I called them on a Monday morning and they had me up and running that afternoon. My simple repair was handled quickly and at a fair price. There were no games or upcharges... Just good, professional service.

I originally called them about my pool heat pump. They came out and took care of it pronto. When it came time for preventative maintenance for my house and rental I gave Tropical a call. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. I received a courtesy call to let me know technicians were on the way. James and Joe showed up on time. I had my units serviced numerous times over the last 15 years. This was the most thorough ever. Took the time to educate me on ways to assist in the operation of my systems. I will definitely be using them in the future.

My property manager contracted out to Tropical Air at 4:45pm on a Monday and I got a call the same day to setup service for 8am-11am the next day. The tech arrived promptly at 8am and after diagnosing the issue, and coming to the same conclusion that was reached describing the issue on the phone the night before, he was able to repair the unit and had cold air blowing again by 8:45am.Cant beat 16 hours from reported issue to completed repair.And of course I appreciated them doing the needful steps for protecting us like we did for the tech that came out.

We were referred to Tropical Air of Central Florida for our new AC unit. They were very professional and went over all of the brands, details and pricing.On the day of installation, they send 3 techs to do the job. Everyone was professional, courteous and did a great job.I cannot say enough about the excellent service and pricing with them.

I cannot rave enough about Tropical Air. There is something about adding personalization with business. This company truly goes above and beyond for their customers and I cannot thank Danny and his team enough for this. If you want transparency, no gimmicks, honesty, and great employees, please do not look elsewhere. I seriously appreciate how hard Tropical Air worked with us with our home warranty company and the battles we fought. When I mean they go above and beyond, they truly do! I ended up in tears over frustration and Danny was there with us making sure something would get fixed. Thank you so much for everything! It means the world to have not only people who can do business good, but people who do it RIGHT.

So professional and excellent customer service. Elaine the owner answered the phone and I explained the issues with my air conditioner.She had a pretty good idea of what the problem was and schedule a tech to come out the same afternoon.When the tech showed up, he was wearing a mask and introduced himself. I showed him to the ac unit and he did a check of the system and found the issue right away.He gave me a quote and I accepted it and got the work done.Overall, this company was honest, polite, not pushy and very professional. Nice to see there is good in this time of pandemic.

Tropical Air of Central Florida, LLC went out of their way to get a new outside unit overnighted to make it possible to have the job done today instead of Friday. They have replaced both the inside and outside units now, and I cannot say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, and skilled their team is. If you ever need AC work, please call them and ask for Danny! They will be the only company I call when I need AC work done!

Yesterday morning I called and spoke with Elaine who said she was the owner. I told her my AC was not working and asked if they had someone who could out that same day.It was something pretty simple and fixed right a way. No pushy upcharge. Just the basic service call. Really excellent service.

We were having issues with our AC system because of the cold / hot / cold weather. I called Tropical Air and spoke with Elaine. She sent a tech out the same day. After a little checking, they found the problem and fixed it right away. Excellent customer service and the tech was very pleasant. NO hard up sell for anything. Really great company. Im now 2 for 2 on positive experiences with this company. At all phases of service (from report of the problem to delivery of service), they have been friendly, professional, prompt, and respectful of my needs and concerns (both health and financial). Oscar and Robert came out the same day I called and they had my AC up and running within the hour. I found it particularly comforting that they performed the appropriate distancing measures and wore masks, gloves, and boot coverings to reduce the risks of COVID spread. They also satisfied my inner geek by keeping me in the loop on the technical details, complete with pictures, of what they found and how the bottom line (which came in surprisingly low) would be affected.

Cant say enough great things about Tropical Air. From my first call to talk about my AC issues to the tech arriving on time. They performed a diagnostic check and found my fan motor was bad. They quoted me a price and had it replaced and fixed the same day. Fair pricing and great customer service.

Excellent customer service. When it got so hot a couple of days ago, my AC was not working. It turned out to be a bad fan and they gave me a really fair quote to fix it. Its nice to have professional techs who cared about making my situation right. Cannot say enough great things about Tropical Air.

Had a problem with my AC not coming on and thought it was a thermostat issue. The tech did a full system evaluation and turned out to be the main AC unit. The gave us a quote to fix it and did the work immediately. Great customer service and great technicians. Glad I found Tropical Air for the great work they did!!

This company specially the owner is very unprofessional. I won’t recommend them. The owner is so rude and charged you a lot of money. The quality of more is no bad that’s why you have to keep calling them and keep paying them every time they show up. When you go tell them. They charged you for showing up. Pretty bad company. Won’t use them anymore.

I was a service tech for this company,The work environment is hostile. The owners is the worst and corrupted person I never met in my life. The right-hand man owner hand is a wolf in a sheep costume and professional liars.I do not recommend anybody to work in this company.Very unstable. They change employees the same way you change your socks every day.If you just want a temporary job this is your best choice.Very depressing and not professional work environment.No promises kept. I was nearly run off the road as one of the trucks for this company accelerated towards me while flashing his lights and presenting me with a rather rude gesture. I would never want to allow someone into my home who is so blatantly aggressive. Certainly not while my wife is home alone. I will never be using this company.

Wow, what was that??? I called this company, because my tenant had a service request and they were being given a hard time. When I called Tropical back, the person justified the unprofessional behavior, on the tenant. I told her no problem, we can use another company, and than I too, received an earful, around how we previously did not hire them, for another job, we requested an estimate on. Im not sure anyone has time for such nonsence.

Dont waste your time. They were contracted by Sears to install my home ac. During Irma my AC burned out they showed up and changed the control board as well as a connector. Rafael, the tech who repaired the ac wrote, Found burned out contactor, caused by loose wire at disconnect box. After $320+ in charges my system worked for 10 days before the connector shorted again. I called and was met with Sharon, who was less than understanding and told me tomorrow was the soonest, nobody is in the area today. After scheduling another repair company to come out and fix tropical airs mess up, I tried to reason with Elaine, who likes to be very condescending when speaking to clients which ended in me losing my cool and cursing her out, but not before she puffed her ego talking about how she buys veterans meals and all the good she does for people outside her shady business and what an unreasonable person I am for expecting a company to stand behind their work. She also went off about firing Rafael, who was the tech who fixed my system, the only one from Tropical Air that actually helped fix the system!Update: 9:42 PM. The new company just left. The tech was here within 2 hours, identified the problem but didnt have the part. His boss drove the part here from across town, in rush hour traffic WITH HIS WIFE in order to deliver the part. Turns out Tropical Air destroyed my system and after eating a $412 bill tonight, I get to eat another tomorrow when they come replace more parts. If you get screwed by this company its on YOU! I warned you.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They are contracted through our home warranty company and came out Friday afternoon and found the problem within 15 min. The tech stated he could fix it but needed some kind of authorization and that they only get paid $85 to come out from the warranty co (AIG) and left and said he was closing out ticket. Called their office and was told by Elaine that they cant send anyone back out til next Tuesday, knowing its 95 degrees outside and we have an 11 mo old baby in the house. Called again and talked to Danny, said hed help, hed call AIG and call me back later the same day and now its Saturday and no callback yet. Very, very poor customer service, seems theyre all about the $$ and not their customer.

We have had numerous issues with Elaine. She is rude and we have moved our warranty to another company. We won’t deal with Tropical Air ever again. .

They were fast, nice techs too
