Salon is very professional. People are very pleasant. Hair stylist Stephanie Bailey does an excellent job.

Ive referred a lot of my female friends and clients to this salon, and they always appreciate me doing so! They can accommodate large groups for wedding hair and makeup, or personally tailor your experience to allow you the opportunity to relax and pamper yourself.Their masseuse, Angie, is amazing! She can make you relax and feel like a million dollars in nearly an instant. Everyone at this salon does great work, and I high recommend you go there too!

Great local salon!My husband and I both love Scarlet OHair. We both have challenging hair, but Hannah is awesome! Both of us are very pleased with our haircuts and the cheerful, professional staff at Scarlet O Hair.They are also taking good precautions for Covid-19 containment, and we feel like they really do want to keep their customers healthy as well as doing their hair.

During COVID-19, a friend and I decided to take the trip to Ohio from Michigan to go get our hair done since our salons were not open yet. We scheduled a few weeks in advance and made sure to let them know that we were traveling from Michigan for this appointment. We made the 3 hour trip out there just to find out that the salon was closed due to a power outage. Obviously, this is out of their control - but we found it very unprofessional that they could not reach out to us prior to the appointment to let us know. There should’ve been some sort of communication to let their clients know they would not be able to be seen that day. The following day we did receive a call from the salon trying to reschedule our appointment and the employee let me know that they didn’t have access to client information with the power being out.

During this difficult time in the world, Jami has shown nothing but the utmost professionalism. The safety measures she and her crew have taken are phenomenal.

Ive been going to Scarlett OHairs for a variety of services for the past two years. Ive never seen the place anything but clean and the staff to be courteous. Alyssa listens to her clients. Ive always had an result that I liked. Sue, who does electrolysis, is knowledgeable, friendly and skilled at her trade.

Best hair salon in perkins and sandusky, easy hands down. Most of the other places do a decent job but Scarletts is in another league. Wont go anywhere else for my hair honestly.

I was surprised at Abbys review of Erica... It seems Abby was so unhappy with the waxing she went around the Net leaving 1-star comments--now, THAT is what I call sore! Erica does my waxing and I never had any problem or felt pain. She removes everything, is very thorough, and the room is always super-clean, as well as the bed and floor. I also have no problem with the location of the room: it has a door, which is kept closed, so there is no way anyone could see you. And Erica knocks at the door to make sure you are ready for her before she comes in. Give her a try, she is very professional.

I went in for a wax and came out with sticky legs, sticky underarms and more!! I also had to shave because she missed so much hair. Not to mention that two days later I am still sore from it. Erica was nice enough but I felt like she was rushing and didnt really take the time to make sure that I was completely waxed. I have had this done before and it never hurt as bad as this did. The room is right next to the waiting room and the floor of the waxing room was sticky and the bed didnt seem so clean either, I shouldve left as soon as I walked in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.
