To the owners and managers of this location. I’ve come here multiple times for an oil change with my work truck which deals with lease plan. Twice a skinny black curly haired employee lied to me and told me that it would be an hour and a half to two hour wait just because I have Leaseplan. Telling me the obvious 1 personal vehicle in front of me is also lease plan. I know what he’s doing, which is to deter me from getting my oil changed there because they do not like to deal with lease plan. This has happen multiple times to me alone, you business is being run unprofessionally and you are losing money.

Very accommodating business. Friendly crew, from the technicians to the service specialists. Happy with my experience here.

The staff at this place are very knowledgeable and know exactly what your car needs. They will offer you products but not push them on you. Its convenient to just drive up drive thru Pay and go home . Its a much better experience in going to Walmart Because Walmart makes you wait so you stand Walmart and money . I reccomend place this to anyone

I took my car here In late April for an oil change. I tried taking my car now (August) to get another oil change at a different location and come to find out VIP quick lube stripped my oil pan. It’s gonna cost me around $300 to fix. Don’t risk taking your vehicle here.

Great place to get a quick oil change or service. The employees were very nice and answered all questions. They even took the time to explain each service to us and the cost. I will be returning and recommend if you are in a hurry. The guy helping us that day even offered our daughter a piece of candy (after asking us) which was very sweet of him.

Oil change was fine but the service person kept trying to upsell even after I said repeatedly that I just wanted the oil change. A/C check? No. Radiator check? No. New wipers? No. Cabin filters? No. Clean headlight treatment? No.

The workers here are amazing and know their work very well. Would recommend. They come with a positive attitude

Extremely friendly and efficient staff! Went in for an oil change and they got it done quickly and walked me through all the steps. They also checked my tires and topped off all my fluids to make sure my car was running well. I think for the quality of service and time it saves it is 100% worth the price you pay! (They also tell you all the pricing prior to and let you decide what you want to do)

Stopped in today after my usual place with quick service told me it was almost a 2 hour wait for an oil change... again (3rd time this month they either stopped taking business 45 min early or there was a long wait). So glad they did!Instead of waiting, I went to VIP Quick Lube and was instantly brought in. The service I received was outstanding. So professional, so thorough ... so impressive! The two men working couldnt have been more kind or focused on customer service. I will be back!

Such a blessing! Wonderfully helpful technicians changed the oil quickly, efficiently and with professionalism and friendliness! No waiting time to be seen. The technicians know cars and trucks well, the service was fast and clean. They conduct themselves very professionally! A customer was in the bay for an oil change, did not understand what an unexpected issue that was discovered with their vehicle was, the service manager explained it in terms he could understand and although was more expensive than the vehicle owner expected to spend, a safety issue was found and rectified! The vehicle owner went from panicked to calm and had price of mind when he left the shop knowing his vehicle was fixed up!Good work to these guys!

Tried getting my oil changed here. Pulled up about 40 mins before close. Waited 10 minutes, and a technician comes out and tells me itll be at least 20 mins before I can get in. I told him that was fine, but I could come back tomorrow if he didnt wanna do it so close to closing time. Were here till 6 was his reply. 3 minutes later a bay opens up, and I pull in. Was not 20 minutes like he said. Then he flat out refused to change my oil, and told me I needed to take it to a shop. So I did. Spent $40 at the shop for them to tell me I needed my oil changed. Was without my car for two days, spent $30 getting rides to and from work. Im now out 70 dollars because a lazy technician wanted to go home early.

Oil change done, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Any issues come up with my car following the change Ill update this review but as of right now, all is fine. Good bunch of guys - polite and informative.

Valvoline is listed as one of the few places I can take my company car for an oil change. I stopped at this location and they told me they could not do it because their fleet manager was not in? Maybe everyone on the staff should be trained on how to process fleet cars? Just a thought.

I pulled in for a quote on an oil change. They tried to charge me $89 for an oil change. Probably thought they could get away with charging me that much because I am a woman. However I know an oil change doesn’t cost that damn much. I pulled out of there and won’t ever be a customer of these thieves.

In and out in 15 minutes for a standard oil change, first experience was subpar due to a lack of communication between employees. One started doing things I never requested and broke a part on my car, But they replaced the part and got me on my way. Second visit was smooth, they requested that I have more done as every place does but didnt pressure.

I just left the place. The technician was extremely unprofessional, yelling at me because I asked about the prices, it seemed as though he wanted to stress the importance of best and better. I just wanted a standard oil change with no ups and ons. Then I became upset because he was yelling. He then told me I almost ran over him, seriously I was going slow following his directions. I nicely asked if he was having a bad day because of his attitude. He proceeded to yell and said I was having a bad day. At that point i said i needed to leave. He told me to leave and never come back. So now I an at the Marshall Ford Quirk lane and the prices are displayed and no one is yelling at me or trying to explain differences in oil.

