We have been visiting this laundromat regular for the past couple of years now as this one is the closest one for us. Those visits were nothing out of the ordinary - Just your regular weekend chore to be completed you know! Earlier it was managed by an elderly gentleman who did his best to maintain the place. However recently, we were pleasantly surprised to walk into the same place that looks much more inviting with fresh green plants, new paintings on the wall, well lit space, gleaming, working washers & dryers and much cleaner environment. The new management team comprising of a young lady and her smiling parents is super friendly yet very professional and have made positive changes that makes this laundry a pleasure to visit!!! We absolutely love the new look and feel and look forward to our laundry weekends now and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet, clean & efficient laundromat in this area with a big thumbs up and a Keep up the great work!!! to the new owners..Local businesses, such as this laundry, needs to be supported especially when they pour their heart and soul in running an efficient business, making their clients needs as their top priority.

Very clean. The location is in plaza but in back if building which is actually nice because its private. The insides are super clean and the price is cheaper. New owner is very friendly and they even offered me coffee. A hidden gem indeed! There is also a patio you can sit by. All the machines work and look new.

My family and I went there for the first time today. They were super friendly and nice. We talked for a little while. The lady would check up on us every once in a while to see if we needed anything. She gave everyone some snacks as we left. It was also very clean. Definitely gonna make this a regular place

We are new to Sandy Springs from Florida and googled the nearest laundry near our apartment and to our surprise we found this beautiful, neighborhood, boutique style NorthRidge Laundry. The service here is amazing! They made me feel welcome, not only to the her business, but to the neighborhood. The machines are clean, wash great and dry easily without having to use so many coins. I would recommend this to anyone. I hate doing Landry but the lady made my washing experience so nice, that I didn’t mind sitting here while she folds. She went as far as accommodating me even after business hours. They are awesome and this was definitely a breath of fresh air. She deserve 10 stars because I’ve never went to a laundromat in Florida that was no where near as good as this one.#Beautifulsundays #AmazingServices.

Love this laundromat! It has a very clean and welcoming atmosphere. There are tons of plants and places to sit making it feel like you’re doing laundry at home. The prices are affordable and the dryers actually dry your clothes. The owners are helpful and very friendly! They were able to help take out a very tough stain. So glad this place is near me!

The laundry facilities at The Northridge laundromat are some of the best I have ever used. There are several reasons why Northridge stands out from the rest. The machines are always working and the facility is Immaculate. The owner/managers have always been very helpful and the new owners continue to upload the same high standards. It is a relief to be able to clean our work uniforms and materials in a place that is safe and someone is on duty. We truly appreciate the beautiful plants and new decorating touches.

This was by far the best laundry mat I have been to, it’s such a relaxed and welcoming environment. When I pulled up I was automatically welcomed by the owners. They even pulled my bags closer to the washers for me. I talked with Hyun (I think that’s her name) for a long time and she helped me with everything. Whenever I’m in Sandy Springs I will definitely go back. What a beautiful and wonderful environment to wash clothes.

I have been coming here for years, and have always had a good experience. However the laundromat has had a recent change in ownership, and my last few experiences have been better than ever! They are really kind people who clearly care about their business, customers, and are more than willing to help with anything you need. The new changes are more than welcome and really brighten up the place. Its very clean and the machines are kept in great condition. That, in addition to the very reasonably priced washers and dryers should give anyone looking for a laundromat more than enough reason to come here!!

My first time at this location and the customer service was PHENOMENAL! The Laundromat is currently under the new management and their hospitality/intentionality left a great first impression. They assisted me with which machines I needed to wash and dry my queen sized comforters (since they couldn’t fit in my apartment’s washer machine). Also it was great to know that I was also able to use CashApp to get quarters for the machines. Very clean facility and clean machines!I will definitely be returning next time I need to wash my comforter, and I definitely recommend this Laundromat for anyone in the Sandy Springs/Roswell area!

We came here today for the first time and this is definitely going to be our new go-to spot. We absolultely LOVE this establishment. It is by far the cleanest, most affordable and most welcoming laundromat I have ever been to (and that says a lot considering Im from NYC where customer service is the best). We were welcomed by New Management, a lovely and very knowledgable family who made sure we knew what equipment to use for our specific needs and even helped us get a tough stain out of a comforter. New management is really taking this laundromat and leveling up with decorative greenery and a coffee shop-esque nook outside perfect for working on your laptop, reading a book or studying while you wait for your laundry to dry. They even have laundry bags of their own design for purchase. I promise you this place will become your spot too.

