A very discriminating, judge a book by its cover furniture store. Me and black husband walked in ready to buy 2 bedroom sets and a kids bedroomSet. Not one out of the 3 salesman (1 lady) asked usIf we needed help or even got up from behind the desk to help us. We walked around the entire store waiting to be helped. As soon as another customer (white man) came in, 2 of the salesman got upImmediately and greeted him, stillNot acknowledging us. What a disgrace. That was their loss, we were about to spend $8,000 in there. IMSO GLAD WE DIDNT. We will take our money elsewhere !

I have made several purchases from Badcock. I have been waiting since March to get my furniture fixed. i am very understanding but the repair ticket went in March. Here we are it is almost August. I keep getting told its parts . They have come out twice and have said they were ordering parts. They have no answers and it is very frustrating. Broken Furniture in two rooms for Months. They just need to replace the furniture if they cannot fix it!!!! Buyer Beware

We lost our home in a fire and was in need of new furniture, we went everywhere and stopped in Badcock in Sanford FL. and the had exactly what we were looking for in a living room set, only trouble is that it is on backorder for 4 months, we decided to think about it and went back in and they told us that they had 2 of the 3 pieces in, because someone backed out so we decided to buy and wait for the 3rd piece, super easy to deal with and very friendly. Will do business with them again.

The service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. Just moved into my apartment and Jessica helped me pick out furniture for every room. I felt like I had an interior designer helping me. It’s confusing to have pieces of furniture displayed only to find out they’re discontinued models or on back order for three weeks. When I come to buy a piece of furniture I’m not buying it so that I can have it in two or three weeks, I’m buying it to have in my home as soon as possible. It would be nice to know these things before hand without having to have the sales person have to look up every piece of furniture to find out if they have it or not.

After a lot of furniture shopping, I finally stopped in here and found a beautiful dining set for a reasonable price. I asked the lady about it and unfortunately she had to get her coworker, Brian involved. Brian is not a very pleasant individual. I was about to spend about $800 on this set, and unfortunately Brian ruined it for me. I now have a completely awful taste in my mouth, and if anything, I’ll buy the set from another location. What a rude man. He’s totally in the wrong business.

The greatest service i have ever got from a furniture store. The salesperson was so polite and very friendly .She helped me with every need i had. I asked for a particular bedroom set i was looking for and they had it . She saw that i got everything i needed and at a great price. Such a valuable place . I Love it .And i recommend anyone to go there .Their furniture is great quality . Im sure going back to finish up my house with their furniture.

I have been purchasing items at this store for about 3-4 years now and I probably wont shop for furniture any where else. Although the prices are a bit higher than I would like to pay, I am happy with the quality, convenience, and option to put everything on credit through the store. Not to mention the customer service is always great. Kevin has helped me with several of my purchases and he is very knowledgeable and patient, making it a pleasant experience. They also help me load items in my car if I decline delivery (which is an extra $99) and they usually have promotions and deals. They only reason I rated them 4 stars instead of 5, is because the run my credit once a year even if I already have an open line at the time. If they just let me add purchases to my open line if credit without that and offer free delivery I would definitely give them 5 stars.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! We purchased a $3000 setup to include a KING Serta Century Signature Hybrid mattress with adjustable base. We have had for less than a year and the mattress has an obvious huge dip in middle. My partner and I roll into the middle while sleeping or have to put pillows between to keep from rolling. We called for them to inspect about 6 months after purchase. The inspection crew came out and said there was an obvious problem. They would make their report and we would hear back. Several weeks passed with no response. We called Manager Brian and he advised the crew said there is no problem. And they refused to do anything more.... We found that to be extremely unprofessional as the inspector agreed there is a problem. We literally have to swim out of the middle every time we get out of bed We wake up in pain every morning from the discomfort. We contacted the manufacturer and they were no help either, referred us back to where we purchased it. So now we have a 1 year old bed we paid a lot of money for and HATE it..... It is defective and they DO NOT CARE!!!! Why offer a warranty when they dont honor it???

This company is over 100 years old. My salesman was named Kendall and he was great! The selection in the store is better than any other retailer I visited looking for a recliner. They had exactly what I wanted.

Brian Scruggs out of the Sanford Fl store is absolutely disrespectful, blew my mind how he talked to me as a customer, called corporate and they say it’s franchises owned and they can’t do anything or look into how he treats customers. Just look at all the bad reviews on here about him but nothing is done!

