Don’t bother wasting your time with this place. When I first starting coming it was amazing. The staff was great, the therapists were great and the quality was great. Now, if you find a therapist you like they probably won’t be there next week, and if you make an appointment they’ll call you back and tell you they will have to reschedule. This is supposed to be relaxing and this is more stress than it’s worth. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE. I cancelled my membership and will NEVER be coming back to any of their locations.
THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! What an amazing place for a massage. From the time I walked in the front door until leaving, I had the most amazing experience. The gentleman and young lady at the front desk was professional and pleasant to talk to. They knew their stuff. The massage by Tameka was wonderful, I even fell asleep. Lol. I never do that. She relaxed me so much, I felt like a new person with a new life walking out of there. My body was stressed and needed this massage. I vowed to have one every month hunny so I got the membership. Ive been missing out!!! I look forward to going back, I cant wait!!! THIS is the place to get your care. I PROMISE!! I went to the one in Sandy Springs, GA.
Whatever you do, book IRAN. He is THEE BEST. I’ve had 4 other masseuses/masseurs here so I’d know. The receptionist JOCELYN is sweet, knows what shes doing. The receptionist AMANDA is unpleasant and flat out rude. Avoid her at all costs. Only reason this place is getting 4 stars is bc of Iran and Jocelyn. Also, it is a headache cancelling the monthly membership.
Do not sign up for a membership here! They’re extremely unprofessional and the lack of management and leadership is more than disappointing.I signed up for this membership hoping that it would be a stress-free place where I could unwind, trusting that I’m in good hands. This was a scam.I would not recommend this place to any friend or family member or acquaintance.Save yourself the headache and overpriced monthly membership and go someplace else.Im hoping that corporate responds back to me quickly with confirmation of my membership cancellation (which likely wont be the case). I want to run far away from this disaterious, poorly run business!
I got a massage about 2 months ago at this place when I normally go to the Buckhead location... I prob won’t return to this location to be honest, my massage was okay but the massage therapist kept talking, wanted her to shut up... massages are suppose to be relaxing & peaceful. Not returning to this location.
Chad was incredible! I was a bit nervous going to a new place, but he made me feel completely comfortable. He even adjusted the table temperature, lights, and music volume to help me feel more relaxed. His technique and pressure were perfect. I had added the hot stones elevation but realized I was a bit sensitive to the heat. He instantly made adjustments which resulted in complete bliss and I ended up loving it. I highly recommend Chad and the hot stones! Thank you so much for taking great care of me. KH
I’ve never had a bad experience with Massage Heights…everyone is super friendly and accommodating every time I visit. I recommend using them for massage services.
We have a monthly subscription and love it. Lauren at Abernathy Square is excellent 👌! She uses the perfect amount of pressure and is very accommodating. The regular visits with her has helped improve my pain and swelling. Its even helped with cellulite and shedding a few pounds!
Therapist are trained well on deep tissue massage. Very courteous, professional.and friendly staff!!
UPDATE: Emailed them, because they responded to this review saying they wanted to resolve the issue, but they have not gotten back to my 2 emails in over a week. Skip this place! They obviously arent professional enough to answer an email about feedback.Just overall disappointed. The massage itself was really good, but the masseuse talked the whole time, and at the other massages Ive had, there was no talking and it was just peaceful experience. This just made me want to leave. The other thing is that I went to their other location on Roswell Rd. by mistake and was late to my appointment. I called to let them know, and they still told me to come to my appointment, but the time that I was late came out of my massage, so I did not receive the full 60 minutes I had paid for. If they had told me I was going to lose time out of my massage I wouldve gladly reschedule but they made no mention of this policy to me.
Iran is amazing! He did a great job at making me feel comfortable and asked all the right questions before he started . He truly is a therapist. I feel so much better after just one hour!
Beautiful place. Been going here for years, but this time I got the best massage ever. It was the therapist who made the difference. Not going to name ???, though. Id never be able to get an appointment with ??? again!
I scheduled two massages for me and my husband a week before and we just got there - they only can give massage to one of us. I was very explicit on the phone that we are a couple.Very disappointed. My husband will never go back there. Unfortunately I was looking for a new massage provider, but they lost us.
Loved my massage here. Lauren was great & very professional. I will be returning.
