Its so hard to do business with these guys. Some of the least accommodating businesses Ive ever worked with. For starters they say tell everyone they open at 7 but they actually dont open till 9. I have a lot more issues with dragon recovery; I feel one of us has to be professional so ill leave it at that.
Friendly people, polite explains everthing.
Its a repo business. Ya cant make everyone happy every time.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DRAGON RECOVERY TO ANYONE.... THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSINAL. THE OWNER IS A LIER AND THEIR WORD ISNT WORTH PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH 1 STAR, BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME CONTINUE WITHOUT GIVING THEM ONE. THE DRIVERS ALSO DO ILLEGAL WORK.
Bradford Morris, owner of Dragon Recovery, handles every difficult situation responsibly and professionally, all while being patient and sensitive to his clients needs. Repossession is never pleasant, but, Brad always is!
My finance company released my vehicle on 3/3/20. I called the number listed and it rang once and goes to voicemail for a completely different number. After called 6 times i iot a call from another number. The guy said it could take upto 4 hours to get it released and to call back at lunch time. Ive called all 3 numbers numerous times and havent been able to speak with anyone yet. Now Im not even sure if Ill be able to get my vehicle back today and have to pay another day of storage. This is soo crooked.
Aggressive, terrible driver. Youre better off hiring anyone else.
Currently have an open case suing this company for almost running over my 4 year old son while repossessing a vehicle.
Nice people
