We had a great experience with IdentoGO in Sanford. My husband had received an appointment a week earlier than I did but we showed up together and asked if we could complete the process together. We waited for a minimum of 10 minutes and were called back. The process probably took five minutes for each of us and we were done. Great experience and totally worth it!

Not sure what has changed from previous reviews but I can 6/23 and the service was terrible. Had an appointment at 1:30 and came in at 1:15, was told there would be a wait which I had no problem waiting. A man came in at 2 with the same service and got taken care of within 20 minutes. 3 o clock hits and a friend comes in for the same appointment at me and gets called up 30 minutes later where I speak up and say I’ve been waiting and had the same service. Got reprimanded that this is a government agency and I said I understand but this is the same service. Not sure why they’re understaffed and rude. Wouldn’t come here

I have never seen a place so disorganized and with staff that are so completely rude. This place overbooks themselves and even with an appointment the wait time is over 90 minutes. I only used this place because they are who my employer required me to use. They also have only one person working and they clearly are overwhelmed and can’t handle the pressure especially when they are rude to customers. Avoid this place if you can!

As Chase states below, I echo everything. Im so glad im not alone in feeling this way or posting about it. I have never in my life had such a poor experience or seen such a disorganized and rude staff at a fingerprinting place. There is a single stressed out employee who cant handle the pressure. Even if you have an appointment, there is an hour and a half or more wait. One person was told to wait until 5pm at 10am who was a walk-in, and told there were no other appointments until the deadline passed for that persons needs. I was curtly told after I checked in that I had to pay extra after my company told me I didnt and not given the opportunity to corroborate that or clarify with my company to have it paid for at that time since I could not afford the extra. The staff, Christina in particular, had extremely poor customer service skills and did not acknowledge the wait time promptly when asked. The different opinions on that expressed likely depend on the staff members mood and time of day, as well as the different and important needs and commitments of the customer that are affected. People are understandably upset when their time is not respected or treated poorly by a place they dont have a choice to be. I will be asking my company to choose another competitor of this service. If you have a choice, choose elsewhere and speak with your wallet. Speak up. These reviews are seen, considered, and affect the bottom line.

Waited over an hour and a half past my appointment. Drive the extra 30 minutes to Orlando. It’ll save you time. One single employee working for 15+ customers at a given time, who decides it’s appropriate to announce to the entire room that he’s stressed out, then promptly leave as soon as another employee shows up. Appointments are pointless if you’re going to wait as long as walk-ins. Go somewhere else, literally anywhere else. Waiting in general boarding is infinitely less painful than this part of the TSA PreCheck process.

Not really sure what all the bad reviews are about? I showed up at 0945 with no appointment for a Twic renewal and there was 3 people infront of me and 6 or 7 came in behind me. I was out the door at 1013 with absolutely no hassle from either lady working. Absolutely the fastest I have ever done a renewal in 20 years.

I had an appointment for 2:50, didnt get signed in until 3:15, and left at 4:38. I was finally up next just to have finger prints taken, but this woman came up complaining about having to wait, so they litterally asked me to switch chairs with her and took her first. This place does not go in order by appointments, but by whoever complains more. This place only had one person working and she seemed stressed. It is terrible to have one employee working by themselves. Increase your pay and hire more people so this poor woman isnt working by herself. I payed $80 for this kind of service. Drive the extra hour and go somewhere else.

I set an appointment and was 10 minutes early. Came in to discover that there was only 1 person working with 5 people waiting. The one worker was snippy and blunt and overbearing. She was definitely not a nice person. I wish I could drag her name into this but she didnt give it and I couldnt find it anywhere. She made the entire experience a pain in the @ss just as she was. I had my family with me and they waited in the car for 45 minutes while she mozied through the process with 5 other people before she gave another look in my direction. My advise is take the drive to another location to save some headache.

I had a great experience with Christine this morning she was very pleasant and professional. I was very early for my appointment, arriving just before they opened and fully expected I would have to wait. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful that I was able to be taken care of right away. I was in and out in just under 6 minutes!

I was required to use this service for schooling purposes. My appointment was set online at 10:00am I sat in their waiting room for over an hr while being talked down to by the well understaffed building operator. By understaffed I mean there was one person working in the whole place. They accept 3 appointment per time slot and each time slot is 10mins it takes this person 10mins to get thru 1 person so as you can see by 10am this building operator is already over an hr behind schedule. If I could give less than one star I would. I can’t believe for $55 of my hard earned money I got to sit in an office and get spoken to as if I were a dog being disciplined. Staff is extremely unprofessional and I would highly recommend not ever coming here for finger prints or any service they offer.

I read horrible reviews before coming here and my experience was the complete opposite. Christina was extremely nice and helpful despite being the only employee there and having to deal with multiple people. Service was awesome and quick.

Appointment was set for 9:50am. It is currently 10:33 and there are about 6 people ahead of me. I showed up around 9:30 but couldn’t even check in until 10:15. Either allow less appointments to be made or hire more employees. I am now late for my appointments because of your negligence. Very unprofessional.If you’re looking to get pre-license fingerprints or TSApre check done, I recommend going somewhere else entirely

Pick another place if you can.One person was working. He was nice enough but not sure who was next even though we all signed in. There were 9 people waiting in the waiting room when we got there. Some had waited over an hour and a half to be seen. They do not have enough staff and there is no way one person could keep up with the line. Having an appointment was useless. We still waited behind walk-ins.

Dont go here unless you absolutely have to.Understaffed, only 1 person working and running behind appointments by 90 minutes. It seems this is a regular occurrence here. Very poorly managed.

Walked in looking for finger prints. Had a couple questions that they couldn’t answer, but the ladies there were quick to call Tallahassee and find the answers. Also got my passport photo done there as well. (Didn’t know I could do that). One stop shop. Thank you ladies for over the top assistance and great customer service.

Christine had a nasty attitude, was extremely rude and definitely had no patience and/or customer service skills. When I confronted her about it she simply said she had to deal with some stressful calls before (NO EXCUSE). Her apology wasnt sincere at all, definitely needs to be more empathetic. She is probably the nastiest human being Ive ever interacted with, I feel embarrassed for her. How miserable you have to be to treat people like that. I feel sorry for her husband if she even has one.

DO NOT EVER GO THERE. EVER! I would have driven an hour longer to have avoided this place. I was FIVE minutes late because well ya know, Traffic that I cant control and I am new to the area. Because I was FIVE minutes late I had to wait almost three hours. I get if people had an appointment and they were on time he can take them first, but he would take people who were 20 min early instead of filling me or other who were late in. He was rude, unthoughtful and had a bad attitude. I again repeat to avoid this place AT ALL COST!

The agent (cerdman) was extremely unprofessional to the point I thought she was going to tamper with my fingerprints. The establishment is under staffed which could have been the reson why she was frustrated. 1st and last time visiting.

Avoid this place at all costs. You know its going to be bad when the people in front of you had an appointment nearly an hour before you. I paid in advance for an appointment so i could save time. A dozen people waiting for help and only one person working. Are you kidding me? If youre looking to get what you paid for - this isnt it. Shameful treatment of customers and the poor employee put in an impossible situation.