UPDATE: After speaking with the Director, the issue was resolved and I received a credit for the charged service. Thank you for the professionalism.I received a gift of a year membership to this establishment. I missed my August session and was trying to get it in before the month was over. The young lady that I spoke with in August told me that it was ok and that I could combine August and September to receive a 2 hour session. Great! Or so I thought. I went in today for my 2 hour massage to only be charged for 1 of the hours. Why? Because I was told that my payment was not due until the 21st so I hadnt received my credit for the month of September. I was not told this when I scheduled nor when I came in today. If I wouldve known I simply wouldve used the August credit and waited 4 more days to get my other free massage. No problem! But no one told me and I had to not only pay the $50 for the extra hour but I also have to pay the membership fee on the 21st. Their communication is so poor in this establishment. Even when I went in July I was offered hot stones so of course I said yes again not knowing Id be charged the $20 for the service. Offer it as a charged service, NOT as an option of the service. From my understanding this is a franchised location, Id like to be contacted as soon as possible to get this issue resolved.
I wish I could not even pick a card. I have been waiting for Erica to call me back since Thursday. As Andrew put it, “she’s the one who handles client complaints.” I wouldn’t have “complaints” if everything would get done the way it’s supposed to. Since the day my fiance and I have signed up every month we have had an issue, including cancelling the two appointments with the manager and still getting a confirmation call the next day have been very patient for a call back but this is getting ridiculous.
The massage therapists are all wonderful and kind. The management on the other hand i wish I could rate less than one star for. Their sales tactics are deceptive, and if you enter the month to month membership expect some issues when you decide to cancel. At one point the management decided not to respond to my email for a whole week about putting my account on freeze due to covid, just to have my bank over draft because they did not respond to me and just took the money out. And my final massage I was told I had to pay out of pocket because the employee that booked my next session failed to inform me of when I should set my appointment in order to not have to pay out of pocket even tho I directly asked if the date I chose was too early. Just to get hit with a surprise that I have to pay and the front desk girl made it clear that she felt like it was my fault & that I would be billed the next month even thought I already confirmed with a manager that I was to be cancelling my membership. Whoever that girl is had a major attitude with me as if I was the one making all of these mistakes and it was almost as if she thought I was lying. I felt very mistreated. I will never be back. I had to go thru my bank to get the issue resolved because of how shady the management is & it’s still pending. I don’t reccomend this place in the least bit unless they get a seperate money management team.
I am giving this establishment one star for their poor communication. I called them on 2/3/2021 and inquired about a Groupon special. I specifically disclosed that I wanted to book 2 massages, one for my husband and one for me. I also was very clear that I am 6 months pregnant and therefore booked the prenatal massage. The rep answered my questions and assured us that we would be able to enjoy massages in separate rooms due to their COVID policy, which is fine.I got at least 2 other phone calls the evening of 2/3/2021 and 2/4/2021 confirming my appointment from 2 different reps, none of whom though to inform me that I would need a doctors note to get a prenatal massage. THIS INFORMATION IS ALSO NOT LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE UNDER THE PRENATAL MASSAGE TAB OR ANYWHERE ELSE.I got a call from a rep on 2/5/2021 about 4 hours before my massage stating they needed a doctors note and they werent sure of the person they booked me with was qualified to do prenatal massages. After requesting a refund, I was not offered any additional recourse or customer service incentives as a result of their miscommunication, inefficiency and error(s). I was only given the excuse that the customer service rep that booked my appointment initially was new.Between the lack of communication and piss poor customer service, the corporate office should contact me to resolve this matter further.
Been getting massage here for years. I have several therapist that have been at this location the whole time. The front desk understands my routine and values my time unlike many places I take my business.Well done Iran, Chavari, Gina, Tierra, Reggie, Kazzie and Juron.Thank you...
My only Problem is that you dont get a full/ whole hour massage.
