A little standoffish but, considering the clientele its understandable. I had no troubles getting answers to the questions I had as well and when they didnt have an answer they were willing to find the answered and returned my call with the answer when they said they would. Hopefully I never have to use the service but if I did they would be high on my list of who to go to.

This place is a god send! They go PAST just bonding you out. I had a warrentless VOP charge added to my charges for absolutely no reason at all. So even though I was bonded, I still could not be released. This bail bonding company did everything they could to work with my indemnitor (my roommate who bonded me out), sherrif’s office, and even booking officers to get my innacurate VOP hold released. He even pulled my bond once he saw that VOP and gave it back to my roommate who bonded me out so that if in fact there was in fact a VOP charge that I would be getting credit for time served. I feel like if I would have used another bondsmen they wouldn’t have cared about me getting credit for time served they would have just taken the money regardless. He helped calm me, my family, my roommate, and anyone else in this situation. He answers every time you call, doesn’t make you feel like you are guilty, treats you like you are innocent until proven guilty! Which is constitutional! He’s very honest and an all around good guy. Definitely hope I never need another bail bondsmen but if I do, A-1 is where it is! Thanks Mr. Edwards!!!!!! I’m at Denny’s in a robe getting a fat dinner thanks to you! PS: he called my roommate to bond me out as SOON as I popped up in the system. Like he was aware enough to check it and care enough to call my roommate for me. You guys if you need a bondsmen GO HERE. Don’t go somewhere else who only cares about the money in your pocket! This guy has morals and actually cares about the work he does, unlike other bondsmen that treat you like a guilty criminal when you haven’t even been found guilty yet!

Horrible dealing with Kim and her husband! She agreed on a price up front and signed a contract and then had her husband call and try to change the price after job was done. He cursed me using profanity over the phone and then lied about the work that was done. Do NOT trust Kim!!!
