When I arrived in the USA I heard that it was really complicated to find a good dentist. I have to say that I found it and Dr. Bens was one of the best dentist I’ve ever visited in my life. He and his team were so helpful, enlightening, kind and very professional. I highly recommended!

I made the best choice in choosing Dr. Bens as a new patient in a previous dental office. I am very reserved about going to a dentist. Dr. Bens has been my dentist for 10 years. He really takes pride in his work and it shows! I am not shocked that his staff members are caring and professional because they are a reflection of Dr. Bens’s reputation. I had an emergency with my front tooth on a Sunday and he called immediately! He walked me through what I needed to do and offered to have me come in that same day. I declined his offer. I did my best to make it work one more day because his concern for me was greatly appreciated. You never know when you’ll need a caring dentist until you realize you have one! He’s a good spirit and real one(genuine person).

Best dentist in Atlanta! Really cares about his patients and remembers things about you between visits. Very professional and I cant recommend a better dentist.

Best Dentist Ever! Dr. Bens if you read your reviews, you rock! I am beyond thankful that you saved me once again.I have never received such amazing service from ANY Doctor. I have been with Dr. Bens since Dental TLC and followed him when he started his own practice. I have always thought he was awesome but he out did himself today when I called the office this AM because my crown came loose. He came in the office within the hour to fix my crown during his vacation.In the many years I have been with him, he doesnt try to push unnecessary dental work on you. If he tells me something needs to be done, I trust him completely. I had to make some difficult dental decisions in 2020 that really scared me. I followed his advice and could not be happier.

Yesterday was my first cleaning appointment. This place is BEYOND Amazing!! The check in is digital, no boring paperwork to fill out. Office staff is super polite and friendly. Not to mention the office is exceptionally clean and well organized. They have the some of the most high-tech gadgets Ive even seen. Dr. Bens is great to talk with and explains everything that is going on. I highly suggest you get Jess as your hygienist. She is phenomenal!! Thank you all for a great experience!!

Literally the best!!! I wish there are more stars to give him, 5 is not enough!!! He is the real MVP!!! Anything I say won’t be enough and I meant it. He has helped me so much, I have been through hell and back and he never left my side. He treats all of his patients with so much care and love, extremely professional and knowledgeable. Every single staff member working in there is the best at what they do. Impeccable customer service! I haven’t had an experience like this before, from start to finish. It doesn’t even feel like a dentist office, it feels like home.

As soon as I walked in the door, the front desk staff where so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Paperwork process was extremely easy. Once I met the dental hygienist, she was so nice and easy to talk to. She was professional and told me everything she was doing when doing it, and she was very easy to talk to about casual personal things. I was very comfortable being there. Dr. Bens was great as well. He address all my problems, gave me quick and helpful solutions, when he noticed a bigger problem he was so efficient to give me a referral and send over all my information to ensure I was taken care of. I will definitely keep this office as my primary dentist while I can.

Dr Ben’s and his team are amazing beyond words. I am terrified of dentists due to trauma from my last one. I hadn’t properly been to the dentist in over a decade and it showed. Before I even had an appointment with his team Dr Bens was already working to make me feel comfortable over the phone. When my consultation was canceled due to Covid Dr Bens called me HIMSELF to personally apologize, reschedule and help calm my nerves. Upon seeing them they were quick and efficient. Jessie, my hygenist was so amazingly friendly and calming as she went over each tooth with the “hook of doom” which was not very doom-like in her hands. Honestly I barely felt it. Within an hour we had a care plan set up and I would be back in 2 weeks for my first deep clean appointment. When I arrived I was sick with anxiety but immediately Jessie put me at ease. They made sure I was comfortable and Dr Bens came in and went over everything with me again. I just left my 3rd appointment with them and honestly it felt like going to go see friends. Jessie and I chatted while we waited for the novicane to kick in as if we were friends. Again they were quick and efficient and Dr Bens even offered tips to Her about how to go even further to make sure I was comfortable (needles are not my strong point). Mind you the tips weren’t coming from a place of fixing anything (Jessie is AMAZING) but just adjusting to the individual needs of each client. Honestly I have never felt happier coming out of a medical appointment and I’m gonna miss them until I see them again in 6 weeks. I won’t say that I’m not longer afraid of dentists but I LOVE this team.

