The ladys in the office are very nice however hmmm they seem to be on the cheap side of everything. Barely ever fix anything right. Places are very out dated and run down. For the amount of rent their properties need to be updated badly and maintained properly.

Do not rent from these people, I was a maintenance guy for them...I took pride in the work I did for them as much as possible. I got fired because I was taking to long on a bath remodel. The apartments are invested with bugs and mice stay away. Sad thing is Ive worked in the trades long enough to take pride in my work and put my best foot forward but it wasnt good enough for them because they didnt care.

Was going through a rough time and they got me an apartment quick. Problem is the place had alot of problems.Like alot. But some of the issues I could handled differently.At the end of the day I was grateful to have a roof over my head but man, definitely not an experience Id like to repeat.

They dont fix anything they are rude I would no recommend no matter how bad the situation there is so much better places to live

Slum lords at its finest these people prey on people with low income and will kick you out of the property for any given reason just to up the rent. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THEIFS

I lived during 3 months as a Cultural Exchange student and the house had many inconveniences: all the kitchen tools were so dirty. The cabinets had a lot od dirt inside. The oven was unaceptable! There was an oily dry stuff inside. Gross!The internet connection failed many times. The heating didnt warm up the second floor. The bathroom door was damaged.The vacuum cleaners didnt work. The main door was very insecure. Anybody could get into the house. The rooms doors were also insecure, you could open them with a knife ir anything with a tip. The TV didnt work well. A complete mess. And $100 per week!

They are devils they really are if you ever want to know anything about they apartments ask the exterminators because I know all they apartments need them and I hope there are no kids living in known of these they should have a sign that say no kids aloud the funny part at the building I was at there was no cats aloud when you needed one like it was mice city made me cry about my decision Worst mistakes ever I have made in my life I have a lot more to say about the apt about how the doors the sink the floors just everything I hate it .“Davis Investment Group”

Steer clear of this business you can surely do better slumlords and they let anyone move into there properties as well as not having up to date stuff things cheaply put together just preying in people with low income
