I had my lower face/neck lift - it will be 2 weeks tomorrow! I am just thrilled. I love the results. Dr DeJoseph did EXACTLY what I wanted. I came in 5 months ago for a stretch mark removal consultation and I am so glad I did! There werent many review on this procedure,so I didnt know what to expect or how much were actually going to get removed. I am African American so I was also worried that my the machine wouldnt work for my skin tone. But after meeting with Leo she made me feel comfortable enough to go forward with the procedure and the results far exceeded my expectations! Leo is the absolute best! She was able to remove about 90 percent of my stretch marks in as little as 4 sessions. I would highly reccomend this to anyone that is contemplating getting this procedure. It is so worth it!

Dr. Louis DeJoseph performed my QT Mini Necklift on September 18, 2019. I’ve always been self-conscious about my neck and how it made my lower jawline look, and at my age I’ve feared having to hide it behind a turtleneck. I decided to do something about it after getting a recommendation for Dr. DeJoseph from a friend, then doing research and getting more recommendations for him. I was impressed with results of his previous patients and took advantage of a chance when an appointment was cancelled. My expectations were met, and I had not expected such a fast recovery or a natural, miraculous result. Recovery did not require ice and needed only the regular strength painkillers, dressings were removed next day and I could leave the house. I absolutely recommend Dr. DeJoseph, with the advice to anyone that wants to get work done to go and do it.

Ive been a few times to see Jennifer Barnett at Premier Image and she is FANTASTIC. I cant believe I waited as long as I did to make an appointment (43 years, I mean!) to have a facial but I am so thankful she was recommended to me and I will never go to anyone else in Atlanta. Shes gentle, kind, caring, and an absolutely fantastic aesthetician. She didnt try to sell me on services I dont need (or want) and helped me pick a solution that is tailored to what bothers me about my skin. Dr. Louis DeJoseph performed my Mini QT Facelift and Mini QT Necklift on November 18, 2019. I wanted the procedure because I dealt with more intrusive procedures about 20 years ago and wanted ‘gentler’ procedures with less downtime. I heard about Dr. DeJoseph through general initial research, and I chose the doctor because of the consistently good results of his work. I was very happy with the results and recovery was fast, especially in comparison to the procedures years ago that look weeks, nearly months, to fully recover. The follow-up is great, the staff is wonderful, and the doctor conveys major trust and is friendly. I recommend Dr. DeJoseph to my sisters and to anyone else; I don’t know who else I should point out, who else would do it. if I get any other cosmetic work done I’d like it to be done by him.

Dr. Louis DeJoseph performed my Lower Facelift, Necklift, and Chin Augmentation on November 19, 2019. I work in real estate and wanted a better physical appearance as I work with the public, and I wanted to get of loose skin resulting from weight loss. I got a recommendation for Dr. DeJoseph from a friend, and after extensive research and many consultations, Dr. DeJoseph stood out among them all. I felt like he was an artist, and I felt right with him. I wanted to look natural, look like me but look the best I could look, and my expectations were met 100% because that’s exactly what the Dr. did. I was never nervous with him and always felt like I was in the best of hands, I recovered beautifully with very little swelling and bruising that dissipated quickly, and no other issues came up. If I could give Dr. DeJoseph 10 stars instead of 5, I would.

Dr. Louis DeJoseph performed the QT Mini Facelift and Necklift for me around October 24, 2019. I had some work done many years ago but the procedure was botched badly, so I wanted to fix it for good. I had talked with Dr. DeJoseph and consulted him years prior over a CO2 lazer, and I was impressed by his credentials and pictures of his results that I recommended him to my mother for a facelift, and her facelift was amazing. Ever since then, I’ve had complete faith in him and his great bedside manner. My expectation was to be able to look in the mirror and like what I saw rather than complications from a previous (botched) surgery, and not only did I get that, but more so, because the procedures were far less painful and rough than I expected. Follow-up was great, was able to move around after 3 days, and my results are wow, wow, WOW, so I definitely recommend Dr. DeJoseph to any of my friends, anyone I’d meet actually.

I came in about a month ago for a consultation for laser resurfacing. Leonarda was the staff member that I met with. Immediately she made me feel comfortable, explained everything and laid out the best treatment for what I needed done. Today was my first session and I was nervous as this was completely new to me and I wasnt sure of what to expect. From the moment we started the procedure, every bit of worry went away and I was ready to go. Throughout the entire procedure we made conversation, laughed, and she checked on me repeatedly. If there is any place to get any cosmetic enhancements done, this is it. The staff is amazingly kind, the office immaculately clean, and the service incomparable. Gianna at the front desk is so incredibly welcoming and has answered any and every question I could possibly have. Dr. Louis DeJoseph performed my Necklift, Mini Facelift, and Blepharoplasty on October 7, 2019. I started to notice drooping skin on my entire face, mostly my jowls and eyes, and I had been researching for a year for a doctor that could do what I wanted. There were two doctors that came closest to what I wanted, but Dr. DeJoseph was closer so I decided to consult with him, and he has such a comfortable demeanor that puts you at ease, but also remained professional. His results looked really good, and I was sensitive about the scarring and looking natural, and I was so happy I decided to go with him after having nothing but a positive experience with everyone involved in the process. My expectations were exceeded, with safety being maintained, the scarring not being visible, and the results looking absolutely natural. My recovery had no extreme occurrences and was easy-breezy, and I had been able to go back to regular life after a week. I 100% recommend him to anyone, he’s the best.

