Technician came to my home. Arrogant and unprofessional.The pop-up downdraft for my stove was jammed. He opened the cabinet and looked at the metal box underneath it. Did not remove a single screw to check if unit was repairable. Told me I needed to buy a new one and charged me $187.00 for basically DOING NOTHING AT ALL. Total Scam. Company delivers nothing. They insist on coming to your home without first asking about an appliances age or model #. Why waste a trip if no repair parts are available? Why charge a customer for doing basically nothing? One word: AVOID! I have never heard of a supposed trained technician diagnosing a problem without even taking the metal cover off the unit.

I Called this company to do an estimate to fix my fridge, a technician spent 5 minutes in my house to just look at the fridge and not really fix anything. I was charged $189 and was told $950 to replace the compressor. $1,139 total cost. A new fridge goes around $1, 300. Make sure you do your research before call them up. I wish I had read the reviews here first.

We have been using Cape Cod Appliance for all our Service needs for many years. They are very professional, provide prompt service. Our Fridge was blowing hot air out of the blue. Gave them a call at 9 am and they were out to fix our fridge by 2 pm. What great service. If you are looking for a company that takes pride in all they do, Cape Cod Appliance will not disappoint. What a great Family based Business. 5 stars all the way....

I used this company to fix a broken dishwasher. Well, they charged almost 500 dollars and did not fix it. When I called back, the technician, in a condescending way said that I need to replace all plumbing. No money was returned and I had to buy a new dishwasher. Needless to say, the plumbing was fine. What did not work is unprofessional low quality repair and disrespect to customers. My advice, look for a different company for your appliance repair needs.

I spoke to this company by phone. They quoted me $110 by phone. The tech came had a look at two washing machines didnt fix either one of them. He charged me $210 thats $100 more than I was quoted. New Washing machines cost about $500 Before you hire this company think about the cost of a new appliance then calculate how much these liars charge you for showing up to your house for 30 minutes. The better business decision would be to buy a new appliance.run from this company

I have used cca for 10 years ! HOWEVER this is my last time. I have waited a month for the valve for my dryer and not until I called this morning to check on it, did they miraculously have the part! My repair will be tomorrow but wont know until the morning what time! I said I had something in the morning could I get an afternoon appointment ... NO Guarantees!!! After a month out I had hoped for a bit more helpfulness😡

So these people could not even put our stackable washer and dryer back together., now the washer drair that they fixed, lol blew apart and flooded our basement one month!!!
