I purchased a home in Marstons Mills under two weeks ago and as a house warming gift the universe gave me a flooded basement. 😜 I called B&B to come check out and pump our septic tank and the office staff was super helpful and pleasant to work with! They sent Eric to our house the very next morning and he was just as great! He took the time to listen, ask questions, and was communicative and thorough. I contacted B&B to come inspect the septic/ title 5 as we are going to sell our house. They were able to come in reasonable time, very easy to communicate with. We had to get septic inspected and pumped and add risers to a few places (Mashpee has strict laws with that). Once it was completed, they contacted me and a week later we have the passing title and everything is good to go. Reasonably priced, reliable, and very happy with the time everything took to be completed. I highly recommend them and would use them in the future!

Susan answered all my questions professionally and competently and Dan did an amazing job inspecting and emptying our tank. The woman on the phone was so calming and nice, the crew was here in less than an hour, and the problem was solved so professionally and at a great price.
