If I could give them more stars, I would do so in a New York minute. In October our network and email system went off the rails. we were using a C-panel type mail server and were given the runaround by Spectrum Business, the mail sever host company; and almost everyone we spoke with. The network was shut down, new static IP addresses had to be issued. While sitting at my desk, waiting on a Spectrum employee to allegedly fix the problem, I emailed LAN Masters through their website contact page. Within minutes Michael emailed me back, we then spoke and I explained the issue. Within 24 hours Scott came out and had our network back on-line, then after days our trying the email system came back online. Kyle worked tirelessly even though he had other clients and matters to attend to to get my emails (over 100,000) back for me. In short, if you need an IT company LAN Masters is the way to go. In the end, my practice is as a solo practitioner and I was treated as if I was the largest law firm in town, and as if I was their only client! Kudos to Michael, Scott & Kyle for getting me back online and functioning.

With our widely-disbursed workforce, staying connected is essential, and we rely heavily on LAN Masters for both on-site (FL) and remote support services. Mike and team members can be credited with more than a few “saves” over the years, and just the length of our partnership should indicate our satisfaction with their support. Excellent service by knowledgable and experienced IT professionals. LAN Masters has been our IT company for out law firm which included about 35 staff members for about 10 years. You dont stay that long with any company, especially on such a critical service area as IT, unless youre happy. The volume and complexity of our email communications, electronic document exchange, and case file management software as a litigation firm is challenging, and LAN Masters has met the challenge for 10 years and grown with us, as well.

Highly Knowledgably and ProfessionalInitially we engaged with LAN Masters for minor tech support with some Microsoft products and configurations. After they solved the issues we expanded our engagement to include network mapping, configuration, security and network maintenance services as well as integration of other products to leverage and maximize the use if information technology in our engineering business environment. The LAN Masters team often have gone above and beyond in their support of out IT needs and have often pulled all nighters to ensure new deployments of technology were done off-hours so as to not disrupt our normal business activities. One specific instance they provided outstanding service was when we had a break-in and our servers we stolen. Within hours they responded, obtained new hardware, installed new system software, recovered our business data and loaded it onto the new equipment (from their previously recommended and implemented data storage solution), configured the new environment and brought the system up, stayed with us during the initial use to solve any issues that occurred, saving us days in lost productivity and mitigating any delays to our clients. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending LAN Masters for your IT consulting, implementation, configuration and maintenance needs regardless of your business size, they truly put the customer first and foremost and tirelessly work to resolve any of your IT problems.