Dr. Louis DeJoseph performed my rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty on June 27, 2019. I’ve had some issues and wanted to take care of them, and I wanted to remedy my crooked nose and tired eyes. I researched Dr. DeJoseph, reviews for him, and before and after pictures of the procedures and pictures of those procedures on his website. The consultation with him was excellent, and he had extraordinary credentials. The results are amazing, and the recovery experience is exactly as I was told it would be like. There was no shock and the recovery wasn’t bad. My follow-up went very well, and Dr. is pleased with the progress. I find Dr. DeJoseph very professional with impressive office staff, 10 out of 10, and I recommend him for anyone that wants a skilled surgeon that puts them at ease.

I went to three different doctors, facial plastic surgeons to be exact, before deciding on Dr. Louis DeJoseph. What made me choose him was that, out of the three, he provided a more natural-looking outcome than the others, which is very important to me. The aging areas I wanted to improve were my neck and jowls, hence the specific need for a facial plastic surgeon. I had a mini-facelift and mini necklift done with the doctor and the recovery was easy. I didnt experience any issues because the staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The entire staff and doctor is very attentive and the office was clean, immaculate I would say. I will continue to do anything further with Dr. DeJoseph and will recommend him to others.

Dr. DeJoseph performed my upper eyelid lift and lower facelift on July 2nd, 2019, and I was definitely satisfied with the doctor’s talent and results. I had been a former patient from many years ago for minor liposuction, and I had read more reviews online during my research. I consulted with Dr. DeJoseph and chose him because I really liked the pictures, the before-and-after results, the explanations and being able to answer all my questions, and I felt I could trust him, especially with his credentials. I was right, and I was definitely satisfied with my results. There was not too much pain, and very minor swelling that receded in about two weeks, I can barely see the incisions from surgery, and staff has been top-notch. Follow-up consultations were fantastic. Dr. DeJoseph has the best bedside manner I’ve seen in any doctor, and as I have a PhD, I do not give that compliment lightly. I definitely recommend Dr. DeJoseph to any friend.

In my initial consultation, when I first met Dr. DeJoseph, I was amazed at how pleasant and professional he is and his great bedside manners. He makes you feel comfortable and not intimidating to ask any questions. Even the medical staff were helpful and professional like the doctor. The recovery was pretty easy - I was actually expecting something more intense. I followed the guidelines provided to avoid certain medications for swelling. Not much bruising, just a bit of swelling which was normal but went away. I did not feel any pain. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Dr. DeJoseph and his wonderful staff to anyone looking for the same type of treatment.

Ive always wanted to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to see what needed to be done with my physical appearance. Though Ive seen other doctors, Dr. DeJoseph provided options for me, what the plan would be, and also had the engaging personality the others didnt. On top of that, a close friend of mine has been recommending him for the last 10 years! Two other friends who recently went through the same surgery were happy with the results. They loved him as well. Its these reasons, and the doctors expertise in facial work, that made me choose him. Dr. DeJoseph performed my blepharoplasty, neck lift and facelift on June 4th, 2019. The results were beyond what was expected and I felt no significant pain, only a bit of my own anxiety about the results! The recovery was quick, and I have to mention that Dr. DeJosephs medical staff were extremely helpful, attentive, friendly, and I never waited more than a minute to be attended. I had such a wonderful experience with this practice that I wish I wouldve done it earlier. Dr. DeJoseph is to me amazing and the best doctor there is in town.

2 years ago I had a mini face lift along with my sagging neck and came out great. The problem is I still have a lot of soreness behind my ears and where the staples went and numbness. I can still feel the nerves that have not healed yet. I really dont no if I would ever suggest anyone having it done.

Ivette (fillers) and Joyce (laser) are THE BEST. I could not recommend them more!!! Premier Image is pricey but worth every penny. Seriously.