The massage itself was good for which the young lady offered me the membership. The way into which she presented me the Pinnacle Membership was that it was month to month and I could cancel with no issues. Fast forward to a few days before the first payment and I called and stated I wanted to cancel. The assistant manager stated initially that I was locked into a 12 month agreement and that my only option was to downgrade the plan. I advised that it not what the young lady told me and that I wouldn’t have purchased it had I known it was a full contract. He told me he cancelled it and that I would not be charged for the first payment which was not to set come out until several days later on the 5th. I asked for a confirmation of cancellation and he advised that there was not one that he could send since the first bill had not come out and I wasn’t in an actual agreement, and rest assured that I wouldn’t see charges. The very next day the Pinnacle Membership was charged to my account. Mind you, I have the paperwork showing how the first payment wasn’t even meant to come out until days later. So, I call and the manager was not there but the young lady who signed me up. She begins saying she doesn’t know why the manager even told me I could cancel because it required a 30 day notice...1) She’s not the manager so she shouldn’t even have spoken on what the actual manager advised. 2) She was the one who said I could cancel with no issue yet when I want to cancel tell me that it requires a 30 day notice even though it was less than 30 days from the day I first signed up for the membership so that doesn’t make sense. She emails me a cancellation form and tells me to sign and email back and that she left a note for the regional manager to call me from home so I could be refunded....no call. No refund. Now I’ll have to keep reaching out to reach the regional so that I can get the refund due me. For that reason I do not recommend because it doesn’t matter if the massage is good if the sales tactics are deceptive.
Earlier this month, my boyfriend and I received services at your Sandy Springs location. As we were leaving we were advised of membership opportunities that would discount our services as well as a free massage for signing up. We were not made aware that we were signing a 12 month guaranteed contract with no option of cancellation. If we were advised we would not have signed the document. Additionally, we were also misinformed of the free massage, which we ended up paying a portion of after it was complete. I would like to cancel both contracts (not freeze), as we would not have signed something like this in the middle of a pandemic without the option of canceling. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Your sales tactics are deceptive and extremely misleading.Update as of 10/2: YOU CHARGED MY CARD TWICE!! I’m calling my bank to report you for fraud and I will never return to your company again.
We have been members for over a year and love MHeights! Always easy and therapists are great! I have my favs but hesitate to share because I’m possessive! Ha!Highly recommend!
Service was good but be wary of information given from Receptionist just double check at this point I still havent received my refund. I will repost once I do
Very professional staff & friendly.
My favorite location. So friendly and best therapists.
I always feel valued at Massage Heights. My masseuse, Iran, is fantastic! Ive been a regular client for over 5 years!
Visited this location today for the couples massage and from our first steps in it was wonderful. Smelled amazing, staff is very friendly, very clean place, and our massages were great! I’d absolutely recommend Adam for your massage!! He was awesome and gave me tips for stretches to relieve soreness. Diana did my boyfriends massage and he enjoyed it as well. We’ll be back for sure!
Reggie was amazing! And the front staff is so sweet! I had a 90 min massage for my birthday and loved it so much, I signed up for a membership! 😊
The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. Lauren is hands-down amazing
Experience was okay. I bought a 60 minute massage with hot stone therapy. Massage therapist had gloves on so with the oil she wasnt getting good traction on my muscles to relieve enough tension.
If you like a good, professional, deep tissue massage.
The facility is beautiful and clean the staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely return
Although I havent been able to continue my services here due to cost, I really enjoyed every single massage. Just about each time, I scheduled with someone different. The styles were unique, but they were all exceptional. They pay attention to your pain points for focus on those. I LOVE the hot stone massage and got that every time. I also really enjoy the lemon grass aromatherapy scent.
Really great. Nice staff, went to get a couple massage and they made but if us feel very comfortable and were amazing at the massages. Definitely coming back
Reggie was great. Really focused on my problem areas and also explained why those spots more than likely had so much tension. Signed up for the membership and looking forward to my monthly appointments
Seldom did I realize the importance until i got a message @ Message Heights. Ms Harris finger tip technique made me feel 20 years younger. Thanks
I had such an amazing experience at this location! By far the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced! I booked a couple’s massage as a birthday gift and I had no idea how I would decorate the room being that I didn’t get off until an hour before our appointment and I had to drive a distance to and from the location. The ladies at this location went out of their way to make sure everything was in order for us. They were super professional and very helpful! And to top it all off, the massage was AMAZING! Thank you!