Some of the nicest people in the business well go there and recommend anyone else to go there

Worst service ever!!! Did not replace all of oil... put wrong parts back into car... when I went back to have it fixed they just stated that “they are not mechanics”. Took car to dealership and now have to pay to replace several things.. all over a simple oil change... DO NOT GO HERE!

Good service, they were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional to me and the other customer in the other bay but to each other, that is a different story. I was entertained by the sideshow of employee politics and pecking order. More senior employees were berating less senior and that went on right down the line. When protocols for the simplest task were not followed, an immediate reprimand and it was the tone of the reprimand. I understand the importance of quality control in this line of business BUT the appearance of a well greased team (excuse the pun) is also important because the last thing you want is any inklings of disgruntled employees. I write this long review not to get anyone in trouble as I stated they do an excellent job. But more of a constructive criticism on HR issues and public persona in front of customers. I am sure I am not the only one making this observation. Only reason why this is not a 5 star review.

Also would give this place zero stars!! Do NOT go here. I went to try and save $10.00. They told me a had a striped oil plug and to take it to Hamad to get it retapped. I took it to my regular place District Tire right after, they changed the oil and filter no problems! They said you cant tap out the drain plug the metal is too thin, this place is running a scam they probably get a % from the people they send you to. DO NOT GO to VALVOLINE, they will scam you!!

Kevin the manager and his employees and him are great they will tell you anything thats wrong with your vehicle anything you need for your vehicle and most time I could do anything to your vehicle while youre sitting there serpentine belt light bulbs coolant flush they have a lot of great deals theyre great all the way around great customer service

First time trying this place... ☹Got my oil changed 3 days ago, on my 2018 Jetta . Oil has been dripping since. On my way to have them fix the problem, oil was leaving trail. I stopped at new loction in Vermilian Ohio to have them fix the leaking drain plug.

I have been doing business with valvoline for years at another location. This was the worst experience ever. Jacked up the filter change oil blew all over my engine. Told me never happens then told me just happened a week ago? I asked how much oil was lost, not that much. I had to ask to see the dipstick it was low, before ge showed it to me and he pumped at least 2 qts back in. Awful!! I feel the need to go somewhere else and have them check everything over! Awful!!! Terrible, stay away.Update... After the GM Matt talked with me on the phone, he invited me back. I was hesitant, but I was leaking oil. I went back he personally drained and did my oil change over. He also cleaned up the mess that was leaked into my skid pan. He refunded my money and made everything right. We had a long conversation about the events of the day. He couldnt have been any nicer or more professional. Honestly, I may never go back but thanks to the GM for doing the right thing. Thats how you do customer service.

I went to VIP Quick Lube about 6 months ago with my Saturn Ioon for a oil change I was in a little hurry so I politely asked them to do the oil change and not the extra services they do for you. Like check fluids and a few other things well the man taking my information acted like he was offended and changed his tone in his voice and was being very short with me. I was quite surprised at the change in his attitude since I thought it cut there work in half. Well I let it go and paid and drove off then on 5/6/2019 at around 4pm I went back with my Ford Escape to get an oil change. Well as soon as I was pulling in the bay it was the same employee that I had the fist time and he smirked at me so I knew he remembered me. He stepped to my door and said your truck is running hot I said what ? I said the temperature gauge shows its where it should be he then told me again that the truck was running hot and he could not service my Suv. In disbelief I said you wont do my oil change he said No so I drove away. I was furious but I wanted to get his name for this review I am writing so I went back to VIP Quick Lube on 5/7/2019 about 3:30pm he was not there. They directed me into a bay an employee (His name was Norman) walked up to me and I said I need an oil change, Norman said ok lets get started. I said nothing about my previous visit and Norman proceeded to take care of me in a polite and professional manor. I that visit I would rate then a 4.5 out of 5. I never got the mans name that was extremely rude if I run into him I will let you know his name plus I am going to report him. Well guess thats about it.

Do NOT get your oil changed here. They did our truck and never put oil back into it. Now our motor is garbage. Then you tell the manager about it and he says I have no record of the oil change in my system. Ha, ha, ha lucky for them We keep receipts and have pictures and other mechanics to back up Valvolines screw up.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would!!!! my husband and I went in and ended up just pulling out because the guy was such a crazy control freak. Started off yelling and never stopped giving ridiculous over the top instructions on how to pull into the bay???? Are you serious? Were over 50 years old and my husband was a truck driver for 15 years...had us going forward,backwards, left and right NUMEROUS times.... AVOID THIS PLACE

They forgot to put the dipstick back into my engine and with the high miles I drive, I started smelling something from under the hood. When I popped the hood, oil was everywhere. The dipstick was wedged up in my hood. Lost oil and the smell is horrible. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was told, “We all make mistakes.” I won’t go back!