Dr. Bens and his entire staff are excellent! I am a bit of a nervous patient, but I have been coming here for 2+ years and have had a positive experience every time. Today I had several cavities filled, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and were very efficient/painless when doing the work. I don’t live in the Sandy Springs area anymore, but I still make the drive to come here! Highly recommend.

Dr. Bens is such a delight! Him and his staff are kind, easy to work with and there is such great office energy. I know a lot of people dont like the dentist but it is a must and if you have to go then Dr. Bens is the one to see!

Dr. Bens is unlike any other. He’s personable, takes his time to explain procedures, and hires the best dental hygienists, who use a gentle touch when cleaning your teeth. I highly recommend him for families. He has taken care of my kids for 11 years. One of my children has special needs, and Dr. Bens fit the best hygienist for her needs. I had a dental emergency (broken tooth) at 5:30 pm on a Friday and didnt think I could get evaluated until the next day or Monday. I found my old dentist Dr Bens at his new location and spoke with Alissa who got my details, spoke with Dr Bens and was able to get me in immediately that day even though the office was closed! Since there were no hygienist, Dr Bens took his own x-rays and patiently examined my mouth then provided a full explanation of what needed to be done. He then filed the broken tooth down to make it more comfortable until I could get back in for full repair the following week. I highly recommend Dr Bens for professional personalized dental care for everyone.

Dr. Bens is friendly, professional and most of all honest. I have seen a lot of dentist and he is by far one of the best dentists. Ive had my wisdom teeth taken out and re-root canals with his recommendations and things have worked out great. I highly recommend Dr.Bens.

Best Dentist Ive ever had... and actually look forward to visiting the dentist now!My wife and I have been patients w/ Dr. Bens since he bought the practice established by Dr. Brodsky and its been an outstanding experience ever from the beginning. Dr. Bens and his team prides himself on patient care, comfort and provides excellent dental work.We visit twice a year for cleanings and recently had to have a filling replaced due to a hairline crack, while normally I dread these types of visits, this time was different. I was offered Nitrous Oxide, or laughing gas, to relax, which was never offered before, and Dr. Bens and his team took extra care throughout the whole procedure to ensure I was comfortable and in no pain. It was honestly the best filling replacement experience Ive ever had.I had to return a week later due to the tooth aching but it was no problem fitting me in and Dr. Bens found the problem (a sharp, pointy tooth below) which likely caused the initial crack in the first place, and dulled it a bit which instantly stopped the pain!Cant recommend Dr. Bens and his team more highly and looking forward to the next visit!

Exceptional is the word that comes to mind. Staff and Dr. I kick myself for not leaving the dental practice I was using sooner. I have been going to Dr. Bens for 2+ years now and the service and attention to detail is impeccable. They are kind- fun and Dr. Bens goes so far beyond the extra mile. HIs assistant is not only a doll but very good at what she does and the hygienist is top notch. Alyssa, his wife who can be found in the office on many of the days is just beyond the best. And no, they dont even know I am placing this review. I just think amazing service deserves rewards. Im grateful to have them as part of my healthcare team.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Benz since 2006. Hes performed 11 root canals on me; each one was virtually painless! He is professional, friendly, and always checks to be sure you are relaxed & comfortable. He uses the latest technology, so procedures go quickly. Office staff is friendly and efficient, including his wife who is the office manager.

I have been Dr. Bens patient for 10+ years. I wouldnt dream of seeing anyone else. I had several bad dental experiences when I was younger, and I developed a lot of anxiety regarding the dentist.