Beware of the false advertising!! My wife and I got neither the hour long massage or the RELAXING massage advertised by Massage Heights. Let me explain: My wife and I booked a couples massage here for our anniversary hoping to be able to get away and have a relaxing massage together. We booked with Massage Heights because they advertised such a service (relaxing massage) at a reasonable rate, which we were very happy about. We showed up 10 minutes early to our appointment and were informed that we needed to fill out paperwork, which we did. Then several minutes later (after our appointed time) we were told that our room was ready and were asked if we would like to use the restroom first, which we both did. Mine was in use at the time (by an employee no less) so it took about 5 minutes to be able to get back to the room. Our massage therapists were very nice, but asked several questions about problem areas we would like to have them focus on and what aromatherapy we would like, etc. This all took around another 10 minutes or so. Then came the actual deep tissue massage. Like I stated before, the massage therapists were very friendly and were good at what they did, but a DEEP TISSUE massage is definitely NOT relaxing. It was painful. Extremely painful. Not necessarily because of the pressure that they put, but the technique. I was expecting a Swedish massage, with long flowing strokes, but what I got instead was focused pressure on all pressure points on my back, arms, shoulders and hands. This all lasted until 5 minutes to the hour. After the therapists left my wife and I were shocked that our actual massage only lasted about 40 minutes after all was said and done. Thats not an hour, people. I guess I should be thankful I didnt have to endure another 20 minutes of pain, but thats not the point. I paid for a service that was advertised as an HOUR long RELAXING massage. What I got was neither an hour massage NOR relaxing. We were extremely disappointed to say the least and we will never be visiting this location again. If you do like deep tissue massages and are looking for that sort of thing, feel free to visit Massage Heights. If not, steer clear.
My initial experience was great which is why I enrolled in their monthly service plan. Every session cant be the BEST so some were better than others. I eventually figured out which therapist I preferred and stuck with her. It wasnt until I needed to cancel my membership that things went south. When arriving for my massage I let the staff know I was moving and needed to cancel the membership. After the massage I paid as usual and left thinking it was taken care of. I was then charged again. When I called I was notified that there were cancellation forms that needed to be signed and that there was no record of my cancellation request. So I went back in to sign the forms and was notified then that the cancellation would not take affect for another 30 days and that I would be charged again on my renewal date the following month but I would have a credit for an hour-long massage that I could use. I wasnt happy about it but there was nothing else I could do. Since I moved across town and it was no longer convenient it took me about three months before I called to schedule the massage that they owe me. When I called I was informed that the massage expired when my account was terminated which was not clearly communicated to me at that time. I understand now that its their policy but fine print designed to take advantage of consumers doesnt make it right.
The staff is friendly, helpful, professional, & courteous. The massage therapists listen to what you say about your problem/stress areas, and apply the appropriate amount of pressure. Ambiance is great and the facility is clean. The hours are very convenient, as is the location in Abernathy Square. You receive a complimentary aromatherapy of your choice with each massage, which only enhances the experience. The massage tables are heated, the music is soothing, and I never hear sounds from the other rooms.I have been a member for over 2 years and not had a bad experience. With the membership, if you cannot make it in for the month, you can use two credits for a two hour massage. I highly recommend giving them a try, and consider a membership.
Its basic business. On 2 occassions now Ive attempted to get in touch with this location without success. Simply responding to emails or returning calls would help more than theyll ever know.
Kazzy is the best! I see her once a week. Go for the two hours...so relaxing and more time to work on all the problem areas!
Absolutely enjoyable experience! Excellent customer service from front desk staff, and great massage overall! Sharon was great and delivered an exceptional massage. I explained my trouble areas and she customized my massage to provide attention to the tense zones. My bf also enjoyed his massage with Brandon!
Couples massage! Loved the staff, the service, tha ambiance. Very enjoyable experience.Good Job from Memphis, TN!
I will only use the Massage Heights at Abernathy Square! My massage therapist is Iran B., he is wonderful. Give him a try.
