I was charged $149 for a service call on my dishwasher. The technician performed a couple of tests. I was quoted $527 to fix my dishwasher that may not have worked. I was encouraged to spend $50 per month for a warranty plan for other appliances in my home. I spent $80 on a replacement part and it fixed the problem with my dishwasher . I’ve requested reimbursement of the fee. No response. Thoroughly disgusted with this company.
