Every time I walk into best buy no sales people come ask ask if I need help.Last week I was going to buy a security system and had questions.No one helped so once again I left and purchased elsewhere.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Id recommend them to everyone.
Horrible that will not see you if you early for an appointment but you can be 25 minutes late and treated like you on time. If you’re that late you should have to wait.
Able to solve my computer issue quickly and at a reasonable price.

I went in to see Geek Squad today, I waited way too long AFTER my scheduled appointmet, I asked for manager, GREGG, he got a tech (Desmond) to help me, and, Gregg did a kind deed which he was not obligated to do. Great customer service, A+..Great job guys!!

The whole staff was friendly and helped me out on my computer repair. They definitely went above and beyond on their service!
Had to take my computer in two times to get the problem fixed and it is still doing the same thing. The recieving Agent saw the problems and they still didnt repair it.UPDATE The problem was not corrected and still has the same problems. Money spent for nothing.UPDATE: Had to take it back. Do not attempt to get service without an appointment. I had one but another customer, a lady, didnt and the Agent was very rude with her about it. I am really having second thoughts about doing business with these people.
I have had Geek Squad services in Utah for many years and had GREAT service EVERY TIME. Here however, I have not been asked to check out my computer before I left Best Buy (Per Policy) and they have actually MESSED UP my computer worse than I brought it in! I have my computer at the Geek Squad too many times to remember and so I have gone to Altamonte SPrings to try them and it is the same problems!!!!!! I ma going to move my computer service to another company!!!

Worst customer service ever period
I had the most amazing experience at the Sanford Best Buy today. I went in to buy an external hard drive to take to a computer tech store for work on my iMac and not only did I get that free, but I went with the 1 year tech service program which is an amazing deal. Patrick the floor sales rep and Raymond & Omar with the Geek Sqaud treated me like a queen. I felt so comfortable bumbling thru what I needed (Im not a techy person by a long shot!). I went into the store for a simple purchase very worried about my computer and archival of photos and music; and I came out happy & assured my computer and important memories were in good hands. And BTW, I never write reviews. They wowed me that much. Thank you Best Buy!