Went for a couples massage and we both had a great time. The staff at the Sandy Springs location are wonderful
First off, let me say Ive read through a great many of the reviews here; especially those of low ratings. I would like to address some of the complaints. To those who say they did not get their full hour:Understand, your hour begins the moment you walk in the room as you have occupied it. No where that Ive been to does your hour start when they lay hands on you.To those who say it was too deep tissue or it was too painful:1) They are massage therapists, not mind readers so,2) You have a mouth, use it to communicate what you would like such as that hurts or thats too deep or can you work on my right shoulder? Remember fact 1 from above, they cannot read your mind. The more you communicate the better the experience. If you paid for a massage and suffered through a painful experience without saying a word, then you alone are at fault and should feel rather foolish.3) There is a profile you should have filled out prior to your massage. If you did not fill it out, you are at fault as well as that tells your therapist your preferences. If you did fill it out and they did not follow it, refer to fact 2 above. To those of you who called the employees and managers names such as idiot:You have no one to side with you and have lost your argument. You may questions a persons professionalism or attitude but once you go personal and call people names; especially regarding their intelligence you have lost all credibility and are viewed as a sad angry person that makes themselves feel better by calling others names. With that said:My wife and I have been going to the Sandy springs location for a couple of years now. At first I was reluctant and did not enjoy it as I had put down deep tissue . Honestly I had no idea how deep deep tissue was and was sore afterward. My wife asked if I had said something, I said no and I realized Im paying for this, tell them what you want. Epiphany! This morning I woke up and felt like I had lost a bar fight. I called down right after they opened and had an appointment at 10:00 AM with Brandon. I showed up about 15 minutes early and Brandon was already waiting. As we walked in he asked what my problem areas were. I explained and was soon ready for him to start work. While working on basically the right half of me, I explained that an old injury on the left side of my back was flaring up. I pointed it out and he not only isolated and resolved the issue but suggested how to explain to other therapists the area to work. Brandons shiatsu technique is flawless and is perfect for working out the problem areas and reoccurring old injuries. Ive considered retracting my praises for Brandon as hell probably end up booked solid and I wont be able to get him again! It is true, The force is strong with this one.
Absolutely love this place! The staff are very friendly, personable, and professional. They are all very knowledgeable about their products and give useful advice to receive the best results. Cami is the best massage therapist I have ever had - so, so glad Ive met her. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with this business.
I called and made an appointment for a couples massage for my friends birthday. Mind you I had a full conversation with the front staff lady and reiterated how I wanted to book it as Couple! When we arrived they informed us there no couple rooms available. I didn’t understand this because we had an appointment. The staff was unprofessional and did not accommodate us. I was soooooo annoyed!
My husband and I went to Massage Heights for our anniversary and Charmaine and Louise were awesome! !! My husband said he felt like a new person. I would definitely come back again if we lived in the area. Thanks guys!! Oh yeah and the service was great from setting the appointment to the massage thru payment. What an amazing staff!
Do not agree to or sign anything!I feel terrible for the hard working therapists. The lack of clear communication and the sales pitch used to get customers on a membership plan that can be cancelled with a 30 day notice is bad business. They do not allow you to cancel. Unethical.
Staff was professional and on time for my daughters and I retreat experience. Carolyn and her colleagues were wonderful. Hot stone massage was absolutely worth it.
This company (Specifically the Sandy Springs location) steals money. They quote one price and because the people answering the phones arent giving correct info they swipe your card for a different amount. when I called to inquire about the additional charge, all the managers were rude and tried to talk over me and refused to look into it.. when I states if they did not reverse the charge I would block the recurring payment from the bank, they charged me for a 3rd time. they charged me for 3 messages in 1 day and refused to refund any of it and I have only received 1 message. I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Everyone there is good!
I have found several VERY good therapist. That allows me receive a great massage no matter when I can get there...
Well organized
OMG, The Massage Heights of Sandy Springs is so awesome, I scheduled ALL of my employees appointments and they didnt want to leave. Amy & Jesse and Staff are so cool and friendly. Yes, 5 Stars to the Team Massage Heights of Sandy Springs. ALL DAY LONG
Adam’ has a vast knowledge of massage combined with caring for his clients
Me and my girl booked for a couples massages IN ADVANCE for 11:00AM! Then when we got there they couldn’t accommodate us because they had another couple getting a massage! This place is very unprofessional, why double book and not notify us!Waste of time DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
Extremely nice. Great staff my therapist Louise was very professional. Fantastic massage experience.
The massage experience was wonderful for my daughters and I retreat. Hot stone massage was wonderful. Staff was professional and on time.
