Used this company 3 times, all 3 times the staff was quick to pick me up and very careful maneuvering around tourist of the area.

Pretty great service and likely will get a ride on busy days that other services wont get you. Only complaint I have is that some but not all the taxis heavily smell of cigs which for someone like me who doesnt smoke is kinda nauseating first thing in the morning.Otherwise service is pretty great and so are the drivers.

While waiting for my child to get off the bus driver or number 34 can failed to stop at stop sing speeding when posted 10 mph advised the driver to slow down driver cursed at me and advised he doesn’t see any kids I advised the bus is coming continue to curse at me. At the next stop sign neighbor advised him again to slow down. Very rude and apparently doesn’t care about his speeding.

2 separate people called for a taxi to the airport, they sent 1 taxi. They made both of us pay separately, as if we were 2 separate taxis. The trip totalled over $200, DO NOT use them over uber or lyft. Disgusting business practices, the driver was nice.

Customer service on the phone is great, but it usually takes to long to arrive.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a refund on a coupon card and never received it- basically stealing my money. I called three days ago asking about it. She screamed at me over the phone saying she will do it so that I dont have a reason to EVER CALL BACK HERE FOR ANYTHING- pretty much saying Im not welcomed as a customer there even though I paid them nearly $100 that day (it doesnt hurt my feelings any- I only use and recommend one service in town and have used them for overm three years) I also sent a text in regards to it saying the owner knows about it and Ive yet heard a word back. Very unprofessional. Theyre also twice the fair as everyone else.  I could get a round trip from a different company from where I live to Sandusky for what they charge one way.Extremely rude, immature, and thieving. They also took the coupon card from the client who had it. So, the card has been taken and paid for, yet no pickups are given and they havent fulfilled my refund.I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. I would walk to my destination before ever give them another penny.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Drivers are rude. They smoke cigarettes in the cars. There is one lady, she worked her but off the rest are trash. Do not ride with them.

This service we used today and the lady who picked us up got here really fast and was very sweet. Really nice lady. We also asked for someone to come back at 6 to pick us up. We got finished early and called and talked to a gentleman who was back there to get us within minutes.This is the best taxi company i have ever used. Will be using again next time I need one. Highly recommend. Both drivers was awesome. Thanks a lot.

Not sure who this new driver is but they need to get rid of her. Shes extremely rude to everybody and shes charging people extra any chance she can. The other morning my girlfriend took her taxi to work and only had a 20 so she charged my girlfriend 3 dollars extra to stop and get change that the driver is responsible for having. I have always liked Sandusky taxi . They have always made things right by me but Kristy needs to know that this driver is going to lose her customers

I’m visiting from out of town, based on a recommendation I called Squeaky Wheels and was told it would be 20-30 min wait. After 50 minutes and still no call/show, I called Sandusky Taxi and I was picked up within 5 minutes of calling. The driver, Ken, was very talkative and goofy. He made the ride enjoyable. Best Taxi service ever, even compared to the ones from my home town.

I called ahead of time by a few hours for a pickup to go to work. Called them 5 mins into being late. 30 mins later they say they called and texted but wasn’t answering. Neither happened as she said and I was sitting on my porch the entire time. Never going back. Poor service

Taxi Tom is the best. Good driver, gave us lots of recommendations and advice about local places. Tom was friendly and we took a couple different rides with him. He showed up fast and made it easy to get around for the night. If possible ask for Tom when hes on duty.

Arranged a pick up and never got a call from the driver even and they never showed up to get me. Would not recomend this company.

I would give them no stars if it was an option. The van that picked us up looked like it had never been cleaned. It smelled terrible with a combination of cigarette smoke and old fast food, which by the way was on the drivers dash. The vans headliner was falling down and had stains all over it. It took several hours for the smell to leave my clothes after a 10 minute ride. I would not recommend this service unless you are in a life or death scenario.

I called about 5pm on a weekday concerned they may not be able to accommodate my request for a 10pm pickup at the entrance of a Cedar Point Park. Many cab companies I had called before them just did not even want to mess with that. And our Uber/Lyft driver told us that if we did not request by 8 or the latest 9 (and that might be a stretch) it would be pretty hard to get a driver to come to CP much after that time. My Sandusky Taxi driver called me right at 10pm to ask where I was standing and he told me he was on the causeway almost there. It was pretty easy and seamless. So glad they were able to pick us up when the park closed, we really wanted to stay until 10 to fit everything in! .

They never answer the phone. U have to call 5 to 6 times in order for them to answer.. and they just let it ring.... This happens everyday i call...its only dispatcher that answer the rest need to be fired or let go...

Setup a pickup for 1020 pm to be taken home from work first they said 15 minutes late then 45 then 90 not worth calling for, squeaky wheel is better.

Rude as hell when I called to begin with...told the lady my address and she said it would be about 20 minutes...20 minutes later, the driver called to get the address and I accidentally hung up...so I called back and couldnt get through...kept calling and finally after about the 8th time, the driver answers, not with hello but withfirst of all, dont ignore my call thats rude but I will turn around and get you! I told him to keep it moving...Ill go with a different can company for now on!

I contacted sandusky taxi at 7:15am. To schedule a ride to Wal-Mart was quoted a half hour I have this Im rest messaging. Finally I got a call an hour and 45 minutes later with attitude that if we dont hurry to get out they are leaving because they only have 2 drivers and he already had 4 people in the vehicle and with being told we were on our way out the door they were gone did wait a minute after calling me. Very rude male driver and poor service for the company.

I had a horrible experience just now with this taxi service. The driver that picked me up had so many people in the car by the end of my trip that people were lapped up on top of each other and he was allowing drinking in the car. Isnt that illegal to have an open container in the car??? Very unsafe and unprofessional.

Got a taxi ride for 4 people from our hotel to Kalahari. Our driver was raging at other drivers and screaming out the window. Then he continued to play on his phone nonstop during our ride. We called to make a complaint and the lady just said “I can talk to him but nothing else”. She refused to give us our money back. In the end she didn’t even apologize. Be warned they could care less about their guest and their safety. They also charged us $7 per person for a drive less then 5 minutes when even the day before they said it would be $5-6 per person.

Such a wonderful cab company. I want to especially thank my driver I think his name was Bobby I lost my wallet at Walmart he called them for me from his phone and he stuck with me there. In the end walmart didnt have it and he cut me a break. He told me another day Ill just have to pay it off. But he really helped me out and was kind enough to try and help me out. Such great customer service definitely recommend this company.

I live in Washington and I confirmed a taxi cab for a specific time today from Bellevue to Cleveland at 5pm and Not only did they not show up but they were completely clueless when I called them to confirm their arrival. I can tell u ANYBODY thats had a problem or bad review of this company 9xs out of 10 instigated it themselves. Youre not gonna get a taxi service ANYWHERE thats going to ALWAYS have you on time EVERYTIME its called human error people. Add in the fact that there JUST MIGHT BE OTHER PICK UPS (imagine that) NOT KNOWING how long its going to take them to get in the taxi. They are a bad taxi service they will tell u 20 mins and be there in 45 minutes! Then i just called from my job for them to pick me up and they told me 45 mins and was here in like 10 minutes and i didnt here my phone ring so i called them back and said whats going on he said he had some one out there and dont call they taxi services no more or he gonna call the police on me for harassment! If I could rate this taxi service a 0,I would. They are very unprofessional and rude. They have you waiting all day then some days theyll tell you 25 mins and come in 5 then leave 2 minutes later.
