Fathers Table itself was an amazing company, however when I was working there, however upon getting injured due to unsafe working conditions which were remedied after my injury, Randstad was relentless in their pursuit to terminate my contract until the day arose in which I was to either put myself in a dangerous position to my health, or disobey a floor lead. Randstad will let you go for any little thing, and if you get sick, need a day off, or have to see a doctor, you will get penalized by the company.
