I’ve been waxing my brows with Kiara for at least 5 months now and she is AMAZING! She really knows how to work my brows and they’re a bit difficult. Her space is always clean and she is the most friendly person in the world.

Ive been here several times now for eyebrow wax/tint and could not be happier. I am always made to feel welcomed and everything is clean and organized. I am very particular about my eyebrows and Madi does an amazing job every time. I will never go to anyone else.

I visited a few months ago to get my first Brazilian, and I came back today for my second. Payton was phenomenal. I have a fairly low pain tolerance, but she was so kind and kept me at ease throughout both of my appointments. The environment was welcoming and super clean. So I was going to my esthetician for my waxes this past year and then transitioned to Rio out of accessibility and convenience for my schedule. Through word of mouth I went to Waxxpot and had Kiara as my Tech. Fast forward 3-4 months later - I’m obsessed. Time is important to me and not once has Kiara not been waiting for me with open arms when I walk into the shop. I’ve never had to wait and she’s ALWAYS punctual even if I’m not and she literally has me out in 15min. Her warmth and spirit is unmatched. And lastly, y’all I spent $$ for a wax package which is damn near double what I pay at Rio but guess what? I feel like a rich b*tch every time I walk in because Kiara makes me feel like Beyoncé every time I leave. If you needed a sign - here it is. BOOK THE APPT BOO!

This place is fantastic. This was my first time visiting a location for waxing other than my eyebrows and I was extremely nervous. I walked in just to get information and the woman (dont know her name) told me they could get me in now if I was interested. I was extremely hesitant and ended up being talked into going for it that day. Adriana was the one who did my wax and she is a great person. She talked to me the entire time to keep me at ease which was exactly what I needed. I wont say it was painless but it didnt hurt as much as I expected. I was very pleased with the finished look and I cant wait to go back. They also have this cream that is great for after the waxing. I just use it when the skin feels irritated and it calms it down. Definitely try this place is you want to be silky smooth 😂

I went for my fist ever Brazilian wax and the young lady Kiara that did it was very Professional and explained the process of what she was about to do and made it less nerve wrecking and I enjoyed her work… definitely been back I will continue to go

I used to work here a couple of years ago and when I think about the time that I spent working here, it makes my heart warm. The place always smelled good, it was neat and spotless, also the setup and decor was so pretty and professional to me! The best training that Ive had at any job! Had Sammi for my Brazilian wax and she was amazing! It was the least painful wax Ive ever had. She was also helpful with skin care tips and routines for after waxing. Whole staff was great and friendly. Also appreciated the front desk representative wiping off my card before giving it back to me after processing my payment. Will definitely be back!

I would not recommend. Wax will ruin your skin, not quality grade wax. I have been waxed before and never experienced such damage to my skin. Cost me more to go to the dermatologist. Dermatologist determine it was from the wax.

I go to Adriana for my wax, she is so nice and sweet but every staff member at this location is great, they are all very professional, and I love how they keep the location looking nice and clean!!

Love this place and glad to have them in the neighborhood! One of my favorite things is that they make their own wax and use beeswax. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Have been to many salons over the years and I find this to be one of the cleanest and most inviting.

The good: The receptionist was fantastic! Super friendly and welcoming. She even made accommodations for my 8 month old and held him for me while I got my eyebrows done since he wouldnt stay still in my arms. This is something I SERIOUSLY appreciate since I am a sahm and he has to go with me everywhere I go. A lot of businesses treat my son like an inconvenience, so this attitude is enough for me to give it another shot here.The weird: The eyebrow station is literally the lobby.The bad: The person waxing my eyebrows never asked me what I was looking for. She made my eyebrows uneven, one with a high arch and the other almost flat. When I pointed this out she blamed my face structure. I have never had that issue anywhere else. She evened them out a bit but its not perfect and no where near what I wanted. So she offered me my next time free.I would give them another chance.

I am a fan of WaxxPot and I’ve tried a lot of waxing places. They are bright, cheery, friendly, clean, and reasonably priced! I send friends here all the time. Parking is also easy which is always a big plus. My services have always been executed efficiently and professionally. Definitely give them a try!

Just got a Brazilian at the new location. The salon itself is really cute and clean and welcoming. My specialist was great and the experience was awesome. It also hurt WAY less than my old place that uses hard wax. I am officially a WaxxPot convert! 5/5 would recommend and I will be back!

