He was professional, courteous, and has great sense of humor. He informed me of what was occurring, fixed the problem and updated my service panel. I’ve been a customer of ADS Security for years and had exceptional service from them. My security system was upgraded to the Honeywell digital system by a technician named Daniel who was very knowledgeable and professional. All my concerns was addressed and the new system was explained in detail.

ADS did not communicate to me the actually cost of the upgrade and now stating I am responsible for balance since they had me sign agreement. ADS sales rep, very sneaky and if ADS stands by someone /trains someone to be like this, SHAME on you!! Do not go with ADS for this reason. Not being honest especially in front of my face.

This security system is excellent and the sales and installation team did a fantastic job. The mobile app is very easy to use and provides great quality video and notifications of anyone that comes close to the house!

Mike was terrific with diagnosing and fixing our problems with the Secure Door system we have for our Church. I am sure he thought that this service call would be just and hour or so but ended up being more than 3 hours. We have been with what is now ADS prior to the name change a few years ago. I called ADS for an error code on my system that turned out to be caused when I switched voice service to an internet provider. Everyone were polite, professional and efficient in getting Mike to my house within 3 minutes of me hanging up with the dispatcher. The technician who came and sent up our system was named Mike. I cant say enough kind words about Mike, I had three sleeping babies when Mike started installing our system and he was very mindful about being quiet and he even took extra time to make sure when he tested the system it would be outside so he would not wake the babies. The ADS Rep. that came to Carolina Animal Rescue and Adoption (CARA) to help us understand why our motion alarm was going off was extremely nice and understanding.