The weekend of Valentines Day we did couples massages. The staff was very professional and very nice. The atmosphere was very relaxing. And when we left our bodies felt like butter our massages were great!
A friend and I came here for a hot stone regular and prenatal massage. We arrived 20 min early to do paperwork and were called back in time.My therapist, Cazzy/Cazzie (hope Im spelling that right) was super great! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I wish I would have gotten more time! Lol
Great prenatal massage!
It was a very nice experience!... Highly recommend their services. 😊
Been getting my massages here for the past 4 years now & I love every second of it!.Two Thumbs up to Ms.Louise who does an awesome job each time. Also, I had two other therapists & they were great too. The staff are very nice & accommodating. The place is very clean & it smells great even as you walk in from the outdoor aroma lol. Refreshing water to drink in the waiting area. Products are great too & not overpriced. You definiteltywant to give this place a try! Ive been very pleased & happy there. :)
Kazi is the best! Felt at home here!
Therapists talk to much and dont really seem to have massage skills like Massage Envy does. Every now and then youll get a good therapist.
My wife and had an appointment for a couples massage. Unfortunately some things had came up on the date of our appointment and we were looking to reschedule our appointments. They were willing to reschedule but were still wanting to charge for the appointments we had missed plus wanted payment info before our new reschedule date. Very unreasonable people to work with...ended up cancelling and they still charged us a$100.
I went in requesting a lymphatic drainage massage for a post operative procedure. Apparently theres only one therapist there that does them. She was with a client, so the receptionist had me write down my info and said that she would have the woman call me to discuss whether or not she could massage me after the cosmetic procedure I had done. She never called. I called in about a week later to inquire again, same story. At least this receptionist reached back out to me to say the therapist was afraid to do it, because she hadnt been trained on the lymphatic system for my back, and that she didnt want to mess up anything. Ummm.... ok?? I appreciate the honesty, but how can you be the specialist for this particular type of massage and not know how to do it? I went on to Massage Envy and had a great experience.
Very friendly and clean. Very receptive to needs (ex more/less pressure)
I had a one hour massage scheduled for 6PM with the lead therapist. I was picked up at 6:10 PM although my appt. time was 6PM and the massage was over at minutes to 7 PM. The massage was supposed to be a complete hour. I got 50 minutes of mediocre massage techniques. Overall I feel as though did not get my moneys worth. I get massages two to three times a month, so I know a good massage from a bad one. After the experience, I left a tip and my girlfriend and I left the facility however I remained upset the remainder of the evening. I contacted the managing director, Franchesca and explained my concerns with the massage. After going back and forth with her for approximately 10 minutes she finally scheduled a one hour massage for myself. I am disappointed because two days later, she called me back and said my complaint was not strong enough to grant me anything more than a complimentary 30 min massage. Not only was she abrasive in her conversation, she made me feel like she had no concern for my complaint and she was entirely too rude for me to want to give further business to this location. After calling corporate, they said they could only have the owner call me. The sorry excuse for an owner of that location called me (a week later) an told me he wouldnt refund my money. So your best bet is to find somewhere else to get a cheap massage, I guess I got what I paid for.
I did not exactly have a great experience. Staff was really friendly, but not very helpful. I called days ahead to set up a service for an 1 hour message at the advertised price, when I finished with my massage, I was told I was being charged for a 90 min massage (which I did receive but hadnt realized until I was finished). On top of that the staff told me included in the fee I was being charged for an elevation such as a face massage or hot stones, neither of which I received. The only solution they had for me was to give me a complimentary elevation on my next visit, not discount todays payment. Christy was great but although I asked for light pressure, and when she asked I told her a little lighter, it still kind of hurt. I dont know if I want to return! Very disappointed considering this was my first visit.
This was my first experience and the worst. I get better massages from my wife. My wife goes to spas and she didnt like her experience either. They incorporated the additions into the 1 hr massage, giving u less of a massage. And when we complained, their only offer was to come back and pay for more bad service. Plus, their full body massage does not include the front torso and glutes.
