The absolute best living experience I’ve had in the Atlanta area. I moved into Adley 4 months ago. Adley is so worth the price. Neighbors are quiet. The amenities are amazing. The maintenance is fast. Every weekday morning, from what I’ve seen, they have a cleaning team sanitizing the halls, amenities and elevators it smells so good, unlike some places I’ve experienced where they clean but, it smells like old rags and bleach. The front office staff is always kind. They changed the staff/company shortly after I moved in but, even the new staff is just as amazing. Also the location is everything I could ask for. I hope the empty buildings under the complex will be used for more restaurants. Lastly, I feel safe which is the most important thing. I’m so happy I decided to live here.The only thing I would suggest is getting valet trash that’s the only things missing.Also I believe it’s the main manager or district manager that has blonde hair and a really pretty smile she’s the sweetest.

Whats up!!Ive been here for a few months now. I gave 5 stars when I first moved in because of the easy application & the top notch customer service I received.Just like the first review nobody asked me to post this review. My experience has been nothing short of satisfactory. From maintenance responding to my issues in a timely manner to friendly office staff.Its still a 5star experience months later. Amenities are fun and super convenient. The roof top and movie theater is sweet!My favorite part of living here is the LOCATION! Sandy Springs has so much to offer. I can walk to so many different restaurants and shop till I drop! Were also on the bus line which came in handy when my car was in the shop.Im still happy!! I hope the same for other tenant and new tenants.Nicole.

Not sure if my upstairs neighbors are just exceptionally loud or if it’s because the building was built cheaply, but everything in my apartment literally shakes whenever they walk around. I have lived in many apartments below many people and I have never experienced anything like this. Everything else about the apartment is pretty good, but unfortunately the constant noise above me makes me not like it here as much.

Beautiful apartment. Friendly staff. Stacey was nice and informative. Very cool studio apartment layout. Rooftop salt water pool and so many other cool amenities. Check it out if your looking for a luxury apartments in the area.

UPDATE: Someone did finally reach back out to me and agreed to process the refund because they had not even looked at my application. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and apologetic. Updating from 1 to 3 stars but my advice still stands that you will have to hound them to process your app.If you apply here, follow up constantly on your application. Submitted application and paid fees 2 weeks ago on May 23rd. I have not received any follow up communication at all since submitting application. I have attempted to call the office multiple times during the last 2 weeks with no luck in being able to reach the office so I called the management company this morning to request a refund. I was told someone will reach out to me after she sends an email to the complex front office. So again, no solution to my problem and I’m now waiting to hear back. The communication with management sucks so imagine if you had issues with your apartment after move-in. I applied at at a complex around the corner and received my approval email and follow up call within 24 hours.

I will be relocating to Sandy Springs in July and Im excited to say Adley will be my new home. Makenzi is top-notch! She has been a delight to work with. Her professionalism and communication have been outstanding!

Moved in on 7/7/21. Multiple appliances were not operating at the time of move in. Our refrigerator has a broken door and the ice maker has not been working since weve moved in. Weve been promised for almost two weeks now by multiple office staff that someone would be stopping by same day to address the issue, but still havent seen anyone. Office staff is pleasant when you speak to them, but promises are continuously made and never delivered on. Property also has an exclusive contract with AT&T for internet and the estimated date they will be able to install our internet is July 28th. Internet was ordered on the day we moved in, 7/7/21.

Leasing Consultant Kayla is AAmmaazing! Super professional, sweet and knowledgeable. She made the whole process easy and went above and beyond. The entire staff at Adley City Springs are lovely, professional and attentive, this is big plus being a renter! I love the Adley City Springs location, a great place to call home and the amenities are awesome.

I recently moved into Adley City Springs and have nothing but amazing things to say! Makenzi Kopp was my leasing agent and she is so incredibly talented and knowledgeable! Every single question or request I had, she met it with nothing but kindness and never failed to go out of her way to make me feel welcome! The best leasing agent i’ve ever had the pleasure of touring with!

Nefertiti and I have lived at Adley City Springs Apartments since August 2019. We really love our unit with the high ceilings and huge room space. Of course, there are always hiccups when you move into a new building. I cannot say enough about Paul and Fernando, the maintenance staff. Experienced and friendly maintenance staff is important to the success of tenant retention rate. Paul and Fernando work as a team. They have always been prompt in resolving issues in our apartment and closing work orders quickly. Both are a huge asset and reason for renewing our lease in August 2021. Maintenance personnel and Lisas office staff keep an open line of communication to let residents know about apartment issues and solutions. Lauren, who is also a member of the maintenance personnel does an outstanding job keeping the building facilities clean and spotless. We are proud to call Adley City Springs HOME for another year!

Update: 3 to 5 stars April 2021. I’m loving loving here. The staff has exceeded expectations in many ways, maintenance is on time always fixes, amenities are top notch, couldn’t ask for betterMoved in a few days ago. The amenities look amazing and the staff is incredibly nice. My move-in was difficult, I would highly suggest a moving crew as the elevators are small and the hallways are LONG.4-stars for now as I’ve only been here a few days and would like to experience the responsiveness of the staff after move-in, how often we can actually use the amenities, etc...

