The $1400.00 titan xp 90 dehumidifier broke after 4 years. And now company doesnt answer phone.Just wanted repaired

In conjunction with Lindsley Waterproofing I was the sorry owner of two (in succession) Horizon dehumidifiers that came from ACE. They were used to dehumidify our crawlspace.The first one failed after a bit more than a year. ACE kindly replaced it (and supplied the manpower) for $500.The second lasted less than a year, but unfortunately wasnt discovered until a few months later when a puddle of moldy water accumulated. Since it was over a year it was no longer under warranty. ACE said they would look at it, but I was unable to transport a 75# item to their office. The crawlspace professional who took it apart said the interior parts were not connected and it was full of water. It couldnt be fixed.

Have a Titan XP90 crawlspace dehumidifier purchased from them and it has failed 4 times in the last 3 years. The last repair took almost 5 months! After a month, it failed AGAIN for the 4th time and now they are not returning any emails or phone calls. I even have the contact info for the main manager there and still no replies. Absolute useless place to do business.

I have waited for 2 month now to receive my air filters. They have told me they were shipped numerous times but I have yet to receive them.