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. First time I went to this place Jennifer did my facial. I got the microdermabrasion facial which was fairly decent. She told me that I needed Retin-A treatment and the doctor in the office could sell it to me or prescribe it to me and I could get it filled on my own. So I told her that would be great and I would take the option to get the prescription filled at my pharmacy. When we were done she comes back to me and says that the Dr. is really busy and wont be able to get the prescription filled for a couple days. I told them that would kind of inconvenience me because I was looking forward to starting the treatment. They said if I want it today I can buy it from them and if I want the prescription written it would take about a week. After they spoke again with the doctor they finally wrote the prescription. Fast forward to today I decided to schedule an appointment a couple days ago and go back because I am definitely overdue for a facial. I scheduled the appointment just fine. They called me back today (Friday) and said they had to cancel my appointment and they werent taking anymore appointments for facials. I couldnt believe this! I am so hurt that they cancelled on me and didnt let me reschedule. I wanted to give this place another try because I didnt feel like the Retin-A situation was a big deal and I was willing to let it go because it was a small issue. It just saddens me that this kind of customer service exists. I could only image the damage they probably do to people on their operating tables and to the clients wallets. I do understand you get what you pay for which is no issue. But when you have high prices with poor customer service that is where the line has to be drawn. I will take my business elsewhere unfortunately.

Waiting for an appointment with a specific individual is ridiculous. Their staff works twice a week. Secondly, I have massive bumps on the inside of my lips from lip injections. Definitely not 20 years of experience.

I was also dissatisfied with the service that Dr. Klein did for me. I paid 9k. I called hoping they would satisfy me as a customer, they told me, I would have to pay more money. Please dont use Dr. Klein.

Visited with a friend for tattoo removal. Everything went fine until the end. The laser person used Aquaphor in a jar and double dipped the tongue depressor into the jar. I tried to stop her, but she was talking. She put the Aquaphor on my friends tattoo. I said, is that safe you just dipped that in without changing the depressor. She said she didnt but after I said that I saw her, she said: its just like vaseline, but this doesnt hold germs. I said have you used that on other people. She said, Well its okay because she wasnt bleeding. My friend and I both work in the medical field and know this is not right. Be careful. She should have just used the small package of Aquaphor.

I had wanted to get rid of this tattoo for sometime. It just doesnt look good for the business Im in now. Dr. DeJoseph has done several laser tattoo removal sessions and its just about gone. I really like this guy and really appreciate the time he has taken with me. While I was going for the tattoo removal I found out they can get rid of acne scarring with this CO2 laser treatment. I had it done and my scarring is gone! I really like this doctor and appreciate the time he has taken with me.Recommend him to everyone.

I had a neck lift, lower facelift, and upper eyelid surgery with Dr. DeJoseph about two months ago. I really glad my friend recommended Dr. DeJoseph because Im so happy with my results. Theyre excellent...really natural looking. I cant get over how fresh I look. Dr. DeJoseph is an absolutely amazing plastic surgeon: hes professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to. My blepharoplasty was on June 8th. Dr. DeJoseph did a wonderful job. One of his previous patients gave me his name, knowing I wanted to do something about the way my face was aging. As I really trust my friend’s judgement, and I saw how wonderful she looked, there was no need to see any other doctors for a consultation. He understood that I didn’t want to look old anymore, but I was also not expecting to look 25 years younger, either. I feel like Dr. DeJoseph gave me his full attention, meticulously, smoothing my lids. My results are tremendously better, and far exceed the hopes I had. I honestly wish I had the procedure done 10 years earlier!

What an experience I had with Dr. DeJoseph! My neck lift and mini facelift were on February 23rd, a Thursday, and by Monday I was back at work. There was barely any bruising and the recovery was so smooth. My dermatologist recommended Dr. DeJoseph, and as my derm is wonderful, I knew to follow his suggestion. I just had my juvaderm injections and Im amazed at the results! Every other time Ive had this done at other plastic surgeons office, the procedure was insanely painful. I had liposuction done and they screwed me over. They charge me 6grand and they didnt do what I ask them to do. And my stomach looks like Im three months pregnant STILL ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS the worst please ladies dont let Dr. Klien WORK ON YOUR BODY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I LOOK AND FEEL STUPID AND ASHAMED. They really took advantage of me for three areas they charged me 6 grand. Then didnt do what I wanted done. Rip off say no To Dr.Klien he will steal your money and JOY....

I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. DeJoseph on December the 16th. He was not the person who did my original rhinoplasty. I found Dr. DeJoseph’s office online. It was his approach and his personality, and manner that made me comfortable enough to have my procedure with him. His office staff and nurses were very helpful and accommodating, as well. Dr. DeJoseph got what I was looking for to be done on my nose, because it was just in need of a little bit of tweaking. I am very happy with my results so far. I like that he did what I asked and what I wanted him to do. I think the recovery process was little bit easier than the original. I would recommend Dr. DeJoseph to someone else for a similar procedure.

I went to Dr deJoseph for an upper and lower eyelid surgery. I have 2 scars 1//4 below my lower eyelids and jagged scars 1/4 above the crease of the upper lids.Over $8000, to ruin my eyes!!!! I look like the practice dummy. He would not or could not explain what happened!! Please do your research, I am devastated and heart broken.
