Nice and friendly staff. In and out in about 15 minutes. I visit them once a year.
I pulled up to this emissions testing center this morning behind one other car. The website says they are open from 8AM to 6PM, however when I pulled up at 8:45AM I, along with the other girl, sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come out. No one ever did and I left to go to another testing center.Either they have no staff or their hours are incorrect on the website. Incredibly frustrating when you are trying to get this done before work!
Was in & out quickly. Professional service. What else can you ask for?

This place is no longer known as Casons. I do not recall the new name. I pulled up and nobody was in line or at the monitoring station and I thought This great, Ill be in and out in no time. Wrong. I went to the front door which was locked. I looked in the room and saw someone get off the couch and come outside to tell me the machine was down and not working anytime soon. He pointed to a crumpled piece of paper with a hand written sign saying machine broken. He kinda had an attitude about it. Will not recommend or go back. I forgot to mention... I left the location and went down the street to Meineke and had it done in 15 mins. Problem solved.

The guy didnt even speak its almost as if he was irritated he had to do any work and they have the audacity to have a sign about tipping.
Very quick and friendly service, $20 for a test. However, the employee was not wearing a mask when she sat in my car, and I did not see any effort to sanitize her hands before touching my car and credit card. She also did not use or offer the lysol wipes that were sitting out after she got in my car. I would rather take my car somewhere where safety is a higher priority.
The emissions test was fast and efficient, no wait line, staff was friendly too.
Came rolling in late Friday evening. They had me in and out in 7 minutes flat. Very nice guy. I couldnt be happier with the service and Ill be back next year for sure. Way better than the other locations in my area!
Failed my first test for readiness. The worker said I needed to drive the manufacturers recommended mileage for my car so its computer can reset--I had it serviced it a few days earlier.Did that and came back a few days later and received my next test free! Although I didnt like having to come back, the worker was knowledgeable and efficient, and the shop owner who was there the second visit was very friendly. I will be bringing all my vehicles to this location from now on.
Horrible customer service, I wish I could give them (ZERO). That’s why this location doesn’t have any customer.I came to get my emission test done but my car didnt pass because of (READINESS).NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. That guy told me you have to drive for a while and come back later for another test. He didnt explain to me as a employee I have only one FREE TEST left and that was my argue with them. I came back afternoon the same day after drive 55 mil and he tested again without telling me that this is your FREE TEST and if your car didnt pass you have to pay again. Car didnt pass the second time and I came back after 3 days after I drove over 218 mil, and I hoped this time my car will pass, the lady was there asked me to pay again. I was unhappy because no one explain that to me before and she said you have to pay $20 or go somewhere else. I asked to talk to the manager and she said I am, I told her that is not my fault and you people must train your employee to explain clearly to customer but she called other employee an IDIOT who hired by owner. I said I want to talk to owner and explain my situation, she pulled her cell phone out and dial the number but she didnt let me to talk to owner. She said I am not giving you my $1000 phone to your hand and owner doesnt want talk to you. Bottom line I felt discriminated based on her behavior, she was so rude and unprofessional.
