Scheduling service was easy and there were lots of available time slots. The technician called 30 minutes ahead and will within the appointed time slot. The technician was quick to diagnose although it was as I expected. The technician was very clear and transparent about the repair and once I agreed to the price, he left and purchased the part and installed it. The company also warranted the repair for 3 months. I could have performed the repair myself but many times these tasks end up being a hassle to preform especially with a busy schedule. All in all, I plan to consider using It Is Fixed first in the future.

I used the service for a challenging built-in microwave/convection oven repair. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their service again.

The appointment setup was easy. When techs arrived they were unimpressed by our late model stove not realizing it was custom made, very unprofessional. Although they repaired the burner, between the two of them laughing and making Russian comments, they did not reconnect the clamp to the stove top. Thus the burner was not 100% repaired, cost of my job $130 less $79.95 assessment fee. I called, texted and emailed Baki and office 3x asking them to return to refasten it. No response! I would not hire this company again. If you do, be sure to double and triple check their work before they leave and paying them!

Had Alex out a few weeks ago to take a look at my kitchenaid dishwasher. Turns our the motor was dead. Alex was able to get the new part and get eveything repaired. He did a great job and was very carful in the home. Was glad I found this company and Alex. Will be using them in the future.

Update: Later the owner gave us a personal phone call And made things right. He worked to resolved the issues that we had. Very understanding of the issues that at hand.Communication on the front end was good. The repairman looked into our issue, while looking into the issue that was with the plumbing. Instead of placing the part back where it came from and stating the issue, he placed a plastic bag over an open pipe now allow it to constantly drip which it was not before. When my husband arrived home, he effortlessly temporarily fixed the drip caused by the repairman. Gathering any information from the company after the repairman left was completely impossible. I though politicians were good at dancing around questions.

I made a same day appointment with a $60 service fee deposit. Fifteen minutes before the appointment I called because no one contacted me to say they were on the way. It Is Fixed is a great company that I recommend whole heartedly. The freezer of my refrigerator was icing up badly and not freezing thoroughly. They came out the same day. Technician Jacob did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and even showed me pictures to explain exactly what was broken.They had to order parts but came out the very next day and replaced my heating element, thermostat and timer. I had a great experience with It Is Fixed (Newman was my service tech). I was told at each step what he was doing and why to diagnose the issue. In the end, nothing was wrong that cleaning didnt fix (this is in a rental property) but Newman stayed and waited through an entire wash cycle just in case -- and then only charged me for the service call! These guys deserve a raise. Seriously.I worked with these guys before when a power surge during the whole Irma fiasco killed my refrigerator. When my dryer started sounding like a rock polisher, I knew who to call.Just like before they were out on the same day. Turns out it was the bearings on my dryer. I thought that when the bearings go out, its all over, you just have to get a new dryer. Nope! They had it fixed for a third of the price of buying a new one. Id like these guys just because theyve saved me so much money, but theyre also very polite and responsive too. I wont ever use anyone else, thats for sure!

The stove top light fixture original to our home (50 years old?) had a toggle switch get stuck in the on position. Explained the problem, the how and why of the fix and even gave a teachers discount to boot. After seeing their high ratings I was looking forward to working with them to repair my oven but was extremely disappointed. When they came to the scheduled appointment, they didnt call ahead as promised. Once they looked at the oven they told me they would get in touch with manufacturer but they never called me back. I reached back out to them 4 business days later and they said they had called the manufacturer just the day before (which I could tell they never called) and said they never heard back but they would get back in touch with me soon. I have never heard back from them and wasted my time and $40 for a service call they didnt service. So I called the manufacturer myself......

Dryer Vent Cleaning GONE WRONG- Technician has no training- he turned off gas to water heater to clean vent for gas dryer. Didnt turn it back on- had no hot water. Called to ask him to resolve and he said his company doesnt handle it. Had to hire a plumber to fix and pay more money. Asked supervisor/owner to call me- no response. Dont hire them.
