Pretty decent home improvement store. Many different sections of items from appliances, to plumbing and electrical. The paint selection is really nice and they offer a good selection of brands and types. The outdoor and seasonal plants are generally well stocked and easy to find. The employees were very friendly and helpful with my questions. The bathrooms were clean. The store is handicap accessible with plenty of parking available. I was pretty happy with my visit, however they were out of several of the items I was looking for.

Knew right where to go and Doug and Keith were very helpful. Good employees.

I bought a stove from Lowes in Sandusky. Put it on my credit card they double charged me when I called to pay it off my 900 dollars I was supposed to pay turns into 1800 .called manager Andy he said he would call me back no call on day 3 went to the store no manager. They committed fraud

Absolutely the worst experience and I will definitely not buy from this lowes..home depot even if cost more ! Too busy to take care of a online pick up ..NOT TO BUSY CHATTING WITH EACH OTHER ! Be careful..the clerk did not mark my item picked up.. They charged my account 7 times !!! then credited it..at least 6 times..Called was given a bs reason!! Talked with manager..No one cared.. Thank goodness I took a look at my cc balance.. Just WOW!!! From the person who handles online pick up, to the manager.. I had to leave 1 star..Definitely need to be - 10 !!!

Assistant Store Manager Karen is awful. It was crystal clear when she greeted me at the customer service desk she was going to be unwilling to help. What I needed to have done was a simple process that two other Lowes stores told me wouldnt be an issue in any Lowes I went to. Not only did she tell me it wasnt possible but when she tried she told me the gift card I was attempting to use was was not valid. After I wasted time in the store and a call to customer service, they told me the card was valid and should not have caused me an issue. She didnt want to help and sent me away. Awful customer service!

They have a military discount, but you have to go online before you make your purchase. Found everything I needed the people there were helpful.

I was alittle disappointed in Lowes. Why, you might ask. Well its close to the end of summer and they think $29.99 is a good deal for a medium sized hanging basket. Thats outrageous!!!

Do not use them for any flooring installation. I had nothing but issues including delays in receiving materials, wrong materials provided, excessive delays in scheduling, to the extend we had to cancel installation and find someone else to complete. Due to all the issues experienced, i will never step foot in a Lowes again.

This is a great store with great products. I went to the garden center and was satisfied with my experience. It had a large variety of plants, which I liked. After I went to the garden center, I went inside the store and went to the light section of the store. It had a large variety of lights, which I liked. After looking through lights section, I looked at some dishwashers and electric stoves near by. They were really nice appliances, but I didn’t buy any because I didn’t need any new appliances. After looking at the appliances, I left the store and drove away, satisfied with my experience.

The workers there are so friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for.

Needed a new fridge. Knew what we wanted, but needed somebody to help with the purchase and delivery arrangements. Enter C. Roark! Most informed appliance sales person EVER! Checked the inventory, what we wanted was not on the floor. Checked the regional inventory! Found the fridge, made delivery arrangements. Here is where Ms. Roark shined. She had a coversation with us that set the expectations for the installation. Who knew we needed a flex, braided water line for the ice maker supply line?! We had time to get the supply line in place for the install. Guess who we will be looking to to help with the new stove?!

We find what we were looking for pretty fast and the people that were helping us in the store were extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend everyone to look through this store and compare to other places.

Tried to order online 2 sets of Furnace filters to pickup at the store could not get ap to work. Tried 4 times on my phone and couldnt complete order!!!!! Texted online helper from store and they couldnt help. Then I called the Customer Service at the Sandusky store and they said they couldnt do the online order so they told me they would put 2 aside at customer service. I told everyone they were on sale $4.00 off. So I went to the store to pick them up inside and they had to go get me another set because I had told them 2 sets and they only had one set. But I had to pay full price with nothing off. I told them I would take the 2 sets because I said I would. I keep myword even though LOWES DOESNT!!!

First time in three years i have been very disappointed with customer service and managment..placed an order for kids easter they said would be here for easter. Now no one knows where it went and it says we picked it up ..will not be going back there .

Very cool older gentleman who politely spoke to the kids about hosting around too much. Appreciate him for not being to lenient about them not paying proper attention to the area.