I visited yesterday and overall I was very pleased. Got to talk to Naju one of the owners, she was super nice and informative. She also showed me a new designed laundry bag that that they’re giving away to customers promoting the relaunch. This place is very clean, all the machines are working and the dryers get hot as fire but most of all it’s very affordable. I highly recommend this coin laundry over any other I’ve visited in the area. HAPPY DANCE 🎶

This was a great laundry facility experience. The machines are durable and hold big loads. They come in varying sizes and the owners are sure to clean them multiple times a day. The prices to wash are very very fair. The dryers will leave your clothes piping hot. And the owners of the facility are very willing to go above and beyond to help you and provide what you need. They sell dryer sheets and soap at fair prices and always have quarters on site to exchange for cash. My new go to laundry spot and it should be yours as well!

Very clean and safe place. The owners are super nice and helpful, great and clean machines too. They have plenty of machines and not very busy, so you never have to wait. Another plus point is Publix and many restaurants around it, so you can shop around while waiting for your clothes to be finished.

Northridge Coin Laundry is hands down, 10/10 THE BEST laundry facility in Sandy Springs. Today marked my first visit of many to come. I was greeted in the parking lot by Hyun-ju (I hope I spelled that correctly!!♥️) and was shown around the facility. She and her parents were so friendly and welcoming and even offered to change my coins for me while I loaded my laundry. The facility is VERY clean and well maintained, boasting fresh paint, bright lighting, fans, and affordable drinks and snacks available while you wait! The pleasantly affordable washers smell CLEAN and the dryers are H O T. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends to come here. I look forward to interacting with them again! Still open during pandemic with more limited hours. Mask requested and social distance observe. It was $4 for a triple load machine which I use for a king size comforter which is too bulky for my own washing machine. And 75 cents for 15 min worth of dying needed. Its a good value and friendly management.

Good place to do laundry. If you dont have coins they change it for you there. NEVER buy any detergent or anything there, bring your own. They have the option of doing laundry and folding your clothes. Ask for it! The owners are a Korean couple, they keep the place clean and organize.

Not an ideal experience for sure. You have to buy a money card from one vending machine for $2. You take that card to another machine to load it with credits. The large washing machines are - wait for it - $6.23 per load. No, thats not a typo. Six dollars and twent-three cents a load!? Where the heck did they get that number from? Some of the machines are broken. Theres a whole row of washing machines with their covers glued shut. A couple of homeless guys hanging around out front. Well not be back.

Management did not speak English which isn’t really an issue but became one when I needed assistance.To make matters worse this establishment closed earlier than the listed time

Best place to have someone else do your laundry, but the proprietor asked us to pay upfront...I dont know if thats typical procedure for this industry OR if theres an assumed expectation in his mind... to even ask upfront.

Clean, lots of machines and not crowded. A few interesting folks stopped by to do laundry while I was there which made for some fun people watching. It was hard to find because it was at the back of a building on the lower level. I would not feel safe there at night because of the location and minimal staff around, but daytime is fine.

This place is awful and no customer service. I used a washer that didnt spin properly and was yelled at by the old man after the wife told him to tell me not to come back because i said there machine was not working and i wanted then to give me the coins i paced in the non working machine to rewash my clothes! I have never been so disrespected! I was going there for months i never complained and the one day i did i was told to never come back. No problem but Im mad i spent so much money there

Washers do not wash twice according to instructions. When brought to staffs attention, they insist the water comes out the second time. Yet, I stood by the machines and brought to their attention asap. Instead of stopping the machine, I had to wait for the entire cycle to complete.I have nothing to gain by having to wash my clothes twice (40+ minutes longer in the center is not a reward) and I have no reason to try to cheat someone out of $2.00. Really?What an inconvenience despite the fact I have been a loyal customer.

