Love Shiny Windows! Always punctual, friendly, and do great work! I have a ton of windows in my lake house that always seem to get filthy, no matter how bad they are when Tim arrives they are always shiny when he leaves! Tim is always helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Ladies if I wasn’t married he is quite the catch. (I’m sure he won’t be single for long)

I called to get an estimate on 3 homes, mine, my mothers and my mother in laws. He never showed up for the scheduled appointment nor did he ever call. When I called him a few days later he said he had to go out of town and thats why he didnt show up. (Ever heard of a phone?) Then he told me he probably wouldnt be able to get to it yet this season and that I should just call some else. Terrible customer service!
