Hilary is wonderful with facials, lashes and always on time. Bridget, the owner, is always running behind despite an appt, the service is never the same. Sometimes the service is good and other times tasks are neglected or given more attention. She takes calls during appts, when giving waxes is not focused, and claims the temp in the room is off if the wax isn’t going well. I missed an appointment and accept a 100% charge but when I was called and asked about this missed appointment I was hung up on by the owner after apologizing for missing. This to me is unacceptable and not how you run a business. I will NEVER return which is unfortunate due to How professional and appreciative I am of Hilary’s skills. I hope she moves on from this poorly ran business. I have never written a negative review in my life and feel impassioned to do so after this terrible encounter.

Amazing job with brows. I went for threading after reading reviews and shes fab. I have thick brows and usually ppl tend to mess them. But shes perfect in what she did. Will definitely come back if Im staying around this place

Made an appointment it was canceled the same day and they don’t deal with other peoples work which I assume is because they wanna charge more to take them off and re do them when not necessary who ever answers the phone is rude.

I drove 1 hr and 30 minutes with my friend from Detroit to visit Lena to do my eyebrows at her popup shop. As someone who is never satisfied with their brows, Lena made sure I was 100% satisfied with my eyebrows and asked me what I wanted and listened to exactly what I told her. She took her time to make sure my eyebrows were as symmetrical as possible. My favorite part is she does both threading AND waxing, along with a variety of other services. Seriously the sweetest and most down to earth person Ive met and was worth EVERY minute of the drive! Ive never been so satisfied with my eyebrows and she even gave my friend the brow tint for free and actually cared enough to make sure we were both happy with the results! Also, she was so cool when I had to push back the appointment an hour later, which I truly appreciate. Thank you so much Lena, will definitely keep in contact with you about the pop up in Michigan!!

I looked all around Ohio for someone that knows that they are doing. My sister Bridgette is a Eyebrow Goddess. Every time I walk in there, she snatches me up and makes me fleek. She customized your eyebrows to your face shape. If you go to any one else, you’re crazy. Lena brow is the best place in ohio. Hands down. I am always getting pictures done for photo shoots and the TV and my secret weapon is my sister at Lena Brows. One look at them casting directors and they know I don’t play games. These arches can cut a bi**** 😂

Wonderful service!

Bridget is very nice but the last time I went there she left me with very thin eyebrows that were extremely different from each other. One of my brows also no longer had a tail. I was very upset and have not returned since.

This is the best place to get your eyebrows done! I just got mine done today and it was my first time ever getting my eyebrows done and they did such an amazing job and the prices are great as well. 10/10 definitely recommend going there.