On 6/27/20 my sister in law went to find a refrigerator she could purchase within her budget she came back very upset and frustrated as shes been using a cooler for a while. So I called your store and talked to a representative for appliances who assured me the refrigerator she wanted was in stock, he would check and call me back. So I waited, it got dark, I figured he forgot me. Then I got a phone call it was him. He apologized apologized for the wait as he got slammed with customers and only had the opportunity after the store closed. He then confirmed the refrigerator was there and took the time to do a phone sale and mark the item for pickup before going home. My husband and I purchased it for my sister in law. I just want to tell you how wonderful he was to help someone even at the end of a long day and was so nice to work with.I didnt get his name, but he is a keeper! I am very grateful for his time and effort to help in a tough situation! Thanks again! P.s. my sister in law was so happy!❤🤗🤗

Policy is NO RETURNS for items without receipt. Not even a DUE BILL! I could see if seasonal items but screws from hardware and scroll saw blade? Home Depot & Menards give due bill for lowest recorded price. Guess where I will do most of my shopping?

I am not going back to home Depot anymore because they should know customer service relations and honestly the manager added fuel to my fire.. would have preferred to talk to Taylor although Taylor is an associate who should be the manager.. hated the one who didnt diffuse my problem at all neither did the service attendant who waited on me to return items..other associates very very helpful..get rid of some of your useless staff managers.honest!

Just had shoulder surgery, came home to a fridge full of spoiled meats. Bought a new fridge, paid for delivery, setup and haul away of my bad fridge, but Lowes only delivered the fridge, didnt install it and I have an eyesore setting next to my house ( the old fridge). Now with barely one good arm, I had to install the fridge to get it running, but Im not for sure how to get rid of the old fridge that I paid to have gaulles off. Thanks Lowes!

It was the worst experience I have ever had at any Lowes home improvement store. Items were ordered over phone and paid for by credit card and were to be picked up the next day, and the order and receipt got lost on the system somewhere. I had to wait over an hour after I got there to get my stuff. It had never been pulled. This is the Sandusky, Ohio store. Service is horrible.

From purchase to delivery. The young men that delivered or refrigerator were very professional and courteous. They had to take doors off of the refrigerator to get it in our house without complaints. A+ for both of them. They deserve a gold star.

No one offered to help wanted to buy fridge and snowblower went across the street to Home Depot was helped immediately they were happy I spent over 2,000. Dollars

I stopped at Lowes yesterday with intent to purchase a new dish washer and clothes washer. I shopped the appliance section for at least 40 minutes. I opened doors and inspected items for the entire 40 minutes. Several sales associates were in the area but not one of them asked to help me. I knew what I wanted and just needed a couple questions answered before we wrote up the sale. I was spending over $1500. I left Lowes and drove across the street to Home Depot where I was met with a knowledgeable sales associate within minutes of entering the appliance section. Sorry Lowes, you have lost a customer forever. I simply dont have time to waste hoping that someone will sell me the expensive appliance I want.

Horrible customer service. Megan was the woman I dealt with, and let me tell you, she needs to be working somewhere else in this store because dealing with customers is not her forte. I called and spoke with her to see if my pick up order was ready since I had not received an email. After waiting on hold and providing her with the order number twice she says it was ready for pick up. Drive all the way into the store for her to say oh its not ready, we dont even have it in stock. Never offered an apology, or a way to resolve the issue, just looked irritated that she actually had to work and deal with a customer. Sorry I interrupted whatever you were doing before I came to the service desk. Then, I get home and realized I left my bag of items I purchased at the service desk. Drive all the way back and same attitude from Miss Megan. Too busy talking about her trip to Tennessee to provide me with the bag I left behind. I spoke with a manager who offered the same old scripted apology for poor employee performance. Sorry, never again Lowes. Home Depot and Menards are much better for home improvement needs.

I purchased black mulch.no one at pick up area for mulch. I went to garden center. come to find out they were out of stock. ask for a gift card. she had none. there was nothing she could do for me.had to back to customer service to get gift card.

2 employees attempted to tell me where to go. I ended up just roaming until Ernie appeared! He was coming off his break and said after he clocked back on, he would stay with me until we found my item. He looked in the computer, then I followed him to the item which was hanging on the corner of the end cap in a cardboard tube. I couldve been there hours and went home mad and empty handed. But Ernie was there. Thank you fine sir. Job well done. The other employees get the 3 stars. Ernie, you get 5 all to yourself.

After walking away from menards based on their new mask policy I went to Lowe’s. Found what I needed and I appreciate the freedom of choice during this time of extreme insanity.
