When our mom passed away, we were so unprepared since we didnt expect for her to pass away so quickly. Since we didnt know any funeral home, the police officer that came out offered to call one. Trinity Memorial came out and took our mom away. They offered to come to our home to discuss the process and we greatly appreciate it. However, they were 45 minutes late and they never apologize for it. They just called 15 minutes after they were supposed to meet us and said they were on their way. Upon arrival they never discussed with us about anything including costs but proceeded to have us sign the papers. We asked for the costs before signing anything and thats when they gave us a price. We told them we need to think about it since it was a lot of money and they took the quote with them. Afterwards, we found another funeral home and their cost was about 75% less expensive because they took their time to talk with us and gave us a price based on what we needed. We drove to Trinity Memorial Chapel to pay them for transportation and other costs incurred by them and asked them to call the funeral home we choose to let them know when they could take care of my mom. Trinity Memorial never called the funeral home so the next day we had to call them again to find out what was happening. They said they were waiting for our funeral home to call them. Trinity Memorial employees that meet with us never showed any compassion nor seemed to be interested in helping us with the process. I would never recommend them to anyone who goes thru such a difficult time.

My mom looked great, but the staff was constantly rushing us and seemed unforgiving of our loss. We could hear their conversation and language was not appropriate.
