer. To show, for the first time a house to your client without a important piece. So I called them and asked if they could help me, I didnt care to pay extra for the hurry, I just wanted a round mirror cut. I would assemble it myself.They didnt care and said they couldnt do it. Five days later I went to get the mirror and it was 50% more expansive than what it originally costed. Because I bought it online, I wouldnt have time to ordered another again in time.The girls that spoke to me were very nice and I can tell they tried to help. But someone in the back there said NOIt is hard to find a business that will go the extra mile to their clients. If you look for that, this is not the company. The owner have no idea how much business I could have brought to him if he just had cut that mirror.My clients saw their bathroom with only one mirror.

They were great. I had a mirror tray that the mirror needed replacing. They were fast, accurate, and reasonable priced. Kim is friendly and professional person at front desk. She handled the purchase. I will go back if I ever need glass or a mirror replaced.

I went there to replace glass from a customers house. They were nothing but amazing treated me with respect. Got things done very quickly. Definitely going to be my only source for any home window replacement

Everyone was wonderful, very professional company.

I ordered a sheet of glass from them and the first sheet came in and was marred. The salesperson Bryan was very accommodating and ordered me a new sheet. When the new sheet came in, I brought the frame that the old sheet was in and offered to help with the replacement of the new one. We brought the frame into the shop and the manager came out while I was helping and started yelling at me, the customer. He was stating that if I got hurt I’d sue them, asking me where my safety glasses were, and that I needed to get out of the shop now with an aggressive voice. I really hope this wasn’t the owner, as I’d be appalled that they’d be in business with that level of customer service. Right or wrong, I didn’t deserve to be treated that way, and a simple “ sorry, but you can’t be in here” would have sufficed. They were going to receive a 5 star rating due to Bryan’s incredible customer service, but I just can’t support a company with such rude and inconsiderate management.
