The guy was like you’re my appointment sit and he started doing my haircut. Then I told him to do cut little from top and he made it like too short without showing me how do I want it. Ngl previous visit with different guy(don’t know his name) cut my hair so fine and asked me about little details but Vernon was so bad.

Ive been going to Chase for years. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone that wants a quality haircut for a reasonable price. Thing I enjoy the most is the experience and the respect for peoples time. Its tough to get there everywhere. The typically work on appointments and when you go in you should be able to get in and out during your allotted time. I always feel welcomed and comfortable when Im in the shop. CHASE is the best barber Ive ever had!

Fast great cut

Amazing haircuts and nice people but had back to back issues with setting an appointment and the barbers not being remotely ready for me. That’s the only reason I stopped going...poor communication/planning.

I love this place. I have had bad experiences with other barbers in the past but now am glad I found a new barber here. They usually get my hair cut wonderfully and their prices are amazing!

Everyone in the shop was really nice and personable. I was a walk in on a busy Friday afternoon and they still made the time to fit me in. Plus the cut was fresh.

Oct 29 12.30 pm, Im not one to complain it takes alot for me to say anything. Being in the service industry for 9 years i full heartily understand good customer service. Thats not what happened today. To the barber, please dont push my head around with your finger like your trying to pop off one. Two how are you gonna line me up with your clippers it felt like there missing a tooth so it stung. And for the price i would expect a straight edge. Three how you gonna cut my hair and have me facing away from the mirror the whole time. Four how arent you gonna ask how long to cut the front of my hair and have me turned away and i gotta stop you and turn myself around to see that you cut it to short. Five why do i gotta tell you to even out the top, bro really. Not a 25 dollar hair cut at all.

Great first-time experience! I recently relocated to GA from FL and found it very challenging to locate a shop that I felt any real connection to. The Pit Stop is special because it chose me. After roaming all over gwinnet and fulton for the ideal spot, a co-worker referred me based on his positive experience and quality cut. I have to agree. You certainly feel home here! Robert is a great barber and I can tell everyone else there has the same passion for their skill as he does. I give it five stars for quality of service, atmosphere and attention to customer wants/needs.
