Person working took his time cleaning before I went thru the wash. I got the ultimate. Dont waste your $. Truck was marginally clean. It was supposed to apply tire shine but instead the tires look brown. They supply towels to wipe your vehicle down but would be better if they were micro fiber. In the end, its ok in a pinch when your vehicle is dirty. Dont spend $ on the higher level washes. There are better options to go here.

Not happy with the service. Did the automated service. Car came out ok but not clean. Somehow debris was left on top of my car, and my brand new tire rims got scratched up. Car was barely dry after leaving. Dont think the blowers were working. I usually go to belise in Hyannis but came here since Belise is under renovation. I should have just waited for the renovation to be completed. Definitely not happy with the service

First time using the car wash, a thin black residue was streaked across the roof of my car. I contacted them and they were quick to remove it, but their excuse that it was from you know, bugs, insects was fairly concerning. I know others who frequently use this establishment without issue though so it retains its 3rd star. I will go only two more times (as I was given a gift card worth 3 washes, so I might as well use them all), but beyond that Ill likely find somewhere else.

All I have to say is that Kyle and his team are superb at what they do. There are no other words to explain this. We have been using his services for years. He has continuously been improving on himself and his business. The attention to detail is impeccable, nothing is untouched, nothing. If you want better than factory new, go to Detailing Cape Cod and ask for Kyle.

Great job inside and out. Leather cleaning left a soft non greasy feel and smelled great. Windows cup holders weren’t this clean when I bought the car new.

Interior detail. They did a really good job. Also friendly, efficient and prompt service. They also provide a loaner so you dont have to sit around or arrange for other transportation. Great experience.

We are so pleased with the results of the service performed by Sandwich Car Wash. We chose the Interior Cleaning and couldnt be happier. The car looks almost brand new. Every crack and crevice vacuumed and cleaned. Most definitely recommend.

Soft wash, drive-through. Does a very good job. Both the wash & the vacuum are on the high end of the price scale. Lowest option is $12. Vacuum is $2 for 5 minutes. Vacuum doesnt take quarters. Vacuum will take $1, $5 & $10 bills but you wont get any change.A nice free service is small towels are provided for drying your car.

Outstanding job. They removed several scratches and nicks from my 2018 Chevy Colorado. A few months ago they also detailed my wifes 2007 VW EOS. Both vehicles appear to be brand new. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Went there last night, my drivers side wheels got all messed up. Two other people before me had a similar issue. I told the girl in the office, she gave me a business card and told me to call the owner. When I called today a rude lady told me (by yelling at me) the owner was not there, that he had a busy day, and that he would call me at his convenience (maybe never?). Thats just awesome customer service right there!

Best car wash on Cape cod. Clean towels provided to wipe down your car. Plenty of space to clean your interior as well.

Not much competition on the Cape which makes this the number 1 or 2 place to wash your vehicle. I like that they had complimentary towels to dry your car, now if only they add free vacuums like every good carwash nowadays. Overall, great carwash and decent prices, one of the two places on Cape offering wash passes which is great.

Condescending customer service by the lady who did not have the time to walk around the machine to help explain why the machine was not functioning properly when checking in. I recommend to the owners that they hire people who have better people skills. Plus you must have to get the most expensive option to remove all the bird poop from the roof of your car.

Staff offered a complimentary towel dry service following my wash. The usual drying area was closed off due to social distancing, so this was a nice gesture on the behalf of the business. Thank you!

Just spent $24 to have car washed and waxed. Job was so poor. I went home and washed my car again. Very disappointing! Will not come back here again.

The new ownership has made a significant difference. Ive been to others, on and off Cape, and these folks know how to do it right.I get heavy debris on my Ram truck from plowing, so I need to keep it rust free and washing regularly has definitely been the solution.I have had a monthly pass for quite a while and treat washing just like oil changes, necessary maintenance to protect my investment. Good value!

For $20 my car was scrubbed (nothing abrasive) by a human (!) before going through the automated car wash. They use chamois to wash and wax, then its air dried. For an automated system, for a very reasonable price, its a great car wash.

Nice car wash! Reasonably priced! You sit in your car as you go through the wash. There is mood lighting as you go through the car wash-nice touch ;)

Wash was so so, and the dryers did not dry windows good, they had water spots on them that needed windex to get clean.

Poor car wash and very expensive. Came here last weekend and paid $20 for the high end car wash. Going into the car wash the lazy teenager attendant took like one swipe of the back tailgate of my SUV with a brush and the machinery inside didnt even clean it off any better. Had to wash the back of my SUV by hand when I got home, completely filthy. This place does a poor job, is expensive and the all the teenagers working there look like they would rather be somewhere else.

Car looks great. They offer fast and friendly service. Id recommend them to anyone.

I bring my entire fleet of vehicles here with their monthly Ultra Wash Pass. Great group of younger workers, the older ones tend to be a bit unfriendly... awesome wash and service.

This place could do with a professional courtesy education as its staff are rude and ignorant. Its a shame they are the only car wash in the area.
