Had a pretty bad cleaning experience with a crew. I understand that there is a system MM has for cleaning crews. I understand that they set limits on cleanings bc they have other homes lined up. I understand that people don’t like their personal papers being moved or touch. I get all of this. However, what I don’t appreciate is how stuff is missed or overlooked bc a crew is rushed to get to the next home. I had to constantly redirect the crew bc of things that were either overlooked or completely missed. During a workday, I’d rather pay attention to my conference calls than have to direct people on the areas they missed cleaning. I’ve attached some pictures of things that were missed and I had to go back and cleaning: including the mud room, kitchen etc. others have had good experiences with the company, but I didn’t. I can’t be bothered to pay $200 for a cleaning and then have to clean after the cleaners have left. I’ll be honest, I should have communicated that I wanted to my oven cleaned and that it was a double oven. My bad. I shouldn’t have to tell someone to clean breadcrumbs from a counter or for that matter clean the counter. Can’t recommend.

Ive been using the services of Molly Maid for over a year now, through the pandemic, and they are always on time, two notifications a few days in advance by text message, cheery on arrival, a team that gets right to work, systematic, thorough, and friendly...it kinda feels like theyre my sisters.

Molly Maid will leave your house looking refreshed and renewed. We keep our house pretty clean on a normal basis, but is always nice to have someone come in and do a deeper dive. One of the reasons I have stayed with Molly Maid is their exceptional customer service-mainly Christian at one location, is incredible. When you call, she is always cordial, friendly and accommodating. Professional organization, you know you will get what you pay for.

They came out to give me an estimate and when I called back to set up their service no one ever answered or called me back. I gave up after 2 weeks.

Team 2 (Zuleyka, Wanda, & Neeka) cleaned my apartment today. All Molly Maid teams do a good job of cleaning, but Team 2 always stands out for its performance. I am a stickler for dusting, and this team never disappoints.

Weve been using Molly Maid for years. Some of our team have seen our kids as babies and now growing up. They are friendly and easy to work with.

The service was very hard to get scheduled. Molly Maid cancelled on me with no prior warning for my first date and then had to reschedule almost a week later. If I needed something done immediately that would have been very frustrating to deal with. When they finally did show up they did not bring all of the supplies needed to clean my home. They also did not fully clean the second bathroom. They insisted that they cleaned the tub but when I went to check it was still dirty and it was totally dry. Im unsure how you could clean a tub without using any water. They also did not clean my vents properly or certain areas that I had noticed after they had left.

Ive been using their service for a year and couldnt be happier with their professionalism and thoroughness! Highly recommend using Molly Maid if you are busy at work and a little anxious about having people come into your home while youre gone. This company is very trustworthy, and the cleaning teams have spotlessly cleaned my home on the scheduled day every month!

We were Molly Maid’s customers for 5 months starting summer 2020.The good:The best part of this company was one of their cleaning crews. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and their cleaning quality was great! The ladies on the phone were very friendly too - I think I spoke with Christian and Christy at some point. The initial consultation was very positive and through too. I believe we spoke with Bill.The bad:1. We tried 4 other cleaning crews within Molly Maid before we found the one we liked. Other crews’ work was very subpar - missing whole cleaning areas at times. Hardwood floors and tiles didn’t appear to be mopped, backsplash not addressed, etc. So I think overall it’s a hit or miss depending on who you get as your cleaning team.2. This is the reason for 2 stars. While the managing team was friendly, I think they are poorly organized and unreliable.This ultimately impacted me as a customer. They canceled 3 times in a row with less than a 24 hour notice. This was also in November - December right around the holidays when we were counting on their service. We tried to work with Molly Maid’s schedule and teams that were available as they appeared to be short-staffed - management just kept canceling on us last minute (after they proposed and confirmed the date and time). On top of that, their system kept sending inaccurate cleaning reminders which caused even more confusion and frustration. If management handled this situation better and with more proactive communication approach, I’d give them a higher rating.

Ive got to say, I have never paid for a cleaning service before but Molly Maid was worth it. The price was PHENOMENAL! I did not have time to clean my old apartment upon move out and hired them to do so and it was completed immaculately. 10/10 would hire again and recommend to a friend.

Im SUPER picky when it comes to cleaning services, having cycled through five different cleaners in the past two years, but Carol and Rasheedah (Team 8) at Molly Maid have continuously met or exceeded all my expectations.Molly Maid does a great job of evaluating a households needs and recognizing that not all families or individuals are alike. In other words, they do not just quote you a price based on the square footage of your home but also take into account a familys general cleanliness, traffic, household animals, etc. And, our particular cleaning team, Carol and Rasheedah (Team 8), are fastidious and professional.I have found the right cleaning service!