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 6 months now and we absolutely love it! The leasing team is awesome and super helpful and always there when you need them!

What a phenomenal place to live. The roof top pool and outdoor space is resort living. The Club room is an extension of your home, but the show stopper was the indoor and outdoor movie theatre. Kayla Stewart, our leasing professional was beyond amazing. She took her time to show every option for a one bedroom apartment. The floor plans are spacious. They are offering one month free!! There are is nice. My only desire is that Valet Trash service would be offered. I love this new apartment. Ask for Kayla. She is will take care of you.

Adley City Springs was the last complex we toured when relocating from the Brookhaven area and I am so glad we stumbled on the Adley. The property is BRAND NEW and the amenities, security, apartment upgrades and attention to detail are unlike anything we toured in all of the Atlanta area.Being that I am in the property management industry, my expectations are unfortunately extremely high so when it came time to looking for place to live I was dreading the process.Kayla provided us with an extensive tour looking at all the insanely upgrades amenities and every single 2 bedroom in the property (yes we looked at 5 apartments and she was amazing the entire time)!Adley City Springs is luxury living to the finest and while the prices are higher than most of the area, to us they are very well justified and we are so happy with our decision to live here! :)My only suggestions would be stronger wifi and coffee in the cyber cafe area and looking into Valet Trash options.

Lisa has been incredible to work with! Looking forward to moving in soon! I know it has been really hard for them to get things moving amidst the pandemic, but they truly put people first.UPDATE: Since my wife and I have moved in, we have had such a great experience. It is a major upgrade from the run-of-the-mill apartments you find in most cities. They have some unique floor plans which I love. The amenities are very nice. So much parking available. Paul and Fernando are the maintenance crew and they are really great gentlemen; timely and courteous.A couple of notes though; you still will hear your upstairs neighbors when they walk around, but I have gotten used to it. There are also only 2 elevators which I can see becoming a bit frustrating when the building fills up. Since the building is new, there have been some issues with USPS and a few lost packages.

The positives here would be the accommodating and helpful leasing office and the amenities. Everyone in the office is always very nice and always seem willing to help and the amenities are beautiful.

This is the best property Ive ever lived. The staff are very professional, friendly. The amenities are wonderful. The wine is amazing.

WOWWWZERS!!!! I stopped by yesterday on a whim and was immediately greeted by Yana! I have never felt so welcomed before ! All the ladies in the leasing office was soo sweet and accommodating. Yana gave me a tour of the entire facility and even took me outside by the pool in the pouring rain. The property is very well maintained, clean and fresh.The apartments are stunning. They have a media room that will knock your socks off! If you want class at an affordable price, then Adley is your home, trust me! The residents were also very professional and lovely. I can not wait until my lease is up so I can call Adley my new home. Thank you Yana and to the other leasing agents for allowing me to feel at home!!!

Today I toured this community and was blown away. The units were beautiful and the amenities and grounds top notch. Kobi, thanks for your time, and I salute Adley for having you represent their community.

Great customer service from all staff especially from Kayla. It was hard to get in contact at first but once I got a hold of them every one was super helpful. Will be leasing in October for sure.

Just wanted to take a moment to say what an awesome choice my wife and I made moving to Adley City Springs. Moving from out of state we couldnt make it here, Yana, and Lisa did a fantastic job understanding what we needed and placed us in the perfect location based off of our phone conversations. These two are Rock Stars .. I cant begin to say how much I absolutely love the rest of the team McKenzie,Kayla always super nice and professional.They are always there for any questions I may have and make me feel comfortable whenever I come into the office to request anything. Also McKenzie picks the best beer love the complimentary beer,snacks,wine,ectt.The maintenance team of Paul,and Fernando are all over any move in issues I had and resolved them quickly.They go above and beyond. The overall facility is like living in a resort, super quiet very peaceful cant hear anything from the outside which says alot for construction. The location of Adley makes it a prime spot to live in and Im so glad we made the choice to live here. I could go on and on. Customer service is on an absolute 0! Says a lot about their management once you move in. I have been calling since April, requesting further details, videos etc but haven’t gotten not even 1 call back. Sent emails as well. They have people offsite that their calls are routed to, save yourself the time because these folks offsite basically have the same information that you would see online and when you complain that you need to speak with an actual leasing agent the response you get is “let me escalate this” so far I’ve been escalated three times and no response as of yet! Wonder if they don’t have a leasing team at all or leasing team is just unbothered. I wonder which property will be nonchalant towards potential customers especially in this ongoing circumstance. I called asking for a virtual tour, offsite team member proceeds to ask my for my cell number and sends me a link which was basically a link to the website which doesn’t have videos of all the units, what a joke. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere where you’ll be appreciated.
