I ordered a package that should of been here yesterday, and it was at the Sandusky post office.. so it was in the right city.. then sent it to Huron post office, and has been sitting there for over 24hrs.. no one at either office seems to help.. this is how people get there packages and mail lost.. people not doing there job right and just putting packages where ever they want without looking.. best bet is to either go fedex or ups.. GET PEOPLE WHO CAN DO THE JOB RIGHT.. now if will be over five days late. Someone needs to talk to the postmaster..

The service here is good. Google maps does need to correct the route guidance since it thinks there are entries on W Parish St, but those are an authorized vehicle only entry and a do not enter (exit). The entry is on caldwell street.

What is the deal w/ the quality of delivery service lately? If Amazon package goes via USPS, then look for it to be delayed or mail in general is not reliable lately. I have mailed and had letters mailed to a PO Box that have never arrived OR it takes 3-4 weeks for local delivery with out of town mail arrives in a more timely manner. Very disappointing and delivery service in general not reliable as of late. Dont blame COVID when most large businesses made it work over the last 14+ months. If cant make it work, then the USPS will not survive.

I took six packages into the post office today to have them shipped already addressed labeled and ready to go. The guy that was waiting on me told me because I had to: the person at the top and from: me at the bottom that they were incorrect and he could not ship them every time I go in here they find fault with my packages. I took them to UPS 5 minutes later.... and they shipped them without a problem They ran them through their little computer slapped them a little label on them and shipped them out I dont know what the problem is with Sanduskys process but I dont have this issue anywhere else where they find a reason not to ship my packages. As a business owner I find this unacceptable. Basically He told me because of how I had addressed them that most likely the packages would get returned.... So basically hes saying that his carriers cant read. Unprofessional.

Enjoyable . Prompt service

Normally I dont have problems. However, I dropped 3 packages in the bin on December 3 and not one of them was scanned into the system. When I called, I was told that its not their responsibility, even though that bin is secure. So now, I am out several hundred dollars worth of product and my customers are upset because they arent going to get the custom orders they paid for.

I have been in the Sandusky Post Office many times for different reasons and always found the staff pleasant and helpful. I have wittnessed some less than pleasant customers though.

I just left the Sandusky post office. I needed 5 federal waterfowl stamps for myself and my family, and we live a distance from the post office. Waterfowl season starts this Saturday, and you cannot hunt without a stamp. After wandering around looking for the stamps for 5 minutes, the clerk came back and said they were locked in a safe, and no one at the post office could open it except one person, and they werent there. He told me to come back later. Really? Is this how low the US Postal Service has sunk as far as total disregard for their public customers and total apathy about doing the minimal the job calls for? Waterfowl season starts early September every year--this is certainly not a surprise request, as hundreds of outdoorsmen and women in Erie county buy these stamps every year. Is it any wonder many postal employees are such sad jokes? And their so-called managers?

Outstanding, friendly, timely, efficient delivery, day after day and year after year. A hardworking bunch always willing to go the extra mile. Thanks for all you do; you are appreciated, even if you dont hear it often enough.

Half of staff dont know how to do there jobs right been going back n forth trying to pick up my check cz business shut down. Tell them to hold mail. First time they did and didnt fill out any paperwork now unfortunately I didnt have license cz it was in the business that shut down but when I go back cz I got my license. We dont have mail on hold here fill this out to keep it on hold... Nothing but issues Everytime I go in here one day its this the next its that

Shipped a car part with 3 day shipping to CT. It took 3 days to get to the Cleveland distribution center. I could have driven it there faster. Cant drive my car until I get the new part in. Dont sell me 3 day when it takes 10.

I have a great mailman ( Randy ) and his substitutes are good too. Very personable and notices whats going on in my neighborhood. Ive never received my neighbors mail nor have they received mine.As for this Post Offices staff, Ive have always found them to be friendly and helpful.Now for the matter of slow or lost mail, nobody truly knows whos to blame for that, if you take in consideration of how many locations the mail gets transferred through.The problem could be at another Post Office location. 🇺🇸

Had a tracking number and an alert from Amazon that my package was delivered. I had and have no package. I brought the info to the post office because their phone was off the hook. He wouldnt even lookup my package to try and find out what happened. Merry Christmas :/

Terrible. I ordered something on Prime at Amazon, and the package is still sitting in this office. Its been over 5 days now. Judging by the other reviews, this place seems to lose mail a whole lot, so Im assuming thats what happened here. They either need new management or they need to close down. Wasted money for an item I never received. Do your damn jobs.

The store has posted on its door/internet it closes at 5:00. However, they have been closing before then. I arrived a few minutes before only to be rudely told were already closed. Staff all want to close early to get off work sooner. If there was another USPS in town I would go there. Very disappointed.

Provides a tracking number.. tracking number doesnt work. Dont go here especially if youre a ebay seller.

Waiting for important documents in the mail, I received all of my neighbors mail and none of mine. Phone has been busy for the last half hour. Unacceptable.

Some staff are friendly, others are just flat out rude. Like they hate their jobs. Then I had a problem. Printed wrong label and the first lady let me slide because it was cheaper to ship. Then the next day I did the same thing (New to eBay and USPS) and the lady charged me 5$ it was someone different but I find that odd. But atleast my shipping items reach their destination. You get what you pay for in everything. Cheaper means cheaper service/quality.
