At first,I was trying ty sell the house on my own and as I would get an offer, Attorney Reid would look over it and make changes to the contract to ensure it was worded properly. Closed on my home June 21, 2018. After closing I was contact by Reid assistant, saying that I owe a realtor fee, which wasn’t my fault. I paid all that I was told!!!! Then after the home insurance wrote a letter stating, that my check bounced for I sufficient funds. Again not my fault! Later Got another letter for a bounce check fee. Not my fault! They agreed to pay the fee only if I paid the realtor fee. And stated I had an outstanding balance with them for this. NO I DONT! After closing I shouldn’t owe ANYTHING!!!!!! I had the money I was told! Everybody knows after buying your first home YOU ARE BROKE!!!!!! No I have to see how this could ruin my life! They may be a great title company, but my experience should have been a lot better! Or a different reconsile!