First of all they didnt let me use my credit card so I wasnt able to get my massage. Then later on they proceeded to charge me $99.99 after they told me I wasnt able to use my credit card. Then when I called to adjust the manner this rude, annoying (not trying to sound racist) black girl ignored me saying and I quote You knew what you were doing when you become a member and hung up. This was my one of many conflicts that I came across while I was try to receive the rest of my massages. At the other locations the service was excellent.. but not here in sandy springs. Id rather get a cheap massage at a mall then to ever go back.
It’s as if these ppl have some sort of grudge against me cuz i told Them I’d prefer an attractive masseuse, the lady on the phone agreed just to make the sale. When i came In and was disappointed, i left. Gave them another chance but they had belittled me in their “notes” and the rest of the staff had suppressed animosity towards me. I sensed the vibe and canceled the new appt. i dont recommend this massage place
I like Christy the therapist but my session wasscheduled for 1030.Michelle asked me to fill out paper work which I did and had to wait for my therapist to be ready then I need to be called and had things explained. She started a good twenty minutes later and asked me to add another half hour in order for her to give a good massage, which I agreed to and the session was over 5 minutes before Noon.So when did you start the countdown?of course my session was shorten by 20 minutes .Yes explain it please to me.
LITERALLY Cassie is the only reason I am giving this location 5 stars. After being told I would get a certain amount debited out of my account on the 15th, it was taken out on the 9th so I over drafted, Cassie not only gave me back my money but gave me a credit for a massage on my account and promised that nothing will come out of my account until Dec 15th. In between time I inquired about the credit and was told by the manager Michelle and another gentleman that they didnt see the credit. I asked to speak to Cassie and they informed me that she was on vacay. I decided to cancel the automatic debit because I wasnt pleased and I was told by Michelle that I would have to come into the location and sign a paper to do so. I was livid. I checked back in December 14 to speak to cassie and the gentleman who answered the phone said I didnt have to actually come in but just write an email. *Huge Sigh* so I never really had to come in right?! Long story short, finally got in touch with cassie after the email was written and sent and she gave me a call and told me that the credit was actually there and I could come pick up a gift card which I now have on my hand. If Im ever going to come back to this location it would be because of Cassies customer service dedication, sweet and sincere attitude to doing what is right. Shes ABSOLUTELY fantastic, she deserves a raise!!! Cheers for Cassie!!!
Come see Brenda, whole different experience...
I started visiting this location a few years ago while on trips to the ATL and always had a very pleasant experience. Both the therapists and costumer service at the front desk were phenomenal each and every visit. Once I moved to ATL, joining as a member was a no brainier. After bouncing around between a few therapist (all of whom were good) I now try and only see Ms. Sharde (sorry as Im sure that its misspelled) BC not only is she awesome at what she does, but her bubbly and outgoing personality really puts the services over the top. I cant speak of other locals but the Sandy Springs destination has far exceeded myexpectations.
Great place to come and get relaxation at its best
Spend your money anywhere else. They lied to me on multiple occasions, made my girlfriend incredibly upset and uncomfortable, and are frankly so unprofessional it baffles me they are still in business. Complete waste of my money
Showed up for my appointment at 4 today but my therapist did not. Waste of time.
Great front desk awesome therapist.
Very friendly staff. I was in pure heaven
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.......I was a memeber for like 6 months and when i tried to cancel they first made a mistake and charged me an extramonth. i called and was informed that i have one more session the idiot i talked to did not say anything about if you cancel your membership you lose your money even if you paid for it ...this is highway robbery and the stupid so called manager has the nerve to tell me a customer that you knew the contract when you signed it..these peole are so stupid because this payment was made in July at this point its not about the money...its the principal......if i really missed that 49 bucks i would have demanded it then. All i wanted way my massage that had been paid for.....then the idiot offers me an extra 3 months!!!!!!what the hell gave you the idea that i want to waste my money with you?????after your lousy treatment??????i wil take my business elsewhere where they appreciate and value customers......
After the first visit I joined Massage Heights as a member. They have excellent service, the atmosphere is actually better than the best spas in town in my opinion, and I always leave relaxed and rejuvenated!
My masseuse had B.O. was abrupt and rushed. She alal urged me to take a card for other services. The front desk staff was very professional but I will not be back.
Well run and professional. I have been going monthly for over 2 years and have yet to have a bad experience.
Every relaxing.
Best couple massage EVER!!!
Great service!