This store doesnt sells quality product. They shown us a nice sofa and delivers a defective sofa. And not even willing to return it or offers exchange with non-defective sofa even though product is under warranty. They mention in their website that they stand behind the warranty products but it seems to be false promise. Corporate customer personnel Pam is already involved in this issue and they doesnt seems to be of much help. It seems she wants to take side of store manager rather than customer. It doesnt seems to be focused on customer satisfaction.I would never buy anything from this store.

Terrible terrible most terrible experience ever!!! My son took out a line of credit to surprise me with a new washer and dryer pair, he was almost forced to take a pair they were selling as used, as they were telling him if he got a new set, payments would be almost doubled a month. He was told the used pair was not actually used, a customer had ordered them, but changed their mind at the last minute, so because of that, they had to consider it used. After saying no, wed like to buy new, they then threw in a years warranty!! So it almost made it pointless to say no at that point. three days later the machine smelled of burnt rubber and would not spin! Not only did I have to take my wet laundry to a laundry mat, but also dirty laundry for a family of 8!! When he went back to the store, the person he then spoke to said out loud, oh, I guess they didnt repair it like I thought...... so the machine you said was a new machine wasnt new? And not only used but repaired?? That was on a Saturday. We had to wait till Tuesday to get a new one, (we should be gracious they refunded all the money so we could buy another pair since we got the warranty!) but they would not even pick up the broken machine, although it was due to their dishonesty we had to go through this, we have to find someone to help us load it into a truck we do not have, and take it back to them! And if we cant get it to them, we cant get our new one. Yup! Im going to do as they want, only because I dont want to make my son feel badly for trying to do something nice for his mom, but had it been me, I wouldnt give them a dime of my money! Customer service vs. Im just there to make my money. They are definitely not there for their customers. And Im not even going to complain about having to buy my own electrical plug, and hoses.And before you decide to comment back and tell me, we are here to help you are not! Because before posting this, my husband called to try to get you to help us, and you rudely declined.

This furniture store has horrible customer service and the items that they sell are expensive and cheaply made. Also, the delivery people are not trained properly to put the furniture together. They took over two hours to put my son’s bump bed together. All of the men were so confused that they had to call the supervisor to help them put the bed together. Finally, I had to just return all of the furniture that I purchased because the bed and the table had damage to them. Overall, I not buy from them again or anything Ben recommend others to do so.

False advertisement. Says no credit refused. Girlfriend applied and because of length of employment. So if A) you dont have good/great credit B) have just started a new job or C) have just changed place of employment dont waste your time. Clearly states NO CREDIT REFUSED. They need to change that false advertisement. Not saying she has perfect credit but mid 700s and we were told no because her length of employment and time at residence.

Well what can I say, the lady that helps us didnt have knowledge of the inventory which made this a very quick visit. We walked in after doing weeks of research and searching around town so we knew exactly what we were looking for. We knew we wanted a power headrest and real leather. She mentioned they dont carry real leather anything and that the only power headrest she knew off wasnt plugged in. We asked if a certain recliner was by Southern Motion and her reply was, I dont know, I have to read the tag just like you ... So we quickly left. In our honest opinion if you want great quality furniture this isnt your place but if yourre just looking for something that looks pretty then go to Ashley furniture at least there the staff was more knowledgeable and had a lot more variety. So far we havent found higher quality then in Colliers hands down, but a friend told us to look here. Some friend huh lol

Brian Scroggs the manager is the most disrespectful manager I have ever dealt with, he completely messed up my order, when I told him exactly what I wanted he only ordered half and when I returned to the store about it he proceeded to call me a liar to my face and disrespected me and then told me to leave “his store” when I told him he was the one that lied, then he chirped at me the whole time while I was respectfully walking out of the store, not someone who should be in a managerial position.

Terrible management and poor product quality. The store manager, Kendall, is Dr Jekyl/Mr Hyde. Hes very nice and apparently helpful when taking your $, but if you have an issue later, he gets defensive, testy, and is unwilling to make the problem right.In addition, hes too cowardly to admit when something makes sense, hed rather just not answer. He gets too triggered when the customer is pointing out common sense and cant understand anything after that. He does not belong in mgmt as he lacks common sense and the wilingness to stand behind the miscommunication of his store (himself actually), not once but twice.I paid entirely too much money for furniture that didnt last 3 years, and I dont even have children.I used to love Badcock; however, after this miserable experience, I will not be back. They are losing a loyal, valuable customer b/c Kendall is a world class jerk with an attitude.