I have been going to Waxxpot since opening this summer and will never go anywhere else. I used to be nervous before getting bikini or Brazilian waxes, but the staff is so professional and they just make me feel comfortable. It’s always super easy- I’m in and out pretty quickly! I’ve heard amazing things about their lash lift and tint! I’ll be trying that next!

I was new to waxing and a little nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable. The first thing youll notice when you enter the salon is how cheerful and bright everything is, but the ambiance is still very relaxing. Adriana was so patient with me and all my questions, and she was very knowledgeable about the process and what to expect afterwards. My legs felt great, and I went back for a second visit and was just as happy with the experience. Ill be back again!

I’ve been going to wax pot of sandy springs since May. It was the first place I’ve gotten a Brazilian was done. I absolutely love the staff here, they are all so knowledgeable and friendly. It can be awkward the first couple of waxes because of the area, but all of the worker here make you feel comfortable and right at home.

I had my legs waxed today for the first time by Sammi, and even though I was nervous at first. It didn’t hurt after the first strip. It was relaxing actually and my legs look and feel amazing. Thanks so much ladies!

I got a promo card for a free service. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly by Rachel and Melinda. They had me fill out a brief questionnaire before I sat down for my service. I have been on acne medicine for a few months and not thinking it was a big deal. As Rachel walked me to the waxing chair she asked what I was using on my face. I told her and she refused to wax me, because there was a chance my skin could be damaged by the wax. Thank God I went there instead of a place that simply wanted my money and did not care for my well being. I got my eyebrows plucked instead and my skin was not damaged because they took the time to ask. I highly recommend Waxxpot, Sandy Springs to everyone!

They are very unprofessional, make sure you read the fine print on the paper they have you to sign, as though you are giving them your personal info. Read the part that states there, that you will be charge a 19.00 no show fee, no one explains that up front, you are not a doctors office, you are not in the heart of Buckhead. The regular nail shop ladies do a better job at waxing brows

I have been going to Waxxpot in Sandy Springs since it opened and have always had a great experience and today was no different. I am always greeted by the friendly staff. My aesthetician always does a wonderful job on my waxing. I love the wax that they use at waxxpot, it never hurts or leaves me red like all the other waxing places that I have been to and it smells good as well, which is a bonus! I have had waxing done for years and have never been as satisfied as I have been with Waxxpot Sandy Springs

Had my first lash lift and lash tint and I’m hooked. Never have my lashes looked this long! And so glad I had my brows done as well because the technician knew exactly how to shape them. Great customer service was ‘icing on the cake’.

I have been to Waxxpot about 6 times and every time I get great service and value. When I call, the person I saw the last time is usually unavailable (this could be fixed if I booked when I left each appt) so I get someone new and every time the person is FABULOUS. I get stopped on the street to ask about my eyelashes (lift and tint) and, while I dont get stopped on the street about my waxing (thank goodness) it is the most pain free process anywhere and the technician is always discreet and kind. I am old, this is not something I enjoy but they make it FINE!!! GO TO WAXXPOT

Overpriced & they tried billing my credit card for missing an appointment that I DIDNT ASK FOR! It was only my 1st visit & I had no idea of the fee for no-show!🤦💩

Toya was great! First time at Waxxpot & I was a little nervous since I usually go to a different waxing place. I loved the decor & how clean the place was. My wax wasn’t painful at all even after going almost 9 months without waxing or shaving lol. Toya and I had a great conversation. I’m 7 months pregnant with my first child and she even gave great tips for when I go into labor. & I appreciate her letting me know that I can pick who I’d want to do my wax I’m not use to being able to do that at my old waxing place. Most likely I’ll be choosing Toya everytime.

I had the worst waxing experience of my life here!! They don’t use sanitizing paper to lay on and I was uncomfortable laying just on a bed. I got a Brazilian wax and clumps of wax was left on me and it caused a huge nightmare. I also got my brows done and they are so uneven. I will never come to another waxxpot again.

I don’t really like going to other wax salons besides where I have been going to, however with my wax girl out on maternity leave I decided to give this place a shot, biggest mistake of my life, I walked out in tears, my anniversersy weekend ruined pretty much. Went to get a full brazilian walked out in pain and feeling like a layer of skin is gone, oh and i had to stop the service because it was just too much pain. The customer service was great friendly staff but the actual service is the worst I have ever received. I suggest better more experience staff. I would go on about exactly what happed but its too much to type. Lesson of the day DONT GO TO ANY OTHER SALONS.
