Its great to have this business right outside of Sandwich center.Abe (manager) and his team of technicians, are a refreshing pleasure to deal with. I found Abe to be honest and direct about what my truck needed, but more importantly, what it didnt need.Dennis, who performs state safety inspections, has been very helpful and makes the process much less stressful. I was able to grab some free snack food, a cup of fresh coffee and relax in a comfortable chair to catch up on the news while waiting. Its nice to finally have a great business so close to home.
The customer service was as good as it gets. I was an unscheduled walk in and the man at the counter took me right in. Ben Canning was working at the counter and he explained to me how the process would work and I really felt my car was in good hands. The process was quick and easy. I spent my time in the waiting room which was outfitted with coffee and television. Ben came and grabbed me when my car was done and I was on my way. The staff at the Falmouth motor car in Sandwich are professionals.
I recently had a problem with a tire on my car and took it down to the local mechanic. I was greeted right as I entered by Ben who was so kind and helpful. After fixing my tire for me, Ben and Dennis, who was also very helpful, pointed out to me that my car was closing in on the expiration of my car inspection. It meant a lot that they took the time to notice something which I would have most likely forgotten. My overall experience was great and I now have a new local mechanic who I can trust.
I was on vacation in Sandwich when I needed someone to check my cabin filter...I could hear water in my AC tubing. I called one place that was booked into the next week, but I needed something much sooner! I then went to the next Sandwich Auto repair place on my search and got Ben at Falmouth Motorcar in Sandwich. He could hear the worry in my voice and got me in 2 days later!!The technicians emptied 4 gallons of water from my car!! Sounded like it was raining inside the bay I was told. Thank you Ben and the techs for getting my car all fixed up and saving vacation! The cost was affordable and right on target for what needed to be done. We are so grateful to you all at Falmouth Motorcar in Sandwich!! Summer vacation 2109 was an amazing one!
I was thrilled with my experience at the Sandwich location! Ben special ordered four brand new all weather tires for half the price of another shop down the street AND this price included balancing! I had just paid around $60 to balance my worn out tires down the street and that shop then quoted me double the price for new tires PLUS I’d have to pay them again for balancing! Falmouth Motor Car has just gained a new customer 👍 Thank you so much!
Went a couple times, sort of a shady place. Got my inspection done, the mechanic stalled my car 3 times before finally pulling it into the garage, once finished he spilled his entire water bottle on the new cloth seats. So that was fun.
Went for an oil change at the Sandwich location this morning & they were great there! I called yesterday afternoon desperate to get in today & they got me right in for the morning. The man who works the counter (didn’t get his name) is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. The waiting area has coffee, TV & comfy seating which was nice! I will certainly be coming back for future oil changes as well as other services I may need. I would definitely recommend them!
Finally a place where you can totally trust everyone. Ben and Clint are straight forward and very knowledgeable about everything. If you need a ride when the work is being done, they offer it. You will not be sorry. This place is where to get your work done quickly, done right and trust that you are getting a good price. Try them and you will see!
