Start by saying they were very quick on the response to our service. The lack of communication during the process was awful. Only living in our new home for 4 months there were lots of boxes in the basement that had not been unpacked. No communication as to what they were doing with our belongings or how things were being processed. Team leader/Manager has yet to return (2) separate calls for a procedure that may or may not have been done. After talking with the Main Manager I was told give the team leader another week and if he doesnt call then I should call back. The initial work was done over a month ago. Where has customer service gone? Would never use this company again. Too many other providers in the market.

After hurricane Sandy the damages where huge to my home. Using ServiceMasterSouthShore made it all seem simple and professional. They really took good care of my situation, All a round.

This company is great for professional home cleaning as well as emergency cleaning. They are very fast responders but they are thorough and give the customer expert care.