Did a fine job cleaning what they did clean, but did not fulfill request. I gave very specific instructions over the phone and repeatedly asked if I it would help to email the instructions or provide them in an alternative manner and was told everything would be taken care of; I would have been happy to book a higher level of service or pay for more time as I simply wanted the work done. Unfortunately, they only did about 75% of what was asked. I cannot trust them to clean my house again.

My Molly Maid teams are always excellent. My only reservation about using them is their reluctance to specify a time for arrival. I cannot leave my house unlocked for an indefinite time and they only give a date for service but not a time unless you call on the date of service.

I contacted the Dunwoody/Sandy Springs Molly Maid location seeking a quote. The morning they were scheduled to arrive, they called an hour before arrival and explained there was a mix-up with scheduling. The solution was for them to arrive a bit later or call me later with an estimate. I opted for the latter. I was told to expect a phone call by 5 pm that day (8/31). I am still waiting on a phone call. Highly disappointed.

Fantastic maid service! All employees are friendly and courteous, and the cleaning team is thorough. Weve had other cleaning services before, but they would try to use our vacuum and almost broke it. Molly Maid brings all their own cleaning supplies and equipment, we dont have to worry about anything. :) They have a nice sounding reward system for their employees too, and we fully support that!

Everything from start to finish was great including the scheduling. I had to change my appointment at the last minute (about an hour before they came) because there was unexpected water shutoff in my complex. They had no issues changing my appointment. The team that came were great very personable and did an excellent job cleaning.

I have been using this cleaning service faithfully every other week for about six months now. For the most part I was pleased with the services they provided. They do a wonderful job paying attention to detail and my house is always spotless when they leave. The reason I am giving them two instead of five stars is because after my most recent clean, I noticed a pair of diamond ear rings were missing. As soon as I noticed they were gone (within 24 hours) I called the office and informed them of the incident. Their response was that the ear rings were moved to another location and the cleaning technician was able to describe what they look like and confirmed she moved them. However, my ear rings are not where they say they should be. I have looked everywhere and cannot find them. There were other pieces of jewelry that were moved and are indeed in the location the cleaning technician says they are; but the diamond ear rings are missing. Long story short, I was told that I could file a police report and they would cooperate fully. As a consumer I would recommend thinking twice before trusting them into your home or at least make sure all valuables are stored in a safe place.

We used Molly Maid (Marta & Lynn) to do a deep clean before listing our home for sale and we were very pleased with the job they did! We had one area in our bathroom that we thought could’ve used some more TLC and they came back within the hour to give it some more elbow grease. Extremely happy with their service and will plan on using them again once we move into our new house.

Once again the two cleaning ladies Patricia and Claudia arrived on time and did a very thorough and detailed deep cleaning of our house. The work was well done and the cost was exactly as quoted. Molly Maid was supposed to show 10am-noon. Finally showed up at 4:45pm after wasting most my day. They mentioned they close at 5 but would do their best. After basically being on house arrest all day I told them I had a few errands to run. Their operator called me a few minutes into my errands and said they expect their customers to clean up more before they show and will be pulling the maids from my location. I asked if they could just clean a little and they said no but could reschedule for next week. After laughing I said no thank you.I have worked with plenty of maids and none of them approached this magnitude of neglect.

I found everything clean at places i didnt even expect. All my things were where i left. My restroom was clean like new and i will definitely will be using molly maid again.

If I could rate this company a zero I would .I would never call a maid service but desperate needs call for desperate measures. I asked for a move out/ deep clean. Upon return to check the apartment I realized how dirty it still was .I took video and pictures and sent it to them, so they sent out a reclean . The reclean was just as inefficient as the original clean . On top of that they charged me a 132.00 fee that was an admin fee before they ever came out, yet when I asked if my card would be charged before the cleaning was done they told me no. I was charged roughly 300.00 over the weekend to be told that they couldnt help me until Monday. Yet on Monday the funds were still not returned. I am beyond upset with the services I received from Molly maid and I will be pursuing this further. If you are in need of maid service DO NOT CONTACT MOLLY MAID they will take your money and then act as if you are at fault . I wish I could attach the video and photos associated with this service.

Not worth the money I paid. I asked for a deep clean and not only did I not get an iota of that, the crew breezed through the house without thoroughly vacuuming or removing visible stains from the counters. On top of that, when cleaning the sink they displaced the nook under the faucet so that the water is now spraying everywhere when we turn it on. Very disappointing experience.