The Asian people there that operate this place are the most haughty, ungrateful people! Not once have they ever told me thank you for coming there to wash my clothes! I can always go somewhere else to wash my clothes. The little Asian woman is a very mean, haughty ungrateful old bitty! Out of the blue yesterday afternoon while I was there washing she came over to where my detergent was sitting and wasted some of detergent and swept it into the trash. My back was turned but I heard her moving my things around and realized what she had done when I turned around and saw her sweeping it in the trash. I asked her why she was bothering my detergent and moving my things around and she ignored me the whole time and didnt say a word and wouldnt give any eye contact. Neither did she compensate me for the detergent she intentionally spilled and I started telling everybody that walked in what she did to me yesterday for no reason. Then she and the man who works with her had the nerve to tell me to dont come back. I told them they were damned right I will not be back after what she did for no reason and I will be telling everybody else to dont go there to wash your clothes. These people are very hateful and disrespectful especially that very, very very, OLD ANCIENT ASIAN woman. They very proud haughty ungrateful people and treated me with much disrespect for no reason. They should have been thanking me for coming in there and feeding those little raggedy washing machines and dryers with my money!

Rude people. You have to wash AND dry to use facility, which I think is stupid. Very dingy. I found Access Laundry, which is not far from this hell hole, to have much better service and facilities.

I wish I could give 0 stars. That man is very rude. I was drying my clothes in two machines and one machine done its job and the other did not. When I asked the same, I got a reply saying ITS NOT MY PROBLEM and also said DO NOT TALK TO ME. I am not sure whom I suppose to contact, if a machine is not working and I lose my money. I never been treated so badly at a business in US.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! That man is very rude and they do not care about their customers. I was drying my clothes and their dryer was not working properly so it took more time ( and money ) for my clothes to dry and I only had a few items in there. They closed at 8 pm and my clothes still had a few minutes left in the dryer. He made me take my DAMP CLOTHES OUT OF THE DRYER AND LEAVE all because he refused to stay a few more minutes and let them dry. He then cut off the electricity to all the dryers. I never been treated so badly at a business please DO NOT support this place.

Very affordable, drink machines and wifi, very clean, four stars because it needs a few more chairs. It isnt abundantly clear, but your first quarter pays for less time than subsequent coins, so put everything into one dryer for a longer period instead of splitting it up.

Been coming here for months now and for good reasons. Double loader washing machines at $2 a wash, triple loaders at $4 a wash and very large dryers at 7min/25¢. The staff is helpful when you need them. Theyre open mon-sat 8:30-8 and sunday 8-8, but last wash is always at 7pm. You arent allowed to just dry your clothes you have to use their washers.I often wash in the morning when its less crowded and feel pretty comfortable there. I often see people from all over- families, older folk, young adults like myself. I can get two weeks worth of laundry done for $6-$7

Terrible experience. They close at 7pm and my clothes were still drying at 6:30pm. They werent completely dry so I proceeded to put another quarter in for an extra 7 minutes. He came over, told me that they were closed and advised that I shouldve came earlier. I said that is shouldnt matter because Im here with my clothes and its not yet 7pm. He continued to argue about me being there so late (meanwhile my clothes wouldve been finished by now). I asked him his name and he stated that he didnt have to tell me. I told him that he will end up on social media if he touched any of my belongings and that if he wanted people out by a certain time then he should change store hours. I will never go that laundry mat again.

Was asked to leave because I didnt see the sign on the door that says no drying only.. I wasnt upset until he got mad and was like take your clothes out and all you had to say was sorry I didnt see the sign and I would let you stay!!! Then he got mad when I asked him for my money back because I had already put my money in the dryer!!! Thats not the kicker though, I have been going to them for the past 3 months just only drying and never once did they say anything!!!

After spending $50 on about 12 loads of triple washer/dryers was pushed out the door because it was 8pm so now my clothes are wrinkled because not allowed to fold. I start at 5:30

It cost 2.00 to wash when compared to other laundromats and the price doesnt change on the washer when you want a particular temperature.

Management doesn’t speak English. Had questions. Ended up spending more because the triple load was not easy to figure out. Was ok clean

Started going to this location after my regular place shut down due to dangerous situations. This is definitely my new go to. Its very large and clean. The owners and staff are personable and welcoming. I use to dread going to do my laundry, but they make the experience enjoyable.

After the new owners took over the business, this laundry has improved more and more. The customer service is excellent and even if the washers are a little old they work perfectly well. Furthermore, the owners are always checking the quality of the wash. I recommend this laundry to anyone who lives in this district.

It is a laundry crap on my part I will not wash anything Ai the washing machines do not work and they charge a lot and if you tell them one gets upset ....
